You rent this place <strong>&#8220;AS YOU SEE IT,&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211;AND&#8211; when you move out, <strong>(At one point you will &#8211; usually by eviction)<\/strong>, they will go to the <strong>&#8220;JUDGE&#8221;<\/strong> and ask for <strong>&#8220;DAMAGES.&#8221; &#8220;DAMAGES THAT WERE THERE BEFORE YOU MOVED IN.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why is it that the <strong>City Manager\/Property Owner, JT and his team<\/strong> refuse to take the <strong>&#8220;APPROPRIATE&#8221;<\/strong> steps to <strong>&#8220;PROTECT<\/strong>&#8221; the <strong>&#8220;POOR&#8221;<\/strong> renters that they rent to? Why is it, they refuse to provide renters with a <strong>&#8220;CLEAN AND SAFE&#8221;<\/strong> Environment Upon Move-In?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My husband and I, have cleaned the place <strong>&#8220;BEST&#8221;<\/strong> as we can, but as you can see, it requires a little more than just shining the floors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bathroom is a complete <strong>&#8220;MESS<\/strong>&#8221; and the smell is overwhelming. The Linoleum is about as <strong>&#8220;OLD&#8221; <\/strong>as the <strong>apartment itself<\/strong>, and it is <strong>&#8220;CRUSTY&#8221;<\/strong> hard, meaning you can <strong>&#8220;DESTROY<\/strong>&#8221; your foot if met at the right location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;ALL LINOLEUM MUST BE REPLACED FOR SAFETY REASONS.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>&#8220;BEDROOM&#8221;<\/strong> is a <strong>&#8220;COMPLETE&#8221; &#8220;BOOBY&#8221; TRAP<\/strong>. We refused to allow our grand daughter to stand anywhere near the <strong>glass doo<\/strong>r, and touch any <strong>&#8220;TRIM-WORK&#8221;<\/strong> as most of the trim is very dangerous, throughout the apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When that <strong>&#8220;GLASS&#8221; door falls<\/strong>, and one day it will. It will be a <strong>very &#8220;SAD&#8221; day<\/strong> if someone is standing close to that sliding door. <strong>&#8220;THOSE DOORS ARE OLD, AND HEAVY, &#8211;AND&#8211; THE TRACK THAT IS HOLDING THOSE DOORS ARE WARNED TO HELL,&#8221;<\/strong> AND <strong>&#8220;FLIMSY.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PEOPLE, PLEASE <strong>BEWARE FOR &#8220;YOUR&#8221; SAFETY<\/strong>. YOU ARE RENTING AT <strong>YOUR OWN RISK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LET ME SHOW YOU HOW THEY &#8220;PLAYED&#8221; US.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, they refused to fix anything <strong>&#8220;UNTIL&#8221;<\/strong> this blog came into existence. We asked several times for a <strong>&#8220;WALK-THRU,&#8221; AND THINGS TO BE REPAIRED OR FIXED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I refused to pay them for me <strong>&#8220;NOT&#8221; having a fully working &#8220;STOVE&#8221; and &#8220;REFRIGERATOR,&#8221;<\/strong> THEY <strong>&#8220;RETALIATED&#8221; by focusing &#8220;FIRST&#8221; on my &#8220;YARD SALES.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shortly, after <strong>JT had utilized his &#8220;CITY&#8221; EMPLOYEES to figure out means to stop the &#8220;YARD&#8221; SALES<\/strong> on <strong>&#8220;HIS&#8221; <\/strong>property, he then decided to &#8220;<strong>UTILIZE&#8221; his ATTORNEY, AND HD\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM TO FORGE A &#8220;LIE&#8221; TO THE &#8220;JUDGE.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THAT LIE PLACED MY FAMILY IN <strong>&#8220;CASENET&#8221; &#8211; AND &#8211; WE ARE DEALING WITH THIS AS I WRITE THIS POST.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their <strong>&#8220;GREAT&#8221; &#8220;knowledgeable,&#8221; <\/strong>attorney <strong>&#8220;NOTED&#8221;<\/strong> on a <strong>&#8220;COURT&#8221; certified &#8220;DOCUMENT&#8221;<\/strong> they want <strong>&#8220;PAST RENT<\/strong> &#8211; PLUS <strong>&#8220;DAMAGES.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;PLUS DAMAGES&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is <strong>&#8220;SICKENING&#8221; <\/strong>to me. How can an &#8220;<strong>ATTORNEY&#8221; ask a &#8220;JUDGE&#8221; for &#8220;DAMAGES&#8221; and &#8220;NO-ONE&#8221; had been inside my home to even &#8220;DISCOVER&#8221; DAMAGES. NO-ONE HAD TAKEN ONE PICTURE TO PRESENT TO THE &#8220;JUDGE.&#8221;<\/strong> DID THIS <strong>ATTORNEY WITH &#8220;GREAT KNOWLEDGE&#8221; ASK FOR PICTURES OF &#8220;DAMAGES&#8221; BEFORE LYING TO THE JUDGE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NO-ONE HAS EVEN DONE A &#8220;WALK-THRU&#8221; &#8211; THIS SYSTEM IS &#8220;CRUEL&#8221; AND &#8220;DANGEROUS&#8221; TO &#8220;POOR&#8221; PEOPLE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LOOK AT THE IMAGES<\/strong> THEY HAVE <strong>PRESENTED TO THE WORLD<\/strong>. IT IS CLEANER THAN WHEN I MOVED IN. <strong>BUT<\/strong>, TRUTH IS, <strong>THIS PLACE IS NOT LIVEABLE YET.