I want to share with our readers something that is “OUT OF THE ORDINARY” in most Hotel and Residential leases. But, first I want everyone to know that I am “NOT” going to be playing the “tic for tac” game with Michelle and her lies.
I will personally display images and/or text conversations with Will and from time to time with Ryan if needed.
Michelle said to me, when she tried to give me $500 crispy dollars, “I want to do this in the hall, in front of the camera” as if she wanted her “bosses” to see, while the neighbors were certainly peeping out and listening.
I am doing Michelle one better. I am putting the truth on the web for her so everyone of us can better understand.
Now, when I say Michelle is a liar, “I MEAN THAT”
–1ST EXAMPLE–
Michelle “PRETENDED” she didn’t know I smoked weed, joints, blunts, whatever you call it and thus “REMOVE THE PICNIC BENCH IN THE BACK AND INFORMED ME TO SMOKE AT THE MANSION AND BEGAN POSTING UP SIGNS EVERYWHERE.
I have a “TEXT” message from MICHELLE’S ” previous “GREENBRIAR/ENCLAVE 1” manager asking me to sell him some weed. I had a talk with him and said this to him “man I don’t do that and especially to a manager because it’s about the respect thing”
Will and I had many other conversations because of our racial connection.
–2ND EXAMPLE–
On Wednesday August 30, 2023 Michelle told Anita about “KINGS QUARTERS” (A PLACE WE NEVER HEARD OF UNTIL THAT DAY). My wife and I visited the website. We thought it was clear that we, according to Michelle, were “RENTING” an APARTMENT.
On Friday, September 1, 2023 we got the keys but couldn’t pay nor sign the lease due to Michelle’s trainee not ready. You know I had the money because it was that special day of the month “PO” folks happy day, the 1st of the month.
On Monday September 4, 2023 we could not make a connection with Michelle, so “WE” decided she would come to us when she was ready. She gave us our new address. She could find us. Simple thought process.
On Thursday, September 7, 2023 Michelle knocked on the door and spoke to us “LIKE WE STOLE SOMETHING” demanding “DEPOSIT & RENT”. – I believe it was around this time that Michelle set her “ALREADY” thought out “PLAN TO EVICT” in motion. Michelle backdated our lease to indicate September 4, 2023.
She needed an avenue in which she could show her frustrations with us even though we had only been “KIND” to her. – NOT ONE TIME DID SHE SAY “WELCOME” SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS DOING. The plot was to “EVICT” my family because Anita was “VERY POPULAR” when it came to helping many of the “POOR” AND “STRUGGLING” people at the “ENCLAVE”
On Monday, September 11, 2023 my wife and son went to her office to pay the “2nd week” rent “EARLY” as we had it available and decided to pay in advance. “INCLUDED IN THE LEASE IT STATES PAY IN “ADVANCE”. Rent was due on Thursday, September 14, 2023 but we decided to pay in “ADVANCE”. Michelle knew that. From the moment she took our last dollar she started the “HOTEL” game and invited the Branson Police Department to participate.
–AND–
Because of these deceptive “LEASES” listed below, you can see clearly how she used the “HOTEL” BUSINESS AND THE “APARTMENT RENTAL” BUSINESS to steal from us “PO” people. Not only our money, but those with less education and understanding, belongings too. In “LESS” than 30 days.
In my almost 2 years being there, I have “PERSONALLY” watched people “ITEMS” being trashed, tossed over the balcony, and “SOLD” well before the 30-day period.
I had conversations with “RYAN” about a “longtermer” who always sales items from their “HOLE,” hell, he even sold Ryan a large TV. Possibly come from one of the tenants booted out, as “longtermer” was a true “FREE” worker for Greenbriar/Enclave. I know because I called Ryan about that shit, because “longtermer” kept trying to sell me that shit. I even stated to Ryan “WHY WOULD YOU, A MANAGER BUY FROM HIM, WE DON’T KNOW IF THE ITEMS ARE STOLEN OR WHAT” He did not respond to that.
I truly believe that these leases represent a “SCAM” and I want “EVERY PENNY I’VE GIVEN” to them, given back to me.
THESE 2 LEASES BELOW ARE SO FUCKED UP THAT YOU REALLY DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE GETTING.
1) FIRST LEASE SIGNED With Enclave 1. – Manager – Will and Wendy – Switch over from “Greenbriar” – IMPORTANT READS – #6- AND THEN GO TO #23-
6- You can have “EXTRA” appliances based on “MANAGEMENT” APPROVAL.
-BUT ON A INSPECTION DAY-
23- You Must Hide That Shit Due To Inspection – Otherwise you are fined.
Upon taking up residence at Greenbriar, while bringing in items, Will and Wendy showed up and saw several of the electric cookware listed on the lease.
–HERE IS THE CONVERSATION–
Will: You’re not supposed to have those electric cooking things here.
ME: What do you mean, I can’t have it.
Will: Well you are not supposed to have them but if the “HEALTH DEPT.” comes you have to hide them.
ME: Well I’ll just find somewhere else because the amount of money we are paying I should be able to cook something.
Will: No, No, No, you don’t have to leave, just put them away when the health department comes.
Ok, so one day “RYAN” showed up to do an Inspection and I did “NOT” remove a thing. I left all my cookware in place because I knew he was not with the health department.
Ryan saw those items and he stated.
You are not supposed to have those things in here, I think maybe the “TOASTER” but not sure.
I said: Will said I just need to hide them when the health department comes.
Ryan stated: Just put them away on “INSPECTION” day, but I don’t need to see them either.
SO, EACH INSPECTION DAY WE HIDE OUR SHIT. BY DOING SO, MY WIFE AND I WERE NOT BREAKING ANY RULES, WE WERE FOLLOWING THE RULES AS MADE ON THE “FLY” BY THE MANAGERS AND GENERALS. HOWEVER, THE MANAGERS AND GENERALS KNEW WE HAD THOSE ITEMS AS THEY ARE LISTED ON THE SIGNED LEASE.
VERY, VERY, IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ 19– ON THEIR LEASE: TENANTS MUST DISCLOSE ALL ITEMS THEY BRING OR OTHERWISE YOUR ITEMS BELONG TO ENCLAVE. (MICHELLE AND RYAN-SEE IMAGE). This is how shit is stolen and/or taken away from tenants who don’t understand they must hold their items for 30 days. What a “SCAM”
2) SECOND LEASE Signed For “KINGS QUARTERS HOTEL” acting as an “APARTMENT RENTAL BUSINESS”
–SO FOR ME– THE QUESTION IS
1) ARE YOU A “HOTEL” OR “APARTMENT” BUSINESS?
2) WHY DID YOU REQUEST TO MOVE MY FAMILY THERE KNOWING WE HAD NO “APPLICATION” ON FILE FOR KINGS QUARTERS, NOR WAS AN “INCOME” VERIFICATION DONE?
ITS CLEAR TO ME, THOSE DOCUMENTS WERE “NOT” NEEDED BECAUSE YOU HAD NO INTENTIONS ON US BEING THERE LONG. –THE BIG SCAM–
