“Keep yo head up”
Yesterday, Anita received a call from one of the tenants at the “RED ROOF INN.” It appears as though Branson PD was there to ask those who had received payments for the “FRAUD” committed by the business “OWNER,” to leave the property.
Tenants who took payments had to “LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.” – A few had a couple of hours based on what I’m told.
Everyone who took payments did in fact leave.
****SO WHAT THAT MEANS****
It means, for the “FIRST” time since the “INCEPTION” of this “BY DESIGN” operation, that “PO” working class “NOMADS” of Branson have received money to move with.
This is how it should have been done years ago, but instead a ton of “ILLEGAL” evictions took place.
For so many years, including Anita and I, the “PO” folks have been put out of these low end holds with “NOTHING.” No deposit, and in most cases forced out without taking your items.
Most often, just hours after a payment is made, some are told to leave. “KEEP YO MONEY AND BOOT YOU OUT.”
****WHAT’S NEXT****
For those of you that remain in that hotel hole, I want you to keep in mind that while you are sleeping, they are considering the next move that can possibly harm you. “WHO KNOWS THE CITY MAY EXPEDITE THEIR LICENSE.”
“BEWARE” my best guess is that as long as you remain in that low end hotel hold, the City of Branson will use Branson PD to inform you that you owe the business “BACK PAY RENT” as you occupied that room while they were waiting for business license. – EVEN THOUGH THE BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE OPEN UNTIL IT IS LICENSED.
You cannot stay anywhere FREE.
So, when and if they get their license, they will say you owe them, and the City of Branson will be on board. Trust me, look at yesterday. They ain’t sleeping. (IT’S CALLED A LOOPHOLE WHEN YOU OPERATE WITHOUT BUSINESS LICENSE IN BRANSON)
This is what Anita and I did;
1) First, we moved our things out, and
2) then requested the owner to do a walk thru, and
3) then asked for payment, as the place had been “PERPETRATING A FRAUD”.
4) And then we said bye to that “BITCH.” Ain’t never looking back.
There is no “HOTEL HOLE” in Branson that excites me enough to stay and argue with anyone about. “THEIR HOLE IS THEIR HOLE” and if they enjoy their shit holes, then forever be blessed.
So “PO” folks, keep in mind “YOU GONNA PAY SOMETHING” FOR YO EXTENDED STAY.
What’s so “-UCKED UP” about this shit is, the people on the bottom floor of that “FILTHY” ass “HOTEL” hole where told this;
1) YOU CANNOT EAT BREAKFAST
2) YOU CANNOT USE THE POOL
3) YOU CANNOT USE THE LAUNDRY ROOM
4) YOU WILL NOT GET CLEAN LINEN.
I informed the owner it would be wise to hire a “PROFESSIONAL” cleaning company. That is why it “-UCKEN” stinks, the people don’t get clean linen, a “cleaning service, and they live with pets. Why do you think it smells so bad?
Imagine not having clean linen and laundry service day after day, week after week, month after month, I’m sure you can guess what that smells like. Also, throw in a mixture of pets.
“PO” working class people paid anywhere from $250 to $325 per week depending on their ability to understand what is really happening.
The people on the bottom floor are called upon to “COOK, CLEAN, SWEEP AND MOP, AND WORK THE FRONT DESK. They are fired at “WILL” and when owners break them down, they can get a “MOTHA -UCKEN” retry.
This is what the City has produced.
So, in this scenario with the “RED ROOF INN,” no one really wins, as the city may think. But certainly, the “PO” working class walked away this time. “WITH MONEY IN THE POCKETS” – Can you believe that shit? Money in their pockets. “THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.”
All along, as I have stated when Anita and I were “ILLEGALLY” EVICTED. This “SOLIDIFIES” everything Anita and I have been saying all along. These “ILLEGAL” evictions over the years created this type of homeless environment. IT’S TIME TO FIX THIS SHIT.
The City of Branson’s responsibility is to make sure everyone is safe. In this incident with “RED ROOF INN” they failed. Now look, people are frantically searching for housing while some are laughing.
I do however want to commend the “OWNER” for owning up to this, as he has shown he wants to make things right by returning the deposit and payments, this afforded individuals and families to walk away with some type of “DIGNITY” and with their “HEADS UP,” including Anita and I. Again, I commend you.
In closing, for those who remain, plan on getting out quickly as I believe the “THOUGHT UP” machine inside Branson is working “OVERTIME” on ways to penalize you for your extended stay.
I SUGGEST THAT “AUTHUR” AND THOSE WHO WERE EMPLOYED AS THE “HELP” CONTACT THE “LABOR BOARD” AS YOUR MONTHS OF SERVICES PROVIDED IN TERMS OF “WORKING” FOR THE BUSINESS REQUIRES A PROFESSIONAL OPINION.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNSURE WHAT TO DO CALL AN ATTORNEY AS THERE MIGHT BE “MOVING” FEES INVOLVED. CONTACT SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTAND HOUSING LAWS.