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;ROACH INFESTATION&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>&#8220;DUCTWORK&#8221; is so &#8220;OLD&#8221; that &#8220;ROACHES&#8221; crawl out<\/strong> the vents when you turn <strong>on the heat<\/strong>. The smell<strong> is &#8220;HORRENDOUS.&#8221;<\/strong> The<strong> &#8220;ENTIRE&#8221;<\/strong> BUILDING NEEDS <strong>&#8220;NEW DUCTWORK.&#8221;<\/strong> <strong>Not to mention<\/strong> the <strong>&#8220;SEWAGE&#8221;<\/strong> PROBLEMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>&#8220;BATHROOM&#8221; Walls bleed &#8220;YELLOW&#8221; streaks<\/strong> down the whole wall, when you start taking showers. The shower <strong>&#8220;VENT&#8221; does &#8220;NOT&#8221; work<\/strong>.<strong> &#8220;IT TURNS ON AND MAKES LOUD NOISE, BUT IT &#8220;DOES NOT&#8221; WORK.<\/strong> Look at <strong>that &#8220;FILTHY&#8221; SINK.<\/strong> I tried to <strong>clean this &#8220;SLUM&#8221;<\/strong> with all <strong>my heart<\/strong>. I just <strong>couldn&#8217;t get help from the &#8220;SLUMLORD.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People, <strong>&#8220;JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES.&#8221;<\/strong> and you will <strong>see the &#8220;FILTH&#8221; <\/strong>that we tried to contend with. <strong>IT&#8217;S VERY DIFFICULT, WHEN YOU REALIZE THE OWNER, IS NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU HELP HIM.<\/strong> <strong>(ZOOM IN ON THOSE IMAGES)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211;I AM SICK OF LIVING IN OTHER PEOPLES FILTH.&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOR THOSE WHO FEEL &#8220;FRIGHTEN&#8221; TO RENT TO MY HUSBAND AND I, &#8220;GOOD FOR YOU&#8221; AND I DO MEAN &#8211; &#8220;GOOD FOR YOU.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I WOULDN&#8217;T RENT TO PEOPLE LIKE ME EITHER<\/strong>. BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE ME, ARE <strong>REFUSING TO CONTINUE TO PAY PEOPLE LIKE YOU FOR &#8220;FILTH.&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>LOOK AT THOSE PICTURES<\/strong>. THEY SAID <strong>&#8220;MOVE-IN&#8221; READY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211;WHY IS RENT SO HIGH FOR MIDDLE CLASS HOMES IN MISSOURI?&#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is because <strong>&#8220;FILTHY&#8221; landlords are being &#8220;ALLOWED&#8221; to rent these &#8220;SLUMS&#8221; at such a &#8220;HIGH&#8221; price, that homes which should be rented at &#8220;REASONABLE&#8221; cost, around $500-$700 monthly, are being rented at $1,000 plus per month. ALL DUE, TO THE &#8220;HIGH PRICE&#8221; OF &#8220;SLUM&#8221; HOUSING.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;CODE ENFORCEMENT NEEDED&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a <strong>&#8220;TRUE&#8221; CODE ENFORCEMENT team<\/strong> was in place, this property, <strong>would &#8220;NOT&#8221;<\/strong>, and <strong>should &#8220;NOT&#8221;<\/strong> be rented for <strong>&#8220;SAFETY&#8221; REASONS until it passes &#8220;INSPECTIONS.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, far as an<strong> &#8220;OUTSIDER,&#8221;<\/strong> <strong>AS I&#8217;M TOLD<\/strong>, all I have witnessed in this town for the past 3 years <strong>being completed are &#8220;SIDEWALKS,&#8221;<\/strong> AND <strong>&#8220;TOTAL&#8221; Harassment of my &#8220;LEGAL&#8221; &#8220;YARD SALES&#8221; BUSINESS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTICE THIS<\/strong> &#8211; BECAUSE WE HAD DONE SUCH A <strong>&#8220;GOOD JOB&#8221;<\/strong> CLEANING FOR THEM, <strong>JT, HD\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RENTAL COST WENT (UP $60.00)<\/strong> MORE <strong>PER MONTH<\/strong> ALONG WITH <strong>&#8220;OTHER&#8221;<\/strong> ASSOCIATED FEES. <strong>RENT FOR THIS &#8220;SLUM&#8221; IS NOW OFFICIALLY ($530.00 PER MONTH).<\/strong> &#8212;<strong>IT WAS $470.00 PER MONTH <\/strong> WHEN I WAS THERE. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>SLUM&#8221; HOUSING PRICES<\/strong> CONTINUE TO <strong>CLIMB, SIDE BY SIDE WITH COVID-19<\/strong>. <strong>&#8220;FILTH&#8221;<\/strong> FOR RENT!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\"><!--\nzone = \"34\";\nurl = \"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/adpro\";\n\/\/--><\/script>\n<script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/adpro\/show.js\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anita Williams, Owner<\/strong><br>Householddealz.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please Be Safe Everyone!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sullivan, Good People of Sullivan.
