What You Need To Know<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before I get started, I want to thank two beautiful peopl<\/strong>e, whom without them “BransonOutreach”<\/strong> would not be as impactful as it is in the community. Wanda B., Vice President and Cheryl H., Treasure\/Secretary. Together, we are “BransonOutreach.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As many of you are aware, guests are coming<\/strong> from other countries and entering Branson<\/strong>. These beautiful individuals allow the “CITY OF BRANSON” <\/strong>to provide meaningful services<\/strong> for the many visitors who come here each season to enjoy Branson’s wonderful attractions<\/strong>. They provide a variety of services for many business owners <\/strong>within the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“THEY ARE THE BACKBONE OF BRANSON FROM OPENING TILL CLOSING OF EACH SEASON “<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These guests are known as, “J1’s.” They are young and vibrant youth with a twinkle in their eyes about being in Branson and moreover, the United States.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some, this will be their first time here<\/strong>. But there will be those who are doing a repeat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“WHAT DO YOU MEAN A REPEAT?”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For several years my husband and I dwelled within the filthy walls of the “ENCLAVE\/KINGS QUARTERS” holes.<\/strong> I have had an opportunity to meet and work with many J1’s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

While living there and having “FIRST HAND”<\/strong> knowledge of the complaints made by staff, generals, and managers<\/strong>, I can honestly<\/strong> tell you, that the only reason they accept J1’s<\/strong> at their locations, is simply because they enjoy taking “PO” folks money.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last season the “POOL” at the Quarters hole was closed down<\/strong>. I learned, while residing there<\/strong> by speaking with a person who once lived there too<\/strong>, that it was closed down because they “DID NOT WANT THE J1’s IN THE POOL”<\/strong> – They removed the bench in the back of the building because, they said “THEY DID NOT WANT THE J1’s PARTYING AND SITTING ON IT”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUT JUST LIKE EVERY SEASON THEY SMILE AT THESE YOUNG PEOPLE, TAKE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY, AND TREAT THEM LIKE CRAP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SO WHAT CAN THE “ENCLAVES\/QUARTERS” DO BETTER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep in mind, a lot of the J1’s<\/strong> that arrive here and are PO’er than us<\/strong>. They put on a kind face because they are proud to be here and work here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, keep in mind the same owners, managers, general managers are running these holes<\/strong>, so don’t expect much in terms of “HONESTY.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1)<\/strong> Quit telling lies about the J1’s when everyone knows “THE KINGS QUARTERS AND ENCLAVE”<\/strong> ARE KNOWN FRAUDSTERS<\/strong>”  (LINK TO COURT DOCUMENT)<\/strong><\/a> – (LINK TO SETTLEMENT CHECK)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2)<\/strong> Open the pool as it is part of the agreement (LINK THIS PAGE<\/a>) <\/strong>– They are paying for this as it is clearly noted on page<\/strong>. (SEASONAL EXTERIOR POOL<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While you are on that page reading, click on the link that suggests you to “(CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE)<\/a>“<\/strong>  – It was removed because of the lies told to many of us “PO” folks<\/strong>. (CLICK HERE)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)<\/strong> Code Enforcement should “NOT” allow Enclave and Quarters<\/strong> to stack those young people “4 deep” in those filthy rooms. <\/strong>Hopefully, the organization that sets up their travel arrangements will take notice and find a better fit for these young people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“ENCLAVE-1” <\/strong>just recently moved<\/strong> many of those people to the so-called “IMPROVED” ENCLAVE-2 holes<\/strong>.  Many had lived in their room for “YEARS ”<\/strong>  -AND- <\/strong> Now they are going to put the J1’s in that filth.<\/strong> Your young children will live and pay for “holes” <\/strong>that they just moved “Long-Term” <\/strong>residence from, less than three months ago.  Those holes need years to “AIR OUT.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4)<\/strong> “MAIL” (VIEW IMAGE)<\/a><\/strong> is a very vital part of the J1’s stay <\/strong>as it plays as the lifeline for families incoming and outgoing tangible goods.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enclave believes that keeping your mail is a priority<\/strong>. It’s easier to throw it in a box and forget it. So, if you intend to get any mail check their process first<\/strong>. You might not want to live there.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5)<\/strong> Parents should check with Branson PD<\/strong> to see what type of “ACTIVITIES” take place <\/strong>at the “ENCLAVE & QUARTERS.” <\/strong>holes. Things like sexual predators, constant lost or stolen packages, etc<\/strong>. You might not want to live there.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
