Many have asked, if I’ve moved and why? As you are aware, I started this “BUSINESS” venture<\/strong> last year May 5, 2021<\/strong>. My intentions were to hold yard sales throughout the spring\/summer seasons,<\/strong> as again, the weather predicts “YARD” sales seasons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many who have read this “BLOG” can see why “NOT” to conduct business<\/strong> within the “COUNTY” of Sullivan<\/strong>, which is “CRAWFORD” <\/strong>county. “YOUR” city manager JT Hardy and his “CONSTITUENTS” <\/strong>believed that my “BUSINESS” would be disrupted in the community<\/strong>, as JT had the “LAW” come<\/strong> out stating “YOU ARE DISTURBING THE PEACE”<\/strong> (LOL) .”<\/strong> JT Hardy, (THE CITY MANAGER) who owns the property<\/strong> and “MANY” <\/strong>more, began “UTILIZING” city employees<\/strong>, that “TAX PAYERS” like you and I, paid for, to conduct “HIS” personal affairs<\/strong>, on city time.<\/strong> Evident by the number of times his employee, who drives the “black and white” dodge, interfered with my sales.<\/strong> On a couple of occasions, he was driving around with my “YARD SALE” sign in trunk of his car<\/strong>. I had asked him “why are you doing this?<\/strong>” he stated, “I just do what he tells me to do.”<\/strong> That just blew me away<\/strong>, as he does what he’s told “WITHOUT” question<\/strong>. But, I get it, he needs his job.<\/strong> In the end, it all “BOILED” down<\/strong> to them informing me, three (3) months later<\/strong>, that you can only have Two (2) “yard” sales a year<\/strong> at any location. This only occurred after they knew I was done with their games. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

REMEMBER JT ONLY “ALLOW” THOSE THAT FIT HIS AGENDA TO OPEN IN SULLIVAN<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
