UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF PAGE: (January 27, 2024)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought it would be time to share with you the “TOTAL” destruction of family<\/strong> living based on “Scams and Lies”<\/strong> produced by individuals running the Enclave “HOLES.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this Hotel “OUT BY 5” game<\/strong> many people like myself lose everything<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me show you how destructive it is.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to moving into the “KINGS FUCKED UP QUARTERS”<\/strong> my wife and I had purchased a “POD”<\/strong> to keep our most precious items safe<\/strong>. When we got the notice that we were going to be moving to (what is currently known as a<\/strong> “SCAM” HOTEL<\/strong>)<\/a>, we took everything out of our “POD<\/strong>” to set up the “APARTMENT,” presented to us by DaSilva Hawk, LLC and Michelle<\/strong>. (I BELIEVE THE WEBSITE IS DOWN DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those same people who introduced us to this “SCAM” <\/strong>wanted us “OUT BY 5” in less than a 2 week period.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep in mind, we gave up our “POD” based on “LIES” and a “SCAM”<\/strong> presented by Enclave staff. We thought and believed we were moving into an “APARTMENT<\/strong>” based on Michelle’s word, and her “APARTMENT LEASE AGREEMENT.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–-SO CHECK THIS OUT–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After moving what we could out on that “FORCE OUT” day<\/strong>, and placing those items in our “NEWLY” purchased “STORAGE” <\/strong>unit, we were able, a short while later to obtained our remaining items from that “HOLE” which was packed by the “ENCLAVE” staffers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todd himself spoke as to the items we had in our place. He stated to Ryan<\/strong>, “they have stuff for the hotel and real nice things for a home.<\/strong> See, know one really knew what we had until moving into the “SCAM” hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They packed our things so they got a glimpse of how we once lived. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THAT SCAM TOOK EVERYTHING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Monday, January 22, 2024<\/strong> around 1 p.m<\/strong>. we received a call from the place we rented<\/strong> our storage unit<\/strong> from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

See, we no longer have a “POD” <\/strong>we now have a “STORAGE”<\/strong> unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That call was to inform us – GET THIS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your storage unit was “FLOODED” and under about 12 feet of water<\/strong>, as soon as we can get a claims adjuster out they will be contacting you.  Today, as I write this note, it is still raining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the “IGNORANCE” AND “FALSE ADVERTISING<\/strong>” presented by DaSilva Hawk, LLC. and Michelle, “EVERYTHING WE HAD IS GONE” We have been simply “ERASED”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“ALL” OF OUR MOST PRECIOUS ITEMS INCLUDING, FEDERAL, STATE AWARDS, FAMILY PHOTOS, CHILDREN SCHOOLING, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, COMPUTER SOFTWARE, HISTORY BOOKS, CLOTHING AND MORE IS NOW GONE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WE NOW HAVE ONLY WHAT WE HAVE ON OUR “BACKS” AND WHAT’S INSIDE THIS HOTEL ROOM WE ARE CURRENTLY RESIDING IN.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I say that, “NOT”<\/strong> to ask for your “SYMPATHY” <\/strong>but to share with you the amount of “DESTRUCTION” these individuals have done to my family,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–AND SO–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this has happened to me and my family, this has happened to many more “PO” people “EVICTED” by lies, false advertising, and the “OUT BY 5” Hotel game.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–NOW–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me give you a little “HISTORY” about the Enclave<\/strong>. The Enclave 2 which is the building they are pushing to rent now<\/strong>, with the stove, was at one time lived in by a lot of the people who currently live in Enclave 1.<\/strong> Some are moving back to Enclave 2 where they started several years ago<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They started the cleanup of Enclave 2 about (7 years ago – I was told),<\/strong> by moving those people to Enclave 1, giving them room and space to clean up that filth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almost 7 years later they are now transferring some of those same people “BACK” to Enclave 2<\/strong>, where roaches are being transferred<\/strong> once again. Roaches will avail themselves soon in Enclave 2 as that property exists on a piece of land that is overcome by years of filth and lack of attention.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The roaches in Enclave 1 is “OUT OF CONTROL ‘<\/strong>‘.  TURN ON THE HEAT AND WITNESS THAT SMELL<\/strong>, it will take years of leaving doors open and restoration<\/strong> to get that place livable for people. Similar to Enclave 2, which is still questionable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–THEIR PLANS–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From what I’m hearing<\/strong> is that Enclave owners and staff like Michelle have decided they will be moving the J1’s to Enclave 1<\/strong> —THE ROACH INFESTED BUILDING<\/strong>—<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–J1’s PARENTS–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understand this, Enclave 1 is “UNFIT” for human living. It is “roach infested”, the “smell is out of control” and the cement is “piss rotten” from the many dogs and cats who dwell there over the years, and not to mention staff who don’t give a shit about your children. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They want to argue a point that they can keep “4-Students” in a “1 NASTY HOLE” room<\/strong>, all while accusing your children of “destroying” their property<\/strong>. Don’t look at it as a step up for your children – NO MATTER WHAT COUNTRY YOU COME FROM”.  THAT SHIT HOLE WILL TAKE YEARS TO AIR OUT AND CLEAN UP. – YOUR CHILDREN DESERVE BETTER THAN THAT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“DON’T GIVE THEM ANOTHER PENNY”<\/strong> – DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT WITH THEM. THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES “IN BRANSON” MORE FITTING<\/strong> FOR YOUR CHILDREN. AFTERALL, IT IS YOUR CHILDREN THAT MAKES BRANSON WHAT IT IS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So for those who see the picture and see clearly what the “OUT BY 5” game is about, GET YOURSELF AN ATTORNEY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursday, January 25, 2024<\/strong> around 4:00 p.m., our son contacted the Enclave to check if any of his W-2’s or other mail<\/strong> was there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was told, “come on by, I have a box you can go through”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naturally, one would think in terms of a “shoebox” or something like that<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday, January 26, 2024 <\/strong>our son came home with a box of mail<\/strong>. (CLICK HERE TO VIEW IMAGE)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past there have been many complaints about the mishandling of mail<\/strong> at the Enclave and to no avail nothing was done. My husband and I too had complained when previous managers held our mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

See at “Enclave” the only thing that matters is collecting “RENT” and “ILLEGAL” EVICTIONS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, for those of you who made complaints about your mail not being delivered, you were “NOT” lying. <\/strong>For those who believe items may have been stolen, you were truthful<\/strong>. For those who think they were “ILLEGALLY” evicted — CONTACT AN ATTORNEY!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

—BOTTOM LINE—<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will take your money, mail and smile at you<\/strong> while doing so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That box was full of very, very, important<\/strong> information. W-2’s, SSI Checks, Family and Cabinet letters, Branson Schools, etc.,<\/strong> you get the picture. Some have been in that box for a couple of months.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can you rent to people informing them to utilize your place as a physical address, but yet not “GIVE” them their “FEDERAL GOVERNMENT” mail<\/strong>. While my family and I were there, it would be everyday people checked into the office seeking mail.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMAGINE HOW MANY OF YOU RENTERS INCLUDING MYSELF HAVE BEEN LIED TO WHILE OUR MAIL WAS RIGHT THERE AT ARMS LENGTH IN A BOX.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
