Branson Police Dept. Will Assist With Illegal Evictions
My husband, and I just witnessed again how the “Hotel” scam works and how “forceful” the Branson Police Dept. operates in tune of the Hotel owners/managers. No Matter What!

WE CURRENTLY RESIDE AT THE “OAK GROVE INN” – LET YOUR IMAGINATION RUN WILD
Three days ago (ask for Branson Police cam footage) we witnessed, along with everyone else standing and watching, a Branson Police Officer inform a resident who moved in just days after me and my family, “you have 20 minutes to get your things out.” Shortly, while in conversation with the young renter, the officer changed it to 30 minutes.
DAMN SHAME! — UNBELIEVABLE — TOOK HIS MONEY AND IN LESS THAN ON 2 WEEKS HE IS OUT BECAUSE HE HAD 2 FEMALE GUESTS.
Today, October 5, 2023 at 2:18 p.m. as I write this note, the Health Dept. Officials, Branson Police Dept. Official, and Code Enforcement are here on the premises, as we have been informed this property is “UNLICENSED” and we are possibly being moved to another location.
This lady “SCAMMED” us and took our money knowing she did “NOT” have a license to operate legally.
This is how “PO” FOLKS LIKE ME ARE EASILY SCAMMED.
I hope the Branson Police Dept. find within themselves to locate that young man who was “illegally” put out based on “Face Value” lies and apologize for what they had done. If not, next time I see him and I will, I’ll make sure to make that apology. I don’t care if that young man has a criminal record or NOT, he did “NOT” deserve that type of “illegal” eviction process.
One day prior to that, several other families were removed again with assistance of the Branson Police Dept. Those families were “illegally” evicted and they too, had paid their rent.
