BEFORE I START – JUST A SHORT NOTE: TODAY SOME TENNANTS AT THE “ENCLAVE 1” RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE STATING THE HEALTH DEPT IS COMING ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I CURRENTLY RESIDE IN ONE OF THE FILTHIEST PLACES IN BRANSON. I HAVE NO CABLE TV, NOR INTERNET SERVICE. THIS IS THE COST OF DEALING WITH THIEVES<\/strong>. BUT, I HAVE MET MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE COME FROM “MICHELLE’S” HOLES AND THEY KNOW HER SHADY WAY OF BUSINESS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UPDATE:<\/strong> September 22, 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have finally moved after being “FORCED” out by DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C., Michelle and manager in training.<\/strong> TOOK MY “MONEY” AND “ILLEGALLY” EVICTED MY FAMILY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle walked me in the “FRONT” doo<\/strong>r stating these are LUXURY “APARTMENTS<\/a><\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When she got mad and “FELT ” we did “NOT” fit<\/strong> her program, she introduced us to the “BACK” door<\/strong> at “KINGS QUARTERS”<\/strong> <\/a>where DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C. was lurking<\/strong>. They told me to “LOOK UP AND READ THE SIGN ON THE BUILDING WALL”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT STATES “KINGS QUARTERS HOTEL” <\/strong><\/a>AND I WANT YOU “OUT BY 5 PM.”<\/strong> AND “BRANSON POLICE DEPT.” WILL ASSIST US BY MONITORING YOUR MOVE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“THE ULTIMATE SCAM FOR US “PO” FOLKS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–LET ME TELL YOU HOW THE MOVE WENT–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My wife and I arrived at the “KINGS QUARTERS” <\/strong>around 11 a.m. to start the process as we spent the night before organizing the best we could. I want everyone to keep in mind that it took us about 4 days to move into the “3-HOLES” that we had just entered a “RESIDENTIAL” rental agreement with.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C., Michelle, and manager in training wanted us <\/strong>“OUT BY 5:00 P.M.<\/strong>“<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These individuals utilized the “BRANSON POLICE DEPARTMENT, to be present as we moved<\/strong>. I wonder how much that cost us working “PO” taxpayers to have “TWO” police cruisers sitting at “KING QUARTERS” <\/a>to “MONITOR” a “POOR” family being “ILLEGALLY” EVICTED<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–LET ME SHOW YOU HOW SIMPLE IT IS TO UTILIZE THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR IGNORANCE.–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(REVIEW THIS DOCUMENT)<\/a><\/strong> This particular document is what was utilized to force my family out BY 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A document without a “BUSINESS” letterhead should always be questioned.<\/strong> The letterhead, in most cases indicates “THAT BUSINESS STANDS BEHIND ITS STATEMENTS”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THESE INDIVIDUALS DID NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SHARED WITH THE POLICE OFFICER TO BE TRUE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C. states<\/strong> they are operating as a “HOTEL”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle and manager in training states and displays on their website<\/a><\/strong> that they are operating as  “LUXURY APARTMENT” RENTAL BUSINESS<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–This is what my wife Anita will be asking the “JUDGE”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARE THEY<\/strong> OPERATING AS A “HOTEL” BUSINESS –OR– AN APARTMENT RENTAL BUSINESS?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the “ONLY” question really we, as  “PO” PEOPLE need to know<\/strong>. Matter of fact “EVERYBODY” needs to know.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If they tell the “JUDGE” they are operating as a “HOTEL”<\/a> business (According to their license)<\/strong>, and as the “BRANSON” POLICE OFFICER Stated.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then they have “SCAMMED” us and “MANY” more “POOR” people<\/strong>. – MY GRANDDAUGHTERS WIN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If they tell the “JUDGE” they are operating as “APARTMENT RENTAL BUSINESS”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then they have “DENIED” my family and “MANY” more families “DUE PROCESS”<\/strong> and have “ILLEGALLY” evicted us and them.