Are you on the do not rent to list<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Low-end “hotel scam” properties have a tracking system as to where “PO” families are allowed to dwell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“PO”<\/strong> Folks<\/strong> explain to me, how is it that the people running these low-end “hotel scam” properties<\/strong> are allowed, or even have the nerves to “ban” someone <\/strong>from their property and even put you on a “do not rent to list”. <\/strong>Some of these low-end owners acquire several low-end properties at one time and pretend<\/strong> they are making a positive change in the community<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–What Positive Changes?–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since I’ve been here almost 2 years, I’ve witnessed an increase of “FAMILIES” walking down the streets of Branson, MO<\/strong> with plastic bags provided by a “destructive” “Hotel” “scam” system<\/strong> that allows only “minutes” to be “illegally” “evicted” from their nasty property holes<\/strong>. This is usually provide with the assistance of the Branson Police Dept.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve witnessed an increase of J1’s being used and accused<\/strong>, simply because they are young. I see them paying high prices for 2-wheels transportation<\/strong> then should ever be. I see people moving benches and making sure pools ain’t working<\/strong> because they say the J1’s will destroy it<\/strong>. But yet, those low-end property owners and managers will stack them 4-deep in a small ass room<\/strong> and take as much of their money as they possibly can<\/strong>. Every year, the low-end owners and managers complain but take the J1’s money.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve witnessed a unique church<\/strong> who have shown its true colors by offering “financial” assistance <\/strong>to my family and I, and took it away because I won’t remove this blog<\/strong>. This religious person put the money in an “ESCROW” account (as she stated to me on a phone conversation) several weeks ago<\/strong> and decided to take the funds back<\/strong> because I mentioned Debra and her “wrongful” “eviction” process<\/strong>. “MUST BE GOOD FRIENDS”<\/strong> – THAT’S RELIGION!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They know who I’m talking about. God knows your church too<\/strong>. “GOD BLESS YOU”<\/strong> — And<\/strong> NO<\/strong>! Please don’t pray for me, as it is I who is praying for you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the moment this blog was put in place a couple of years ago, I made it clear that this will be a learning tool for people like me, “PO” FOLKS<\/strong>. https:\/\/www.householddealz.com\/portfolio\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this state there are very little laws to protect the “PO” renter<\/strong>. Therefore, us “PO” folks are subjected to all sorts of bullshit and will always be accused<\/strong>. These low-end property owners will rent you a low-end piece of shit<\/strong> and take you to “COURT”<\/strong> and ask the judge for a “rich” man’s salary<\/strong>. In some of these little towns good “PO” folk families become street walkers, whole families.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In #BransonMO everyone knows the name of these low-end property locations<\/strong> designed for us “PO” folks.<\/strong> The buildings site alone<\/strong> tells you where you fit in. You then move from hole to hole<\/strong> as you find yourself in a cycle in which you can’t get out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–BUT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am going to bore a mega hole straight up their asses<\/strong>, so they know, I don’t “APPRECIATE” this type of bullshit “HOTEL” “ILLEGAL” “EVICTION” “SCAM” game.<\/strong> They are destroying “FAMILIES” every day<\/strong>. Look where my family is sitting today.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–SO–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are a homeowners and willing to rent to me, I can assure you this, I am going to take “SUPERB” care of your property inside and out, and pay you on time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you assure me this;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will provide any maintenance “IF NEEDED” and make sure the stove, fridge, heating and air functions properly. Nothing complicated.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this blog offend you, then I suggest “NOT” to read it<\/strong>. I am sure there are many “PO” folks who have walked through the same “illegal” “eviction” process as my family and I. This reading is for them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope other “PO” folks<\/strong> like me, reading my blog will see how unjustly they were treated and seek legal action “too”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
