Today is a VERY<\/strong> “SPECIAL” day <\/strong>for those “SLUMLORDS” who allow the “POOR” people<\/strong> like myself to “RENT” from them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are “NOT” <\/strong>aware, “RENTAL ASSISTANCE” is being distributed<\/strong> to those who are in “NEED” <\/strong>of housing assistance. I have been “RULED” <\/strong>out, even though I qualify<\/strong>, simply because, I have this “BLOG” and sharing<\/strong> with you “TRUTHS.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may be “ELIGIBLE” <\/strong>for “RENT AND UTILITY”<\/strong> payment relief,<\/strong> paid directly to your landlord or utility company. (CLICK THIS LINK)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most people in Sullivan, MO are already aware, because others, are talking about it in their chatrooms. THIS IS ALWAYS GOOD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soooooo, it brings me to this. “WHY” is it that us “POOR” people, are “ALWAYS” made aware, of “GOVERNMENT FUNDED” programs, when it comes to things like “RENTAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE AND UTILITIES?”<\/strong> –AND– “NEVER” <\/strong>MADE AWARE, WHEN IT COMES TO BUYING A HOME AT LOW COST<\/strong>. AT THE COST, THE “FIRST DIBBERS” <\/strong>PAY. SOME “POOR” PEOPLE DO<\/strong> HAVE ENOUGH MONEY<\/strong> TO BUY A HOME AT “FIRST DIBBERS” COST<\/strong>. I BELIEVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

—I’LL ANSWER THAT<\/strong>—<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BECAUSE THE “FIRST DIBBERS” OWNS AND BUYS UP “ALL” THE PROPERTY IN SULLVAN<\/strong> AND SO, WE ARE “FORCED” <\/strong>TO “RENT”<\/strong> FROM THESE “FIRST DIBBER” “SLUMLORDS.”<\/strong> THEY WON’T PUT THEIR OWN FAMILIES<\/strong> IN SOME OF THE PROPERTIES THEY PURCHASED AT “FIRST DIBBERS” COST<\/strong>, SIMPLY BECAUSE “THOSE” HOMES WERE PURCHASED, TO SECURE MORE INCOME<\/strong>, BY RENTING TO THE “POOR” <\/strong>AND CREATING A “REVOLVING” DOOR OF “EVICTIONS”<\/strong> – IN THE “COURT SYSTEM,” <\/strong>DUE TO “SLUM” UPKEEP\/NO UPKEEP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting “TODAY”<\/strong>, and the rest of this month, JT, the CITY MANAGER, HD REAL ESTATE\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT<\/strong> AND, “FRIENDS,”<\/strong> the “GOVERNMENT”<\/strong> will be “REWARDING” these “LUCKY,” “SLUMLORDS” WITH “A TRUCKLOAD OF MONEY” <\/strong> for allowing “YOU”<\/strong>, who are “POOR” <\/strong>and “FORCED” to live in THEIR “SLUM”<\/strong> housing to “CONTINUE”<\/strong> living in their “SLUMS”<\/strong> that are “ALWAYS” in “PISS POOR” <\/strong>conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“SLUMLORDS” are “LAUGHING” all the way to the “BANK” this week.<\/strong> ALL BECAUSE OF THE “POOR” ARE BEING “ASSISTED” BY “GOVENMENT” FUNDED PROGRAMS AND “FORCED” TO LIVE IN “UNSAFE” CONDITIONS STILL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are “NO” LAWS to make “SURE” your “SLUM” is safe.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WE, AS THE “WORKING POOR,”<\/strong> DO “APPRECIATE” <\/strong>THE ASSISTANCE FROM THE GOVERNMENT – BUT, WE NEED MORE<\/strong>, IN TERMS OF MAKING OUR HOUSING “SAFE.”<\/strong> –AND– OPENING UP PROGRAMS<\/strong> THAT WILL ALLOW US TO PURCHASE “OUR OWN” HOMES WITHOUT<\/strong> HAVING TO RENT FROM “SLUMLORDS.”<\/strong> WE ARE RENTING HOMES THAT THEY, THE “FIRST DIBBERS,” HAVE PAID PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR FOR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

—NOW YOU CAN SEE<\/strong>—<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not “ONCE” have the “POOR” people<\/strong>, in this community, been made “AWARE”<\/strong> of the “HOMES” that are being “SOLD” at “REACHABLE” cost<\/strong>. (CLICK THIS LINK)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not once have the “POOR”<\/strong> been given an “OPPORTUNITY”<\/strong> to become a “FIRST DIBBER” AND PURCHASE THEIR HOME.<\/strong> But, the “POOR” is ALWAYS AVAILABLE <\/strong>TO REQUEST “FUNDING<\/strong>” FROM THE “GOVERNMENT AGENCIES”<\/strong> FOR HOUSING<\/strong> AND UTILITY<\/strong> NEEDS, TO GIVE TO THESE “SLUMLORDS.”<\/strong> THE “SLUMLORDS” ARE “ENJOYING” THIS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what the “WORKING POOR” people do<\/strong>. We provide the “FINANCIAL” backbone to “SLUMLORDS” <\/strong>and the “GOVERNMENT”<\/strong> who fund these “NON-PROFIT” agencies<\/strong>, are “NOT” requiring any “SAFETY” measures to “PROTECT” the “POOR” <\/strong>who are “FORCED” to “RENT AND LIVE” in “PISS POOR” conditions<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

–TODAY IS A SPECIAL DAY FOR SLUMLORDS–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MAKE SURE “YOU” REQUEST YOUR “SLUM” TO BE “WINTERRIZE” WHILE THEY ARE GETTING PAID<\/strong>. PUT IT IN “WRITING” <\/strong>THE PROBLEMS YOU ARE DEALING WITH IN YOUR “SLUM”<\/strong> HOUSING.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JUST BECAUSE “WE”<\/strong> ARE “POOR” DOESN’T GIVE “ANYONE<\/strong>” THE RIGHT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US<\/strong>. WE ARE STILL A “HUMAN BEINGS” <\/strong>WHO HAVE “PRIDE AND DIGNITY”<\/strong> ABOUT OURSELVES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO REQUEST, AND YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Check the gutters system.<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Protect all the pipes, as we are in terrible weather time. <\/strong><\/li>
  3. Seal all the cracks to stop the cold air from entering.<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Stop the slips, trips and falls.<\/strong><\/li>
  5. Install an emergency fire extinguisher.<\/strong><\/li>
  6. Test your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.<\/strong><\/strong> – IF YOU HAVE ONE.<\/strong><\/li>
  7. Have your heating system checked.<\/strong> – BY A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.<\/strong><\/li>
  8. Keep your “SLUM” as cozy as you can. “DO YOUR BEST.”<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    MAKE SURE<\/strong> YOU USE <\/a>CASENET AND CHECK THE AMOUNT OF EVICTIONS<\/a> <\/strong>BEFORE RENTING FROM ANY ENTITY HERE IN SULLIVAN. THIS TOOL<\/a> <\/strong>WILL BE YOUR LIFESAVER IN TERMS OF MAKING A DECISION. YOU WILL SEE NAMES OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, AND YOUR FRIENDS<\/strong> WHO HAVE BEEN EVICTED BY THESE INDIVIDUALS.<\/strong> IF YOU BELIEVE THE BUSINESS IS IN A PERSON’S NAME “PLACE THAT NAME IN THE SEARCH TOOL.”<\/strong><\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