<\/strong> – MY GRANDDAUGHTERS WIN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PO FOLKS – THERE IS NOTHING IN BETWEEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are either “RUNNING A HOTEL BUSINESS” – OR – “RUNNING AN APARTMENT RENTAL BUSINESS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–BACK TO THE MOVE–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Anita G. and I <\/strong>arrived to start moving things out, we noticed one of the luggage carts being available.<\/strong> We proceeded to unlock the door to the “middle” hole we were renting, and I returned to get the cart.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I arrived the cart was gone, “JUST THAT QUICK, –GONE–“<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, Anita and I decided not to say anything but move forward with getting things out. After about 1 hour or closely thereof, and after carrying several loads “WITHOUT” the cart we noticed them going into one of the rooms with an air unit on one of the carts and the wife trailing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I said to the manager:<\/strong> Hey can we get one of those, you wanted us out by 5 pm but you took the carts. Can we get one?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They gave us one<\/strong>. I know they felt good watching us carry loads “WITHOUT” the cart from those windows. HELL THE MANAGER IN TRAINING WIFE WAS SO EXCITED, SHE WAS ENTERING EVERY ROOM WITH THEM. HELL, SHE MIGHT BE EMPLOYED NOW.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHECK THEIR CAMS TO VERIFY WHAT I SAY TO BE TRUE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–MANAGER IN TRAINING BEFORE 5 PM–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 4:33 pm <\/strong>the manager in training knocked on our “RESIDENTIAL” apartment door and stated<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DO YOU HAVE THE KEYS – WE NEED THE KEYS. YOU CAN’T LEAVE HERE WITH THOSE KEYS.<\/strong> (KEEP IN MIND – HE AND HIS WIFE CAME FROM “ENCLAVE” AS WELL. USEABLE “PO” FOLKS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE MOMENT HE DID THAT,<\/strong> HE AND THE ENTITY HE IS EMPLOYED WITH, AS WELL AS MICHELLE,  MADE IT CLEAR TO ME AND MY WIFE THAT THESE PEOPLE HAD NO “REGARDS” FOR THE LAW<\/strong>. THEIR ONLY PURPOSE IS TO USE THE LAW AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE THE LAW FOR THEM “DOESN’T” REQUIRE LEGAL DOCUMENTS.” IT’S ALL ABOUT “FACE VALUE”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At mid conversation, I closed the door IN HIS “FUCKEN” FACE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can’t leave with those “KEYS.”<\/strong> I did what I felt the “KING” at THE FUCKED UP QUARTERS would want, long “BEFORE” he asked for the keys.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–WHAT DID I DO?–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of the constant “HARASSMENT” and being “UNABLE” to utilize the cart to better expedite my move, AND the fact that I have left things behind because of their ignorance;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took those keys out of my pocket, put them in the “TOILET”<\/strong>, then proceeded to sit on the fucken toilet and “SHIT” on them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I then “FLUSHED” them bastards down the toilet<\/strong> and sent those fucken keys down to the KING’S shit hole sewage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, the KING’S keys will always <\/strong>be on his fucken property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–TAKING FINAL LOAD FOR THE DAY– BRANSON POLICE–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I walked out of the building with the final cart<\/strong>. (At least what I could ge<\/strong>t out with very little time to move.) You Know The “Out By 5” Shit<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I noticed “TWO” Branson Police officers,<\/strong> and THE MANAGER IN TRAINING, FROM THE ENCLAVE, AND HIS WIFE sitting and waiting for me.