What You Need To Know
Before I get started, I want to thank two beautiful people, whom without them “BransonOutreach” would not be as impactful as it is in the community. Wanda B., Vice President and Cheryl H., Treasure/Secretary. Together, we are “BransonOutreach.”
As many of you are aware, guests are coming from other countries and entering Branson. These beautiful individuals allow the “CITY OF BRANSON” to provide meaningful services for the many visitors who come here each season to enjoy Branson’s wonderful attractions. They provide a variety of services for many business owners within the city.
“THEY ARE THE BACKBONE OF BRANSON FROM OPENING TILL CLOSING OF EACH SEASON “
These guests are known as, “J1’s.” They are young and vibrant youth with a twinkle in their eyes about being in Branson and moreover, the United States.
For some, this will be their first time here. But there will be those who are doing a repeat.
“WHAT DO YOU MEAN A REPEAT?”
For several years my husband and I dwelled within the filthy walls of the “ENCLAVE/KINGS QUARTERS” holes. I have had an opportunity to meet and work with many J1’s.
While living there and having “FIRST HAND” knowledge of the complaints made by staff, generals, and managers, I can honestly tell you, that the only reason they accept J1’s at their locations, is simply because they enjoy taking “PO” folks money.
Last season the “POOL” at the Quarters hole was closed down. I learned, while residing there by speaking with a person who once lived there too, that it was closed down because they “DID NOT WANT THE J1’s IN THE POOL” – They removed the bench in the back of the building because, they said “THEY DID NOT WANT THE J1’s PARTYING AND SITTING ON IT”.
BUT JUST LIKE EVERY SEASON THEY SMILE AT THESE YOUNG PEOPLE, TAKE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY, AND TREAT THEM LIKE CRAP.
SO WHAT CAN THE “ENCLAVES/QUARTERS” DO BETTER
Keep in mind, a lot of the J1’s that arrive here and are PO’er than us. They put on a kind face because they are proud to be here and work here.
Also, keep in mind the same owners, managers, general managers are running these holes, so don’t expect much in terms of “HONESTY.”
1) Quit telling lies about the J1’s when everyone knows “THE KINGS QUARTERS AND ENCLAVE” ARE KNOWN FRAUDSTERS” (LINK TO COURT DOCUMENT) – (LINK TO SETTLEMENT CHECK)
2) Open the pool as it is part of the agreement (LINK THIS PAGE) – They are paying for this as it is clearly noted on page. (SEASONAL EXTERIOR POOL).
While you are on that page reading, click on the link that suggests you to “(CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE)“ – It was removed because of the lies told to many of us “PO” folks. (CLICK HERE)
3) Code Enforcement should “NOT” allow Enclave and Quarters to stack those young people “4 deep” in those filthy rooms. Hopefully, the organization that sets up their travel arrangements will take notice and find a better fit for these young people.
“ENCLAVE-1” just recently moved many of those people to the so-called “IMPROVED” ENCLAVE-2 holes. Many had lived in their room for “YEARS ” -AND- Now they are going to put the J1’s in that filth. Your young children will live and pay for “holes” that they just moved “Long-Term” residence from, less than three months ago. Those holes need years to “AIR OUT.”
4) “MAIL” (VIEW IMAGE) is a very vital part of the J1’s stay as it plays as the lifeline for families incoming and outgoing tangible goods.
Enclave believes that keeping your mail is a priority. It’s easier to throw it in a box and forget it. So, if you intend to get any mail check their process first. You might not want to live there.
5) Parents should check with Branson PD to see what type of “ACTIVITIES” take place at the “ENCLAVE & QUARTERS.” holes. Things like sexual predators, constant lost or stolen packages, etc. You might not want to live there.
