The Hotel Hustle Work Scam Operates In This Fashion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They solicit your services<\/strong>. You agree, in my wife’s case, in writing. You complete the task <\/strong>in a professional manner<\/strong>, and when you request to be paid. “YOU OWE THE HOTEL SOMETHING”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Po folks, read this and understand that you have rights as a human being. Men look after your women who are working for “FREE” <\/strong>in these Hotels<\/strong>, and women do the same for your men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–NOW IMAGINE THIS–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One evening while laying in bed with my wife, someone or people knocked at our door<\/strong>. When I answered the door, standing there are two young men who just arrived in “America” <\/strong>to provide services for our local businesses<\/strong>. Anita spoked with them briefly and proceeded to the property manager’s location.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That knock was the beginning of a “NIGHTMARE<\/strong>” that Anita nor myself was expecting. It was so far out of line with what the “Housing Sponsors”<\/strong> had agreed on, that the management company itself, who collects their money, did not want to report all their missteps<\/strong> to the sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 13, 2024 (I WANT EVERYONE WHO’S READIN THIS SHIT TO KNOW THAT I AM DOING MY FUC-IN” BEST TO KEEP THIS SHIT CLEAN, CAUZ I AN’T FEELIN IT”)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 13, 2024 around 8:00 p.m<\/strong>. the property manager for Schaefer Ridge<\/strong> “NEW”<\/strong> management staff requested the services of my wife<\/strong>, and while doing so, he also solicited the man-power of those two gentlemen I mentioned above.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Little history of what I know through Anita<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before most arrive here, their parents will sale, and\/or pawn land, farms, or even homes, whatever it take to give their child the “BEST” opportunity starting in Branson.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These two young men worked 15-hours, 4 days a week<\/strong> at the job they were assign to by their sponsors. When they are paid that money is forwarded immediately to the family members back home so they can get their parents out of debt.<\/strong> They have minimum amount of money to survive here with for themselves. I know this to be true because I have driven them and Anita to the banks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These same two young men spent their (3) off days each week<\/strong> working with my wife. If they did get off work before 9:00 p.m., they would continue working with Anita as new J1’s were constantly coming in daily<\/strong>. “MORNING, NOON, AND NIGHT”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I watched them move over 100 filthy mattresses from building “B” to “A”<\/strong>, they hung curtains in every room with Anita’s help, they mop floors, they moved in and out filthy furniture, they assembled bed frames, hell, they provided all the man-power needed to make Schaefer Ridge prosperous.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I asked them just a few days ago<\/strong>, about the pay, I was told, “Got $100.00.”<\/strong> Their Sponsors need to be taking a close look into this matter. Schaefer Ridge managers requested their service.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That was mind boggling <\/strong>as this company should had been paying at minimum $12.30 per hour<\/strong>, and I can personally vouch, they done more than 50 hours of work for Schaefer Ridge.<\/strong> What a steal. If anything, rent should be “FREE”<\/strong> for the next several months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Now You’re Getting The Picture–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From May 13, 2024 until June 18, 2024 my wife had not been paid<\/strong>. When they paid her on June 18, 2024, it was for $1,000.00<\/strong>. They had my wife holding down these “HOLES” from May 13, 2024 – June 25, 2024, when someone from the nut factory took the time to tell her we don’t need you anymore and we’ve already paid you in full. Bye.<\/strong> THAT’S Bullshit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My wife Anita personally took several car loads of “J1’s” to the Social Security office<\/strong> so that they would be able to cash their check to pay Schaefer Ridge owners<\/strong> and send back to their parents<\/strong>. She stress to them the importance of paying rent on time.<\/strong> For those who did NOT have food <\/strong>after paying rent Anita would supply that through her outreach program<\/strong>, therefore no-one had a reason not to pay rent.<\/strong> Food was taken care of and still is to this day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just recently, maybe 2 days before <\/strong>they decided to let her go, Anita was requested to have a conversation with a group of twenty or so<\/strong> people who was preparing to move<\/strong> because of the filth, and mismanagement they witnessed upon entry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “NEW” management “Representative”<\/strong> was standing right next to my wife Anita,<\/strong> and amazed as she witness my wife “PUT OUT THE FIRE” for Schaefer Ridge owners.<\/strong> Not one word came out of their mouths. Not even thank you Anita.