Now, let me show you how the game is played. You rent this place “AS YOU SEE IT,” –AND– when you move out, (At one point you will – usually by eviction), they will go to the “JUDGE” and ask for “DAMAGES.” “DAMAGES THAT WERE THERE BEFORE YOU MOVED IN.”

Why is it that the City Manager/Property Owner, JT and his team refuse to take the “APPROPRIATE” steps to “PROTECT” the “POOR” renters that they rent to? Why is it, they refuse to provide renters with a “CLEAN AND SAFE” Environment Upon Move-In?

My husband and I, have cleaned the place “BEST” as we can, but as you can see, it requires a little more than just shining the floors.

The bathroom is a complete “MESS” and the smell is overwhelming. The Linoleum is about as “OLD” as the apartment itself, and it is “CRUSTY” hard, meaning you can “DESTROY” your foot if met at the right location.

“ALL LINOLEUM MUST BE REPLACED FOR SAFETY REASONS.”

The “BEDROOM” is a “COMPLETE” “BOOBY” TRAP. We refused to allow our grand daughter to stand anywhere near the glass door, and touch any “TRIM-WORK” as most of the trim is very dangerous, throughout the apartment.

When that “GLASS” door falls, and one day it will. It will be a very “SAD” day if someone is standing close to that sliding door. “THOSE DOORS ARE OLD, AND HEAVY, –AND– THE TRACK THAT IS HOLDING THOSE DOORS ARE WARNED TO HELL,” AND “FLIMSY.”

PEOPLE, PLEASE BEWARE FOR “YOUR” SAFETY. YOU ARE RENTING AT YOUR OWN RISK.

LET ME SHOW YOU HOW THEY “PLAYED” US.

First, they refused to fix anything “UNTIL” this blog came into existence. We asked several times for a “WALK-THRU,” AND THINGS TO BE REPAIRED OR FIXED.

When I refused to pay them for me “NOT” having a fully working “STOVE” and “REFRIGERATOR,” THEY “RETALIATED” by focusing “FIRST” on my “YARD SALES.”

Shortly, after JT had utilized his “CITY” EMPLOYEES to figure out means to stop the “YARD” SALES on “HIS” property, he then decided to “UTILIZE” his ATTORNEY, AND HD/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM TO FORGE A “LIE” TO THE “JUDGE.”

THAT LIE PLACED MY FAMILY IN “CASENET” – AND – WE ARE DEALING WITH THIS AS I WRITE THIS POST.

Their “GREAT” “knowledgeable,” attorney “NOTED” on a “COURT” certified “DOCUMENT” they want “PAST RENT – PLUS “DAMAGES.”

“PLUS DAMAGES”

This is “SICKENING” to me. How can an “ATTORNEY” ask a “JUDGE” for “DAMAGES” and “NO-ONE” had been inside my home to even “DISCOVER” DAMAGES. NO-ONE HAD TAKEN ONE PICTURE TO PRESENT TO THE “JUDGE.” DID THIS ATTORNEY WITH “GREAT KNOWLEDGE” ASK FOR PICTURES OF “DAMAGES” BEFORE LYING TO THE JUDGE?

NO-ONE HAS EVEN DONE A “WALK-THRU” – THIS SYSTEM IS “CRUEL” AND “DANGEROUS” TO “POOR” PEOPLE.

LOOK AT THE IMAGES THEY HAVE PRESENTED TO THE WORLD. IT IS CLEANER THAN WHEN I MOVED IN. BUT, TRUTH IS, THIS PLACE IS NOT LIVEABLE YET.

“ROACH INFESTATION”

The “DUCTWORK” is so “OLD” that “ROACHES” crawl out the vents when you turn on the heat. The smell is “HORRENDOUS.” The “ENTIRE” BUILDING NEEDS “NEW DUCTWORK.” Not to mention the “SEWAGE” PROBLEMS.

The “BATHROOM” Walls bleed “YELLOW” streaks down the whole wall, when you start taking showers. The shower “VENT” does “NOT” work. “IT TURNS ON AND MAKES LOUD NOISE, BUT IT “DOES NOT” WORK. Look at that “FILTHY” SINK. I tried to clean this “SLUM” with all my heart. I just couldn’t get help from the “SLUMLORD.”

People, “JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES.” and you will see the “FILTH” that we tried to contend with. IT’S VERY DIFFICULT, WHEN YOU REALIZE THE OWNER, IS NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU HELP HIM. (ZOOM IN ON THOSE IMAGES)

–I AM SICK OF LIVING IN OTHER PEOPLES FILTH.–

FOR THOSE WHO FEEL “FRIGHTEN” TO RENT TO MY HUSBAND AND I, “GOOD FOR YOU” AND I DO MEAN – “GOOD FOR YOU.”

I WOULDN’T RENT TO PEOPLE LIKE ME EITHER. BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE ME, ARE REFUSING TO CONTINUE TO PAY PEOPLE LIKE YOU FOR “FILTH.”LOOK AT THOSE PICTURES. THEY SAID “MOVE-IN” READY.

–WHY IS RENT SO HIGH FOR MIDDLE CLASS HOMES IN MISSOURI?–

It is because “FILTHY” landlords are being “ALLOWED” to rent these “SLUMS” at such a “HIGH” price, that homes which should be rented at “REASONABLE” cost, around $500-$700 monthly, are being rented at $1,000 plus per month. ALL DUE, TO THE “HIGH PRICE” OF “SLUM” HOUSING.

“CODE ENFORCEMENT NEEDED”

If a “TRUE” CODE ENFORCEMENT team was in place, this property, would “NOT”, and should “NOT” be rented for “SAFETY” REASONS until it passes “INSPECTIONS.”

So, far as an “OUTSIDER,” AS I’M TOLD, all I have witnessed in this town for the past 3 years being completed are “SIDEWALKS,” AND “TOTAL” Harassment of my “LEGAL” “YARD SALES” BUSINESS.

NOTICE THIS – BECAUSE WE HAD DONE SUCH A “GOOD JOB” CLEANING FOR THEM, JT, HD/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RENTAL COST WENT (UP $60.00) MORE PER MONTH ALONG WITH “OTHER” ASSOCIATED FEES. RENT FOR THIS “SLUM” IS NOW OFFICIALLY ($530.00 PER MONTH).IT WAS $470.00 PER MONTH WHEN I WAS THERE.

SLUM” HOUSING PRICES CONTINUE TO CLIMB, SIDE BY SIDE WITH COVID-19. “FILTH” FOR RENT!
