It is “INCOME TAX”<\/strong> filing time, and some of us “WORKING POOR” <\/strong>may have the “FINANCIAL” means<\/strong> to purchase a “TAX LIEN” property <\/strong>based on “OUR”<\/strong> returns. As far as I can tell, some of these properties range from, a couple hundred dollars, to several thousands<\/strong>. At any rate, some of these properties, are “REACHABLE” by the “WORKING POOR.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As promised<\/strong>, I am providing you with a link that will give you comprehensive information<\/strong><\/strong>, that will allow you, to decide if this is the way to go for you and your family. (CLICK TO VIEW PROPERTY LIST)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, you will notice that “CRAWFORD” County is “NOT” linked up<\/strong>. I did place a call to “Crawford County Collector Office,”<\/strong> and spoke with a representative, who inform me, that their list “WILL” post in “JULY, 2022.” (BOLO)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would suggest that if you notice others “COUNTIES” that are “NOT” linked up<\/strong>, to give them a call, and ask when they expect to share their information. Most are kind and will share that information with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I do recommend, is that the “CITY OF SULLIVAN” use their “WEBSITE”<\/strong> to share the list that they have “AVAILABLE” for the “CITIZENS” in this community.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This kind suggestion will help us “UNDERSTAND” how to better serve the “HOMELESS” population created by our “ELECTED” officials.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If more than 340 “HOMES” for the year of 2021, have already SOLD for “SULLIVAN” and surrounding areas,<\/strong> according to “ZILLOW” <\/strong> home sales, (CLICK THIS LINK)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) When did<\/strong> that list come out?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) When was <\/strong>it made public?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Where did<\/strong> all those families go?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REMEMBER THIS – VERY IMPORTANT:—-CRAWFORD COUNTY “2021” LIST COMES OUT IN “JULY 2022.” DID THE “FIRST DIBBERS” AND “PEOPLE IN THE KNOW” GET AN EARLY LIST?<\/strong> – OR,<\/strong> ARE THEY WORKING OFF OF 2020 LIST<\/strong> – I GUESS?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, there are about 4 entities that people who “CONTEMPLATE” moving to “SULLIVAN” can go to for “HOUSING.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THEY CONTROL THE “RENTAL” AND “HOMES FOR SALE” PROGRAMS<\/strong> IN THIS COMMUNITY. THEY UTILIZE THE “TAX LIEN” PROGRAM FOR “FINANCIAL GAIN” AS WELL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT’S TIME FOR THE “WORKING POOR,” TO SIT AT THE TABLE, AND USE THE SAME LIST, “EARLY OR NOT” THAT THEY USE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MAKE SURE<\/strong> YOU USE <\/a>CASENET AND CHECK THE AMOUNT OF EVICTIONS<\/a> <\/strong>BEFORE RENTING FROM ANY ENTITY HERE IN SULLIVAN. THIS TOOL<\/a> <\/strong>WILL BE YOUR LIFESAVER IN TERMS OF MAKING A DECISION. YOU WILL SEE NAMES OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, AND YOUR FRIENDS<\/strong> WHO HAVE BEEN EVICTED BY THESE INDIVIDUALS.<\/strong> IF YOU BELIEVE THE BUSINESS IS IN A PERSON’S NAME “PLACE THAT NAME IN THE SEARCH TOOL.”<\/strong><\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