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This “PO ASS ENCLAVE FOOL, WORKING FOR MICHELLE”<\/strong> told the police to “TELL HIM TO LEAVE THE KEYS”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I STATED: I don’t have them<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This “PO ASS ENCLAVE FOOL, WORKING FOR MICHELLE”<\/strong> THEN STATED: You can’t leave the property with those keys.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This “PO ASS ENCLAVE FOOL, WORKING FOR MICHELLE”<\/strong> THEN REQUESTED THE OFFICERS TO “SEARCH” ME.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I told that bastard and the officers this is a “CIVIL” matter. I’ll see your ass in court.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then that bastard told the officers “I want him “BANNED” from the property.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I stated to the officer: Look at me, I “DON’T” KNOW WHY I AM EVEN HERE. THEY BROUGHT ME OVER HERE FROM THE ENCLAVE SHIT HOLE<\/strong> “IN A “HURRY”<\/strong>, AND THEN TOLD ME NOT TO SMOKE WEED ON THEIR PROPERTY AND OTHER SHIT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HERE RECENTLY I FIND MYSELF PACING THE MOTHA FUCKEN FLOOR FOR HOURS AT NIGH<\/strong>T, AND IN EACH PASSING, I LOOK AT MY WIFE AND GRANDDAUGHTERS AS THEY SLEEP PEACEFULLY, AND I ASSURE THEM THAT THESE MOTHA FUCKAS AIN’T GETTIN AWAY WITH THIS SHIT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THEY “STOLE” MY FUCKEN “MONEY”<\/strong> AND BOOTED MY FAMILY ON THE STREETS – “OUT BY 5.”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

See PO folks<\/strong> this is how they made me fucken feel. They have “STOLEN” from “MY” family<\/strong>. “THIS<\/strong> NIGGA IS ON FIRE”<\/strong> and I’m comin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They  took “ME!,” a fucken “PO” ass man<\/strong>, with granddaughters to provide for “MONEY,<\/strong>” and “LAUGHED” in my face<\/strong>, simply because they had the “BRANSON” POLICE DEPT. ASSISTING THEM WITH THEIR FUCKEN “FACE VALUE” LIES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To those many people at the “ENCLAVE 1” who provided the money to us in order to help pay for the place we are at now. “YOU WILL BE GETTING THAT BACK SOON, AS MICHELLE WILL BE COVERING THE TAB.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what that “BITCH”<\/strong> did.  She came to me with “$500 crispy” cash dollars, and told me to “TAKE IT AND LEAVE”. Make things even worst, she stated “I want to give this money to you in the hallway in front of the cameras.” I told her to take it upstairs to her office, that is what an office is used for and I told that “BITCH” I want “ALL” of my money back. It was close to $1,000 dollars. And since I did not take the $500, that “BITCH” <\/strong>“CHANGED<\/strong>“ the game and said “I NOW RUN A HOTEL” AND I WANT YOU “OUT BY 5 PM.”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–DON’T NEED AN APPLICATION–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those who believe you need to put an application on file at the “KINGS QUARTERS” I think not.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MY WIFE AND I “NEVER” FILLED OUT AN APPLICATION<\/strong>. WE JUST TRANSFERRED<\/strong> OVER FROM THE “ENCLAVE 1” QUICKLY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NO INCOME VERIFICATION, NO SIGNING OF APPLICATION WHATSOEVER<\/strong>. WE “ONLY”<\/strong> SIGNED THE LEASE.<\/strong> SO IF THEY REQUIRE IT FROM YOU SOMETHING IS WRONG<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT MAKES ME WONDER WAS THIS MICHELLE’S EXIT PLAN FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. KICK US ON THE STREETS AFTER TAKING MY MONEY. NO APPLICATION ON FILE. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle did “NOT” like how popular Anita G. was, and still is, with the people living at the “ENCLAVE 1.” The best way for Michelle to “SOLVE” her problem was to have Anita G. and I, with our “GRANDDAUGHTERS” put on the streets “OUT BY 5”<\/a> WITH THE ASSISTANCE AND BLESSINGS OF BRANSON POLICE DEPT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She did it so fast, she did “NOT” have us fill out an “APPLICATION” for “KINGS QUARTER”<\/a> nor did she or the manager in training request an “UPDATED” INCOME VERIFICATION. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So this was staged<\/strong> for an “EXIT” plan<\/strong>. Therefore, it looks more like a “SCAM”<\/strong> to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
