
Yesterday November 1, 2021 a “BRAND NEW” stove was delivered to my “PLACE OF DWELLING.” We still have several “DANGEROUS” things inside that are “NEEDING” attention. I went a “FULL” year of renting from JT “WITHOUT” having access to a “FULLY” functional stove. I had to purchase “ELECTRIC” cookware in order to cook my meals. FOR A COMPLETE YEAR I HAD ACCESS TO (1-EYE) ON THAT “OLD” STOVE. – JT, HD, and TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THANKS FOR “HONORING” YOUR PROMISE – “1-YEAR” LATER – “AFTER” YOU DECIDE TO TAKE “MY HUSBAND AND I TO COURT” AND ASK FOR “DAMAGES.”
This year, I might be able to enjoy “THANKSGIVING” by cooking for my family on A “FULLY FUNCTIONAL STOVE.” LAST THANKSGIVING. – OH WELL!
BIRD POOP REPAIR
Today, November 2, 2021 a maintenance worker came by and begin “PATCHING” the hole where the “BIRDS” have made their “NEST.” I am going to supply you with this “IMPORTANT” link (DANGERS OF BIRD POOP).
These birds have been “NESTING” there for years which means, the “ACID” have been “EATING” the “WOOD” for “YEARS.” This “PATCHWORK” will “NOT” suffice. At least for now, I guess the birds will not get in. “THE WOOD IS ROTTEN” and the city manager is aware of this. All of the “CORNERS” of this apartment needs to be “REMOVED AND REPLACE.” STRUCTURE MUST BE MADE “STRONG” OR THE SAME PROBLEM AS FLORIDA BUILDING COLLASPE COULD OCCUR.
IMAGINE THE “SMELL” WHEN THE “BIRDS” THAT ARE “ENCLOSED” INSIDE CANNOT GET OUT AND DIE THERE – MORE, AND MORE “ACID” AND “ROTTEN WOOD AS WELL AS THE “NOISE” I WILL HAVE TO ENDURE AS THEY TRY TO “FREE” THEMSELVE. (VIEW IMAGE OF REPAIR HERE – NOTICE THE WHITE POOP)
MUST HAVE A “CODE ENFORCEMENT” TEAM IN PLACE.
EXAMPLE OF WHAT I WOULD DO:
If I, as a homeowner was bringing in about $5,000 per month from 1 of my housing units – ROUGHLY $60,000 per year. WHY IS IT THAT “POOR” RENTERS OF MINE WOULD HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS?
With that $60,000 I’ve earn that year – EACH YEAR
$10-$20,000 will be “SET ASIDE” for any “EMERGENCY” situation that “MIGHT” arise. I would make “SURE” that State and Local “REQUIRED” laws are met. I do understand that sometime “GREED” will “NOT” allow some to think like that.
I would talk to each of my tenants to make sure they are comfortable in a fully “FUNCTIONAL” “WORKING” and “SAFE” ENVIRONMENT. Our communication will assure that we are on the same page.
AFTERALL, THE TENANTS ARE THE PEOPLE “PLACING” THE “FOOD” ON MY TABLE. THEREFORE, I WANT TO MAKE SURE THEIR TABLE LOOKS LIKE MINE.
If I take care of my tenants, I’ll sleep “GOOD” each night.
With just a simple “KIND” gesture of bringing out a “NEW” “STOVE” that was soooo much needed, and matches my taste and livestyle that I choose “INSIDE” my home, even though I live in this environment, means a lot to me and “POOR” people like myself, who are renting from YOU, JT, HD, and “TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. GET THEM A “NEW STOVE” TOO.
BUT YET, YOU TOOK ME TO COURT FOR “RENT” AND GET THIS ——- “DAMAGES.”
