Relocating To Branson Be Prepared

Branson is a wonderful place to visit, BRING YOUR FAMILY AND HAVE A GOOD TIME.

But, it also has many issues, and below I will mention Top “4” reasons why you should think twice before relocating “INSIDE” the city limits.
 
1) HOUSING CRISIS INSIDE THE CITY LIMITS

Affordable housing is scarce.  The only places to turn for an immediate roof over your head are the “Hotel/Apartment” holes. (aka) holes. They have a lot of rules that eliminate you being an adult. One rule that Anita and I do agree with is Smoking outside. “WE DON’T MIND TO FOLLOW THAT RULE, AS IT WOULD BE SHAME FOR ONE OF US TO BURN DOWN A “HOLE” IN WHICH WE LIVE.”

–They have a very “NEW” game–

It’s called the “3 HEARTBEATS” game.  Meaning you and your family must “PURCHASE” 2 Hotel/Apartment holes if you have more than “3” people relocating inside the city of Branson.

Something like this “2 people, and a pet = 3 HEARTBEATS”.
 
So, if you have 3 human beings and a dog, that is considered “4 Heartbeats.”

–AND SO–

IN THE CITY OF BRANSON YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE “2 HOLES” in order to keep that 4th family member close, while also providing the backbone for local businesses.

AVERAGE SIZE HOLE – Around 300 square feet.BOUT LIKE AH PRISON CELL

They are “RENTING” average size “Holes” for around $800.00 per month, per hole.  

A family of five (5) relocating to Branson seeking immediate shelter, would be required to purchase “2”  holes to accommodate their family.

AND IN THESE HOLES, THEY ARE ALWAYS REMODELING WHICH MEAN “ROACHMANIA” IS ALWAYS IN “FULL” SESSION.

Cockroaches may go to adjacent areas along plumbing chases, under doors, or through holes if food, water, or shelter become limited; if a repellent pesticide is used; or if “RENOVATION” disrupts a cockroach hiding spot.

A TOTAL AMOUNT OF: $1,600.00 per month, “per family”.

2) SAFETY CONCERNS

Six extended stay hotels in Branson shut down due to safety concerns. (VIEW ARTICLE HERE.) YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASK TO SEE OPERATING BUSINESS LICENSE BEFORE MAKING A FINAL DECISION.

3) LOW PAYING JOBS

The majority of jobs are in tourism and are low-paying, only a few offer benefits like health insurance. Most jobs keep you under or around 30 hours.

4) SEASONAL WORK – WHEN NOT BUSY, YOU DON’T WORK AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET YOUR “UNEMPLOYMENT”“NOW YOUR FAMILY BECOMES HOMELESS AND NOMADIC”

Tourism is the economic engine for Branson, but it’s seasonal, and many jobs are low-wage.

Do your research before moving to Branson. Visit Branson months ahead and find an apartment manager willing to rent to you. STAY “AWAY” FROM SLUM HOTELS. They are adding so-called kitchens to these holes now.

They are preparing as fall will be arriving soon and the “NEW” nomads will be the ones keeping the pipes from freezing, and the electricity on.

Don’t take a risk of “DESTROYING” your family simply because what you think is gold, I know to be glitter.

AVOID HOTEL HOLES. THEY ARE VERY NOTICABLE. CAIN’T MIS-UM.

Fact is, there are a “KAZILLION” hotels in Branson and there will never be a “KAZILLION” people here at one time. So, instead of replacing the “RUN” down sites with “NEW” development, they are agitating the roaches and re-renting that space back to us “PO” folks over and over again while the “PO” FOLKS (THE LOCALS) provide much needed services to all local businesses.

NOW WE CAN REALLY FEED THE ROACHES WITH THESE SEMI KITCHENS.

I know, I feed a bunch of them too.
