UPDATE 9\/27\/23: <\/strong> HAD TO GO OVER TO “ELEVATE” WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTERS<\/strong> AND WORK A FEW HOURS IN ORDER TO GET A “GAS” CARD<\/strong> FOR THE CAR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“OUT BY 5”<\/a> <\/strong>The Struggle Is Real<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Image being told to be out of your place of dwelling by 5 pm. “OUT BY 5” <\/a><\/strong>AND YOU’RE HOLDING A “RESIDENTIAL” LEASE<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now keep in mind, the people who want you “OUT BY 5”<\/strong> have already taken “YOUR LAST DOLLAR BY 5” and they “KNOW” it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday, my wife and I along with our granddaughters were passing Wendy’s off W. 76. As I was driving, we noticed a family of 4 “Carrying 3 large plastic bags, and the female carrying what looks to be a 6-month or younger baby in her arms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When my wife and I saw that we immediately thought of the “STRUGGLES” this young family was about to enter into.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–THE STRUGGLE–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The moment “THEIR” planned “BOOT-OUT” of my family took effect<\/strong>, Anita and I had to swing into overdrive and I mean FUCKEN overdrive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C., Michelle and manager in training set in motion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) <\/strong>We had to find enough money to at least secure a “ROOF” over our heads<\/strong>. That required “ASKING” friends<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With very little money we were able to secure a place that has no cable, and internet for the “PO” people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is what is frustrating about this. After Anita paid the young man, he placed the money in a safe. <\/strong>When Anita and I got in the room, we noticed nothing working<\/strong>. I then decided to go have a talk with him to see about getting my money back since nothing is working<\/strong>. We did not have a “shower curtain,” toilet tissue and other things required, but the price was $262.00 per week.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So as I was conversing with this young man, he made it clear that “I CAN’T OPEN THE SAFE”. The owner is in Texas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought another “SCAM”<\/strong>  So, I said “IT LOOKS LIKE WE ARE “FORCED” TO STAY HERE<\/strong> SINCE YOU CAN’T OPEN THE SAFE, SO I AM GOING TO NEED SOME “INTERNET” IMMEDIATELY AS I AM NEEDING TO FILE COURT DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He followed my instructions as to how to connect the boxes, and what items he will need to connect this wing, and where to purchase these items, and around 8 pm that evening, he gave me and other “PO” folks on this wing some Interne<\/strong>t. “I’m thankful for that.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2)<\/strong> Then, you have to drag whatever shit you were able to acquire due to DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C., Michelle and manager in training playing the HOTEL game<\/a><\/strong> “OUT BY 5”<\/strong> into your new “HOLE”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)<\/strong> Now you have to take time to “SEARCH AND CALL” every local PANTRY, CHURCH, SCHOOL, ect. <\/strong>WHOEVER FEEDS AND CATERS TO THE “PO” PEOPLE<\/strong>. BECAUSE, IN THE “OUT BY 5” HOTEL GAME<\/a><\/strong>, FOOD IN YOUR FRIDGE THAT YOU’RE LEAVING BEHIND BECOMES NOT IMMEDIATELY IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW IF YOU WILL EVEN SECURE A PLACE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Now that you’ve located “FOOD” pantries<\/strong>, some of this shit they are giving away at “SOME” of these “PANTRIES” are NOT even fit for dogs. But good enough “PO” families like mine. WE DON’T EAT THAT SHIT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They consider it a gift from GOD, But they won’t put that shit on their table<\/strong>. I believe some people may have a “mental” disability and will eat it<\/strong>, BUT<\/strong> not even I would give <\/strong>that shit to them. They are still people and deserve better than that<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5)<\/strong> On top of finding food, we also have to “HUNT FOR GAS”<\/strong>, that will enable us to make it to these places and appointments.<\/strong> Most appointments are located in different locations. Some are miles apart. So you do need gas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6) <\/strong>Now you’ve got the gas but you are still in jeopardy, because you know, you only have “1-WEEK” to be in this “HOLE” so you have to “START THE PROCESS AGAIN” immediately of looking for money for the “FOLLOWING” week.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe you might get lucky and someone pays for 2 weeks or even 1 month. “MAYBE”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7)<\/strong> While starting the process of looking for another week of payments for another “HOTEL” <\/strong>hole, you have to make sure granddaughters appointments with WIC and medical entities are met in order to assure they are moving in the right direction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you’ve completed the task set forth by DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C., Michelle and manager in training, you are exhausted, confused, and for me “PISSED THE MOTHA FUCK OFF” BY THE WAY YOU’VE DONE MY FAMILY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THEY PUT YOU ON THE STREET WHEN THEY KNEW THEY TOOK YOUR LAST DOLLAR. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–AND SEE–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If people who run businesses like this, who don’t know if they or a “HOTEL”<\/a><\/strong> or a “APARTMENT” <\/strong><\/a>business<\/strong>, continues on this path, they will continue to destroy “PO” folks’ lives<\/strong>. They intentionally send good people down a rabbit hole for their “FINANCIAL” pleasures.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–VERY WEIRD TO ME–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever I’m lucky to leave with “BY 5” is mind to take.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever is left I have to make an appointment to retrieve. Now, I have 30-days to get my things out.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, for 30-days there is “GREAT” potential that something of mine “WILL” be “STOLEN.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why? because her staff are the same people who were renting from them prior to being hired. Most cases they have very little education – most “NOT” qualified to manage a hotel. They are the “PO” USEABLE ONES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–GOOD EXAMPLE CHECK THIS OUT- USEABLE ONES–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She wanted me and my family on the streets, she initiated the plan, and then she had the “manager in training” sign his name to a “NO LETTERHEAD” document<\/strong>, “OUT BY 5” <\/a><\/strong>and the Branson Police Dept. ran with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A man “IN TRAINING” <\/strong>who doesn’t know shit about what he is doing “SIGNED” his name TO A “BLANK” DOCUMENT.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michelle “DIDN’T” <\/strong>put her name on that document? Because she knew it was a “LIE.”<\/strong> BUT, SHE STOOD NEXT TO THIS MAN WHEN THE OFFICERS ARRIVED TO MAKE SURE HE GAVE THE RIGHT PITCH she wanted him to give.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“HOTEL”<\/a><\/strong> – OR – “RESIDENTIAL RENTAL APARTMENTS” <\/a><\/strong>– WHAT ARE YOU?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THAT’S THE WAY TO TRAIN YOUR TRAINEE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