<\/strong> –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*****My wife had to go the<\/strong> following length to get paid<\/strong>**** <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“PO” folks<\/strong> they think we are “USEABLE” people<\/strong> because of our living status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*****THIS IS WHAT FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO BE PAID<\/strong>*****<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 27, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I Dallas L. Williams, Jr.<\/strong> personally entered into Schaefer Ridge office<\/strong> for the very first time since relocating here from their other “shutdown filthy”<\/strong> location known as “Thrive,”<\/strong> which they own and manage. –AND–<\/strong> I<\/strong> “requested” a copy of my lease.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took that lease back inside the “hole” in which I rent from them so that Anita and I can review it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wanted to make sure there was nothing<\/strong> on that lease stating “If you work for me, it’s free because you live here”<\/strong> – That was not noted because it’s a ‘SECRET”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One hour later, I Dallas L. Williams, Jr. again entered the office of Schaefer Ridge<\/strong> and handed them a “Demand Letter For Payment”<\/strong> (CLICK HERE)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anita and I waited all day – No response – They Just Laughed At Us – Yall know da game.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The very next morning June 28, 2024 around 8:30 a.m<\/strong>. Anita entered their office and handed them<\/strong> “this “THIS NOTE” <\/strong>. (CLICK HERE) <\/strong><\/a>with a time frame as to respond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s so sad about this, is that my wife had to “RESORT” to considering asking the court <\/strong>to get paid for services she rendered for this company, in a time when they were in great confusion and chaos. ****ANITA PULLED THEM OUT***<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were functioning without a full Management Team and staff. (I HAVE PROOF OF WHAT I SAY).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“PO” folks<\/strong> if you do the math – THEY GOT A STEAL. THEIR FU-KIN BUILDING IS LOOKING GOOD BECAUSE OF MY WIFE AND THOSE 2 YOUNG MEN. – AND THEY AIN’T PAID RIGHT YET.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make matters even MORE<\/strong> “fuc-up” is the fact that in order for my wife to receive the money she have worked so hard to “EARNED,” these “NUTS” requested her to sign “NDA” Non-Disclosure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOU MADE MY WIFE SIGN FOR MONEY SHE HAVE “HONESTLY” EARNED UNDER MOTHA FUC-IN “DURESS”<\/strong> – YOU KNEW SHE EARNED THAT MONEY AS YOU WATCHED EVERYDAY FROM YO FUC-IN CAMERAS. <\/strong>OR DO THEM BITCHES WORK<\/strong>. IF NOT, YOU’VE BEEN FUC-IN LYING TO UP “PO” RENTERS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anita<\/strong> worked diligently and faithfully for the J1’s<\/strong> which the Schaefer Ridge<\/strong> company benefitted under “STRESS.”<\/strong> I personally can tell you it was a stressful time for “MY” wife Anita<\/strong>, but her “SOUL” knew what was needed to be done for these young people.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

HELL, THE NEW OFFICE MANAGER REP. CALLED MY WIFE A “GRANDMOTHER” FIGURE<\/strong> FOR THE J1’s. BECAUSE SHE TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT AND LIKE HUMAN BEINGS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SO MY WIFE ANITA SMILED IN YO FUC-IN FACES AND COMPLETED YOUR TASK, THINKING SHE WAS GOING TO GET PAID FOR HER SERVICES BY A PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY – AIN’T NOTHING PROFESSIONAL HERE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–AND–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to receive her pay check<\/strong> she must now be put under “DURESS<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work under “STRESS” <\/strong>paid under “DURESS”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep in mind Anita had been told they did not need her services two day earlier. ALL OF THIS SHIT IS “ILLEGAL” AGAIN PEOPLE.<\/strong> I BELEIVE THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR NEEDS TO VIEW THIS SHIT.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yo<\/strong>, on the fuc-in<\/strong> real, do you know what “PO” folks do with their hard fuc-in earned money<\/strong>. They do exactly what Anita did with her “UNDER DURESS” earned money.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They take their children\/grandchildren<\/strong> out for “FUN” things like McDonalds, Kids Swimming Pools, Shopping at Walmart, and Ordering Pizzas, Eating ice cream, everything Real Women and Real Men want for their children and grandchildren.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Same thang “RICH” MO FOES do<\/strong>, but on a “PO” MO FOE scale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one “REALLY”<\/strong> (AND I DO MEAN, NO 1 PERSON)<\/strong> understood or knew the “STRESS” “MY WIFE” Anita was under<\/strong> to make sure these young adults were taken care of appropriately.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No one really understands the feeling of those two young men,<\/strong> who worked tirelessly<\/strong> in order for their fellow J1’s to have a place to lay their heads when they arrived off the plane.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schaefer Ridge, “BENEFITED” well. “MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE” <\/strong>– Look at the treatment.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“PO” folks<\/strong> KNOW HOW TO FIGHT FOR YOUR HUMAN RIGHTS AND EARNED INCOME<\/strong>. “WE DON’T WORK FOR FREE”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
