On November 28th<\/strong>, around “MID-DAY”<\/strong> I called the “SULLIVAN”<\/strong> Police Department. To inform them that there is a “WATER LEAK”<\/strong> downstairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had to call the Sullivan “POLICE” Department<\/strong>, because the “AFTER-HOUR”<\/strong> contact number recently provided in an “E-MAIL,”<\/strong> sent to me, and the rest of the tenants, was “NOT” working<\/strong> at that time. E-MAIL SENT FROM: <\/strong>“JT\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT\/HD REAL ESTATE.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shortly after I placed that call, a worker from “JT\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT\/HD REAL ESTATE,”<\/strong> shows up and tried to get things under control. As I went downstairs, to see exactly what was going on, I “NOTICED”<\/strong> an “HORRENDOUS” smell<\/strong>, and “BLACK” soot<\/strong>, and fungus coming from the pipes. Total “FILTH” layered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next day, Monday, November 29, 2021<\/strong> a couple of guys showed up and “SNAKED” the pipes<\/strong> to clear a path, and to “SHOP-VACUUM” <\/strong>the “TENANTS”<\/strong> apartments. – THAT’S ALL – SHOP-VAC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I asked my friends<\/strong>, who are tenants “DOWNSTAIRS”<\/strong>, if their places were “CLEANED”<\/strong>, because they had a large amount of “SEWAGE,” that flowed, “INTO” their place of dwelling.<\/strong> I was “CONCERNED,”<\/strong> and “INFORMED”<\/strong> my friends of my concerns, because “INJESTING” “RAW” sewage in any manner is “UNHEALTHY” for any “HUMAN BEING.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I spoke to one young man, who seems to be a good person, and trying to do his best to live comfortably. He does have a “DISABILTY<\/strong>,” and that’s what so “PAINFUL” for me<\/strong>. “HE IS LIVING IN SEWAGE “STENCH” provided by the “NON-SERVICE” of “JT\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT\/HD REAL ESTATE.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHY DO I SAY THIS?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sewage and wastewater contain bacteria, fungi, parasites, and viruses that can cause intestinal, lung, and other infections. Bacteria may cause diarrhea, fever, cramps, and sometimes vomiting, headache, weakness, or loss of appetite.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The staff for this “PROPERTY OWNER\/MANAGEMENT COMPANIES” did “NOT” <\/strong>take the time to place these people, including this young man, in a “Hotel,” or somewhere safe<\/strong>, while their “UNITS” <\/strong>were being “PROFESSIONALLY” cleaned.<\/strong> To this day their apartments have “NOT”<\/strong> been “PROFESSIONALLY” cleaned.<\/strong> They are still “SMELLING AND INJESTING” this “DEADLY STENCH.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PEOPLE – THAT “STENCH” ALONG WITH “COVID-19” IS DEADLY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–AND–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By me having “FIRST-HAND”<\/strong> knowledge of this, only informs me<\/strong>, that over the years<\/strong>, as this has happened, on many occasions<\/strong>, my friends have “REPEATEDLY,” been subjected<\/strong> to this type of “PISS-POOR”<\/strong> service from our “CITY MANAGER” who owns this “SLUMS.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the City of Sullivan is “NOT” willing to “SIGN-ON” for a “CODE ENFORCEMENT” STAFF, AND FEELS THIS TYPE OF “COMMUNITY” DESTRUCTION IS WARRANTED,<\/strong> — THE “STATE” NEEDS<\/strong> TO TAKE ACTION,<\/strong> TO HELP THIS YOUNG MAN<\/strong>, AS HE IS ON PROGRAMS<\/strong> THAT REQUIRE “PROFESSIONALISM” <\/strong>TO KEEP HIM SAFE FROM “FILTHY” LANDLORDS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOR ALL ABOVE NON-ACTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I APOLOGIZE FOR<\/strong> THE WAY THE “CITY”<\/strong> GOVERNMENT HAVE TREATED YOU. I APOLOGIZE FOR<\/strong> THE WAY THE “SYSTEM” HAS<\/strong> DONE YOU. I APOLOGIZE FOR<\/strong> THE WAY THIS “HOUSING” PROGRAM<\/strong> OPERATES. I APOLOGIZE FOR<\/strong> YOU “NOT” HAVING<\/strong> A “CODE ENFORCEMENT” <\/strong>STAFF. I APOLOGIZE FOR<\/strong> “THEM” “ALLOWING” <\/strong>YOU TO CONTINUE “INJESTING” THIS “RAW” “SEWAGE AND STENCH.”<\/strong> I APOLOGIZE FOR<\/strong> THE “IGNORANCE” THAT EXIST<\/strong> IN OUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT<\/strong>. I APOLOGIZE FOR<\/strong> THOSE WHO WILL “NOT.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

REMEMBER THIS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last month<\/strong> or so, SULLIVAN, MO “OUTDOORS” Code Enforcement came to “CHECK” the structure of this property<\/strong> located at 727 Dunnigan Street<\/strong>. Two guys who work “JUST BELOW THE FEET” (in the Basement) of JT, the City Manager, and Slum Owner.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I requested a “COPY”<\/strong> of that report a while back<\/strong>. To this date, I have “NOT” received<\/strong> that report, (THEIR FINDINGS).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, go back a few paragraphs.<\/strong> I talked about “BLACK” soot<\/strong>. Had SULLIVAN “OUTDOOR” Code Enforcement guys, done their job appropriately, that “BLACK” “SOOT” should have “RAISED” the question about the LARGE “TREE” that sits in “CLOSE” proximity of these “PIPES.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll notice, the “GROUND,” has “SHIFTED” a lot, and the “ROOTS” have spread out,<\/strong> which indicates to me, the “ROOTS” have found a home “AROUND” the pipes, and in some cases, “INFILTRATED” these pipes that caused the “DIRT,” “BLACK” Soot to “MANIFEST” itself within these “SEWAGE” LINES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It would be an “APPROPRIATE” “KIND” gesture <\/strong>to check and see if these “ROOTS” are the cause<\/strong> of this “EVIL.”<\/strong> IF THAT IS “ONE” OF THE CAUSES, HOW DID “CODE ENFORCEMENT” MISS THIS?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AGAIN, I APOLOGIZE FOR<\/strong> YOU LIVING IN THESE CONDITIONS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

—HD-HAYDEN–<\/strong>, DON’T THINK “LANDLORDS<\/strong>,” WHERE WE APPLIED AT<\/strong>, ARE NOT TELLING MY HUSBAND AND I, ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE STATING TO THEM.<\/strong> (STILL CAN’T STOP – FORWARD PROGRESS.)<\/strong> WE REFUSE<\/strong> TO GO TO<\/strong> ANYONE’S “SLUM” AGAIN<\/strong>.– “HD REAL ESTATE – LORD OF THE SULLIVAN -AND- SURROUNDING CITY SLUMS.”<\/strong> —PEOPLE BEWARE.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
