Each year, all of us have some type of wishes and\/or dreams we would like to see come true. So today, I want to share with you, “MY WISHES”<\/strong> of the things I would like to see happen in 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WISH<\/strong> – That while driving down the “FREEWAY”<\/strong> and “OUTER” roads<\/strong> in our town, that I would “NOT” <\/strong>see our people walking on “DARK” roads, with their backs to oncoming vehicles<\/strong>, and their “HEADS” facing the ground<\/strong>, as if they have “GIVEN UP ON LIFE.”<\/strong> Most of these young people are “WOMEN” around my age<\/strong>. THIS IS SAD TO SEE – EVERYDAY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WISH<\/strong> – We can make better arrangement for those who are forced to “LIVE” in the “BACK”<\/strong> of these hotels at “RIDICULOUSLY” high prices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WISH<\/strong> – This year, that many “POOR” people will be allowed<\/strong> to take their “INCOME” tax money<\/strong>, and sit at the “TABLE,” at a “HOME” AUCTION event<\/strong>, and “SUCCESSFULLY” purchase a home<\/strong>. Like HD, JT, Trusted Property, and Associates<\/strong>. IT WOULD BE A “BREATH” OF FRESH AIR FOR THIS COMMUNITY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WISH<\/strong> – Sullivan make better plans for assisting the “HOMELESS” population<\/strong> as certain entity continue to feed “CASENET.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WISH<\/strong> – You, who are thinking about moving to Sullivan, MO utilize the “CASENET” tool<\/a> to give “YOU” a better understanding of why “NOT”<\/strong> to rent from certain “PEOPLE\/ENTITIES IN THIS COMMUNITY.”<\/strong> LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF EVICTIONS AND ASK YOURSELF – AM I NEXT?<\/strong> So, whenever, you get an application<\/strong> from “ANY” local “REAL ESTATE” agent in “SULLIVAN”, “PLEASE” refer to the name<\/strong> on the lease as<\/strong> “MANAGEMENT COMPANY”<\/strong> and also put the “PERSON’S NAME” whom you feel “MIGHT” own the property<\/strong>. USE THE “LITIGANT NAME SEARCH”<\/strong> LINK – (CLICK HERE)<\/a> You can “DECIPHER” <\/strong>the truth yourself. Many of these evictions will be “YOUR” family members and friends that you know.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WISH<\/strong> – Other people, would understand the importance of assisting those who are struggling daily.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me share with you “MY”<\/strong> thinking about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe<\/strong> there are Three (3)<\/strong> groups of people that exist in this community. They are (1) The Rich,<\/strong> (2) The Poor<\/strong>, and (3) The Poorer<\/strong>. I believe anyone that exist in the “POOR” category, (LIKE MYSELF)<\/strong>, should make it their “OBLIGATION” and “DUTY” to help those in the “POORER” category.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHY?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because they are family<\/strong>, they are friends<\/strong>, they are neighbors<\/strong>, they are “HUMAN BEINGS,”<\/strong> most of whom, you grew up with<\/strong>, like the people who are walking on the freeways -AND- outer roads<\/strong>. They have given up on life, and calling “OUT” to you for help<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So<\/strong>, no matter what my “STRUGGLE”<\/strong> is that day, I keep in mind, there is always someone<\/strong> doing even “WORST” then I<\/strong>. Therefore, because “I” know, what it is to be “POORER,<\/strong>” I have to keep my “ARMS” reaching downward, “TO TRY AND PULL ANOTHER PERSON UP,” at least to my level “POOR.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyday<\/strong>, I watch on the cable news network<\/strong>, reporters speak about politicians, and how “WEALTHY” <\/strong>they are. These politicians continue holding benefits, and dinners,<\/strong> asking for “MONEY” <\/strong>from those who support them<\/strong> – IN MOST CASES THE FOCUS IS TO, “POOR” PEOPLE.