Had I “NOT” stepped into court “TODAY,” these “GREEDY” people and “ENTITIES” would have utilized the “COURT” system to it “FULLEST” extent and would have “WON” an astronomical amount of money -AND- they never offered ONE “IOTA” as to how they had arrived at that $3,500 figure. – GO TO COURT PEOPLE.

The Attorney “REPRESENTING” these “VILLAGE” IDOTS offered up the amount above as “THEY” requested. He asked “What are we going to do today, “TRIAL” or work this out? I informed him of the problems that “STILL” exist today and we would stay if things were fixed to livable standards.
Their Attorney stated: THEY JUST WANT YOU OUT. THEY DO NOT WANT TO RENEW YOUR LEASE.
I Stated that’s “FAIR” with me. I have until the 25th of November to move out. AFTERALL, I LIVE ON THE CORNER OF “FAIR STREET” AND “DUNNIGAN.” WHERE ALL DEALZ ARE FAIR
I responded with, since they want me out, this then “BOILS” down to “DOLLARS,” SO WE NEED TO GET THESE NUMBERS RIGHT in order to finalize this agreement.
When he “MENTIONED” the name “PAM NOWLIN” AND stated that I owe her for the service she rendered for them, an amount of $130.00.
I STATED, I AM “NOT” GIVING HER “ANYTHING” – IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR HER SERVICES, AND YOU HIRED HER, THEN WE “WILL” HAVE “TRIAL” TODAY.
Their Attorney stated “They would take care of paying her.” This “ELIMINATED” THE TRIAL. OTHERWISE, I’M ALL IN FOR TRIAL.
As “I” crushed the numbers based on the “AMOUNTS” these “VILLAGE IDOTS” had requested, as well as me “NOT” having a fully functional home, “I” “DECIDED” that “I” would pay them $630 and “they” keep the “DEPOSIT.” That covers my 4 Months of Rent and My Cleaning Services.
SO “I WILL GIVE THEM $630.00″ ON THE “DATE DESCRIBED” AND THEIR PLACE BACK ON NOVEMBER 25TH 2021. THIS PLACE “WILL” BE CLEANER THEN WHEN WE MOVED IN. THAT’S THE TYPE PEOPLE MY HUSBAND AND I ARE.
$630 DIVIDED BY 4 MEANS – YOUR PROPERTY “ACCORDING” TO “YOUR” ATTORNEY “IS” WORTH ABOUT $157.50 PER MONTH AS HE ““AGREED” TO SIGN OFF ON “MY” FIGURES.
“I’M” GIVING YOU THE $570 “DEPOSIT” FOR THE “STOVE” YOU PUT IN “RECENTLY” WHICH MAKES ME FEEL GOOD KNOWING YOUR NEXT “CATCH” WILL AT LEAST HAVE A STOVE —- “ON ME.” (LOL)
EITHER WAY I LIVED IN IT, (AND I OWED “YOU” SOMETHING). IT WAS ULTIMATELY MY RESPONSIBILITY, TO CLEAN THE PLACE THAT I WILL BE “DWELLING” AT, JUST SO, I KNOW, IT WAS CLEANED.
HERE IS THE DEAL PEOPLE. You need to start documenting every phone call and every conversation with JT, HD and Trusted Property Management Company. They will “RAILROAD” you, because they been playing the “SYSTEM” game for some time now. ASKING ALMOST $4,000 TOTAL – FOR WHAT – NO SERVICES RENDERED – IT’S STILL “SLUM-MA-FIDE.”
THIS IS REALLY FUNNY: They charged me for “MONTHS” for “CABLE” service, but when I “CALLED,” just shortly after moving in, about the “USERNAME AND PASSWORD” for the “CABLE” service, they stated “we can’t give that out.” So, if I can’t download the “APP” to utilize the service, why am I paying for it? “IT’S LIKE GETTING INTERNET SERVICE – BUT YOU CAN’T HAVE THE LOGIN INFO. WHAT GOOD IS THE SERVICE – WHY AM I PAYING YOU? $40.00 PER MONTH. (SEE THE BREAKDOWN OF HOW THEY OPERATE)
Another “ODD” thing is, when you have a “FAMILY” and/or “COUPLE” who move into “YOUR” rental place and they put forth great “EFFORTS” to make “YOUR” place more “FUNCTIONAL” and “HABITABLE,” “MOST” People in their “RIGHT” minds would think, I need to help them, because in the long run, I will come out better. Good Tenants Means Longevity.
JT, HD AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WANTS “YOUR MONEY” AND “NOT WILLING” TO PUT IN THE WORK TO KEEP YOUR LIVING ENVIRONMENT SAFE AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL.
Get “EVERYTHING” in “WRITTING.” especially from these entities. “NEVER” TAKE A VERBAL AGREEMENT FROM JT, HD AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. EVEN AS THE “CITY MANAGER” – NOT WORTH TRUSTING.
My husband stated, “I SHOULD HAVE LISTEN TO “JT” LAST YEAR WHEN HE TOLD ME “NOT” TO RENT FROM THEM, HD AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS EXIST AROUND THEM.” NOW HE’S IN BED WITH THEM.
Like my husband “stated to their Attorney” today: “WE SHOULD “NOT” HAVE ARRIVED AT THIS POINT. “JT” KNEW I WAS LIVING IN ONE OF HIS HOUSING “PROJECTS” UNIT. – (AKA – THE SLUMS)
HAD I KNOWN “JT” OWNED THIS “SLUM”, I COULD HAVE TALKED TO HIM “MAN TO MAN” IN PERSON, – JUST AS WE DID, WHEN WE FOUND OURSELVES “JOGGING” ON THE SAME BLOCK TOGETHER. MY WIFE HAD TO RESEARCH TO FIND OUT “SULLIVAN, MO CITY MANAGER” OWNS THESE “SLUM” HOUSING UNITS.
THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE RIGHT WAY TO DO IT, BUT JUST LIKE “BOYS” THEY ALL STAYED “OUTSIDE “THE COURTROOM TODAY, AND “HID” IN THEIR CARS WAITING FOR THE “ALL” CLEAR FROM THEIR “ATTORNEY.” HAYDEN RIDING IN CIRCLES, IN HIS WHITE TRUCK, PATIENTLY WAITING FOR THE “WE GOT A DEAL” CALL. THEY ASK FOR “COURT,” AND THEN “HIDE” BEHIND THEIR “ATTORNEY.” — AND RUNNING THE CITY (INTO THE GROUND). NOT “MEN” ENOUGH TO SHOW THEIR “FACES” IN THE COURTROOM. BUT AS A WOMAN, I WAS THERE, “IN FRONT” OF THEIR ATTORNEY AND THE JUDGE.
