Court Update November 15, 2023 – It’s A Good Day<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take A Closer Look At The Struggle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today we woke up at our new location. <\/strong>This will be the third “Hotel” housing unit<\/strong> since moving from the “Enclave” at the request of Michelle and DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be moving again in “7 days”,<\/strong> as this is temporary and brought on by the actions of Debra who decided<\/strong> “NOT” to pay the water bill at the “OAK GROVE INN”<\/strong> which in turn, had her property “CONDEMNED”<\/strong> (See Condemned Image Here)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the move from Enclave, we have moved to the “KINGS QUARTERS”, where we were wrongfully “evicted” and\/or “scammed” to the Oak Grove Inn, where hostility is at an all time high, and now the Americas Best Value Inn for a 7-day stay.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the motion Michelle and DaSilva Hawk, L.L.C. put in place (for my family)<\/strong> as they truly know how to use the<\/strong> “Out By 5” “Hotel” illegal” “eviction” <\/strong>process to their benefit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–NOW UNDERSTAND THE GAME–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Locals who live or try to live close to work<\/strong> are being shuffled around like a pinball<\/strong> inside the “Hotel” gaming machine.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you move inside one of these “illegal” “Hotel” housing program units<\/strong>, you then “UNKNOWINGLY” <\/strong>commit to the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–A FAMILY DESTRUCTIVE GAME–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you see people walking down the streets in Branson, MO<\/strong> it is usually, and in most cases a family that received the “OUT BY 5” call.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you get that call or verbal request, your mental and physical stress becomes an all time high<\/strong>, because this is similar to rushing your child to the hospital emergency room<\/strong>. Everything have to be focused on securing housing “IMMEDIATELY.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1)<\/strong> You have just moments to find another place. This requires calling as many agencies and entities as possible <\/strong>to find deposits and the 1st week payment<\/strong> to rent the unit. Requiring telling the events over and over again<\/strong>. Similar to begging.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2)<\/strong> If you are a “PO” working local, you know the places that are waiting in the wings for you<\/strong>. If not, look at the magnitude of these low-end “Hotel” housing<\/strong> units<\/strong> as they stand out. They are stacked so high and deep, that you think you’re living in a San Francisco ghetto<\/strong>. Those are the options for our working “PO” locals who work hard to keep the businesses running.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) And because you have to rush to find immediate housing, you continue to dwell in the same type of shit hole, exactly like the low-end shit hole you were just “illegally” “evicted” from.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–AND THEY LIKE THE GAME–<\/strong> They like to see us “PO” folks coming.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–EVEN MORE FUCKED UP–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are now prohibited from applying and renting from a “REAL” and “LEGAL”<\/strong> apartment rental agency simply because you will have to inform them that you lived in a low-end “HOTEL” for a good length of time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“THAT’S A RED FLAG” <\/strong>even when in some cases, should not be. “BUT LOCALS KNOWS LOCALS”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once inside the low-end “HOTEL” scam game it is almost impossible to get out. Some go “Hotel” to “Hotel” searching for an exit, while others just give up and head straight over to “PLATO’S CAVE” the final destination for Branson, MO hole dwellers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of the pain I feel for my family as we struggle through this scam ordeal<\/strong>, I can imagine the pain and suffering these low-end “HOTEL” scammers have, and are continuing to inflict on those families with less education and understanding than I. My heart goes out to you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
