Today, I received my “State and County” Business License. I was NOT surprised but somewhat relieved over the fact that my address “IS” situated in the county of Sullivan, MO. 727 Dunnigan Street is in the County. VIEW SULLIVAN, MO WARD MAP – CLICK HERE. The line between “P and Q” represents the division of “Franklin and Crawford” Counties. Locate Dunnigan Avenue and Fair Street and tell me if the County informed me wrong. I believe Crawford County Clerks Office is 100% RIGHT, according to the CITY OF SULLIVAN, MO “Ward Map” on their website.
In the past, I had been informed of this by several people in authority and with access to the “LAND SURVEY.” This is why it was so important for me to seek out concrete information from those who actually have the knowledge and understanding of the laws within a community and have access to “LAND” surveys and reports.
Earlier today the “City Enforcer” came through probably looking to see if I am holding a sale or maybe just passing by. There is no need to wonder what days I will be holding my “householddealz” yard sale as my documents allow me to hold this type of service 7-days a week, if I so choose.
I will continue as I have done thus far, to follow the laws, and seek out answers that I may have some concerns about.