<\/strong> Some of us “POOR”<\/strong> people get so “EXCITED”<\/strong> and “HOOOOOROD” up about it<\/strong>, THEY actually send money to these people<\/strong> while “NOT” understanding their own living conditions<\/strong> –AND– how “DIRE” <\/strong>their “HOME”<\/strong> situation “TRULY”<\/strong> is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUT, <\/strong>when I see, one of those “ADS” asking “ME” for money<\/strong>, the first thing I do is go to “GOOGLE”<\/strong> type in that “WEALTHY” person’s name<\/strong> (you know like Trump, Biden, McConnell, Gates,<\/strong>) etc<\/strong>. and I take a look at their “LIFESTYLE,” and look at mine<\/strong>. WHO REALLY NEEDS MONEY – ME OR THEM?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of us “POOR” people,<\/strong> in this little town of 7,000<\/strong> people, live in “TRAILERS.”<\/strong> They have a “TENDENCY” to stand out in this community. <\/strong>Pretty much, all of these “TIN CAN TRAILERS”<\/strong> were “PAID”<\/strong> for back in the (“80’s”)<\/strong> and that means<\/strong>, these owners are “ALWAYS” laughing on their way to the bank<\/strong>, all off “POOR” people earnings.<\/strong> So, the struggle for the “POOR AND POORER” is truly real in this community, as the “POOR” must find ways to help the “POORER.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SO,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WISH<\/strong> – That the good people of Sullivan, MO open your eyes, and see the “GREAT IMPORTANCE” of having a “CODE ENFORCEMENT UNIT” <\/strong>that can protect the rights of the “PEOPLE” <\/strong>in this community. I HOPE “YOU” WILL BE “REQUIRING” city “OFFICIALS” that believe in this community<\/strong> and “NOT”<\/strong> from a “POLITICAL” standpoint<\/strong>. As noted above, “POLITICIANS” lifestyles are already comfortable.<\/strong> They have shown over and over again<\/strong>, – THEY DON’T CARE. – Right here in Sullivan, “YOUR” political leaders “OWN” and “RENT” “SLUMS”<\/strong> that they are buying<\/strong> at “AUCTION DEAL PRICES,”<\/strong> and renting to us “POOR” <\/strong>people at 10 times<\/strong> the amount paid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXAMPLE:<\/strong> They may purchase a “HOME\/PROPERTY” for $2,000<\/strong> (AT AN AUCTION)<\/strong>, and you will pay in rent, $500 to $800 monthly, for that same piece of property.<\/strong> YOU DO THE MATH $500×12 Months = $6,000. (WOW – WHAT A PROFIT)<\/strong> – and you “CAN’T” even get a working “STOVE.”<\/strong> This is totally “LUDACRIS.”<\/strong> THAT’S HOW MUCH THEY CARE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave that “POLITICAL” crap at the door<\/strong>, as this community “NEEDS” leaders who have “HEARTS AND SOULS.”<\/strong> – YOU SIMPLY, CANNOT AFFORD ANOTHER “GREAT” PRETENDER<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AS A POOR PERSON<\/strong>, I DON’T WANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE A REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT.<\/strong> THAT DOESN’T MATTER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WANT TO KNOW IF YOU’VE BEEN IN THE TRENCHES, AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS TO STRUGGLE AT THE BOTTOM<\/strong>, WHAT IT IS TO BE HUNGRY<\/strong>, WHAT IT IS TO BE EVICTED<\/strong>, WHAT IT IS TO BE HOMELESS<\/strong>, — DO YOU KNOW WHAT “COMPASSION” IS?<\/strong> I WANT TO FEEL THAT WHEN I VOTE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

People of Sullivan, a time will come when you will have a chance to make that “DECISION”<\/strong> – POLITICIANS, —OR— REAL PEOPLE, LIKE YOU AND ME – NO “LABELS” ATTACHED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can assure you this as an “OUTSIDER<\/strong>,” most of the “STRUGGLES”<\/strong> in Sullivan was created “BY DESIGN,” and from within<\/strong>. Those who felt “WONDERFUL” and “POWERFUL” <\/strong>made those who are “POOR” AND “WEAK” <\/strong>feel “OBSOLETE” – NOT USEFUL OTHER THEN PAYING FOR “TRAILER” TRASH –AND– “SLUM” HOUSING.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
