UPDATE FROM: If you didn\u2019t know, now you know<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anita went into “COURT”<\/strong> today with the family in question to assist as a “WITNESS.”<\/strong>  Not to represent them, but as a “WITNESS”.<\/strong> Because both parties were somewhat “VERY” nervous WITH THE JUDGE’S PRESENCE, they were unable to process questions which caused the court to move forward with its decision.<\/strong> Decisions are made everyday in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–HOWEVER–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A question was asked to the Schaefer Ridge Manager that somewhat bothered both Anita and I as we always believe in being transparent. Always Truthful. It appeared as if Anita was only “HELPING”<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attorney questioned “WHITNEY” the new property manager<\/strong>  as to the role Anita played.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was Anita employed by your company?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Answer:  No, she was hired by “MIKE”<\/strong> and not by my company. She was helping Mike.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What she is “NOT” <\/strong>aware of is that “MIKE” did “NOT” hire Anita, that’s a “LIE”. <\/strong>Anita was Hired directly by “ALLAN EVRIDGE” as he made that call.<\/strong> Mike signed off on the checks as he was “ALSO” employed by Allan Evridge.<\/strong> The many incoming calls and text messages to Anita<\/strong> shows exactly that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHITNEY<\/strong>‘S<\/strong> hiring company (MERITUS GROUP)<\/strong> did not hire Anita, (TRUE or NOT?) but the owner did.<\/strong> The same management “WHO” hired Whitney could have taken part in hiring Anita without Anita being aware. <\/strong> Know this, Anita was here at least 1-month before that company was spoken of to her<\/strong> – SO JUST MAYBE- THE MERITUS GROUP<\/strong> WHO WAS HIRED BY ALLAN “MONTHS” PRIOR, IN ORDER TO MANAGE THE PROPERTIES IN THE STATE HE RESIDES, MADE THAT DECISION WITHOUT WHITNEY BEING AWARE. IF SO, THEY “KNOW THE PROCESS” AND WHO “CLEARED” ANITA TO WORK FOR AND COLLECT CHECKS FROM THE ENTITY – THEY MAY HAVE HIRED ANITA.<\/strong> – SOMEONE CLASSIFIED ANITA’S JOB AS “PROPERTY LIAISON” – SEEM TO BE AN “UPPER” MANAGEMENT DECISION.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE MERITUS GROUP<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> IS THE SAME COMPANY THAT EMPLOYED WHITNEY<\/strong>, AND THE SAME<\/strong> COMPANY THAT WANTED ANITA TO SIGN AND “NDA”. <\/strong> – MEANING ANITA WORKED<\/strong> AND WAS AN “EMPLOYEE”<\/strong> OF THE “MERITUS GROUP”<\/strong> – UNTIL ANITA DECIDED TO QUIT.<\/strong> (AN “EXIT” FROM THE “MERITUS GROUP<\/strong>” REQUIRED ANITA TO SIGN AN “NDA.”)<\/strong> SAME REQUEST OF OTHER “STAFF” WHEN THEY TERMINATED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALLAN EVRIDGE AND THE MERITUS GROUP<\/strong> RESIDES IN THE SAME STATE AND SAME BACKYARD. – SO MAYBE THE COMPANY DID IN FACT HIRE OR ASSIST ALLAN IN “MAKING THAT DECISION” BEHIND THE SCENE.<\/strong> – WHO KNOWS?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That means from the date Whitney stepped into her position, the MERITUS GROUP<\/strong> that hired Whitney, “ALREADY”<\/strong> had in place a “PROPERTY LIAISON” in Anita Williams. <\/strong>Therefore, the MERITUS GROUP<\/strong>, (HIRED BY ALLAN),<\/strong> did not seek out a new property liaison because she was “ALREADY” in place and keeping the shit hole alive.<\/strong>

—ALL ENTITIES WERE WORKING UNDER ONE UMBRELLA—
 “THRIVE 300 SCHAEFER DRIVE, LLC.” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Until the date when Anita “DECIDED” that she did not want to take part in what was transpiring<\/strong>, and informed “WHITNEY” that she was no longer going to work with and for them<\/strong> and took her final pay, Anita was working under “ALLAN’S” company umbrella that “INCLUDED” the “MERITUS GROUP”<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, Whitney did not personally hire Anita, but Anita worked for and with “ALLAN’S” entities including the “MERITUS GROUP<\/strong><\/strong>“.<\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHO REALLY KNOWS, BECAUSE THE “MERITUS GROUP”<\/strong><\/strong> THAT IS LOCATED IN THE SAME STATE WERE ALLAN RESIDES – JUST MAYBE THEY TOOK PART OF MAKING THAT “LONG DISTANCE” DECISION SINCE THEY WERE IN AN “URGENT” SITUATION, AND ANITA WHOM THEY’VE SPOKEN WITH MANY TIMES, WAS DOING THEM WELL, FOR CHEAP LABOR. WHO KNOWS WHAT’S UNDER THE HOOD. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Anita worked daily side by side with Whitney and the other office clerk<\/strong>, many times Anita took the initiative to show and explain to Whitney better ways to understand and communicate with the residents as Whitney seem somewhat lost in translation. <\/strong>Anita was also turning in invoices to Whitney, that translated in “CHECKS.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHECKS THAT WHITNEY HERSELF HANDED TO ANITA, HER “FELLOW EMPLOYEE”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–SO THEY MISTOOK ANITA AS THE “HELP”–<\/strong> (SEE HERE)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1)<\/strong> The “HELP”<\/strong> don’t turn in Invoices (LOOK AT THIS – INVOICE DATED 6-17-2024)<\/strong><\/a> – The Help Can’t Present Invoices to management in Branson.<\/strong>
 
2)<\/strong>  The “HELP” doesn’t get paid<\/strong>. – Free Services – Means You Live On Their Property and Work For That Room (ANITA GOT PAID – LOOK AT THIS – image 1 and image 2)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)<\/strong> They don’t draft documents and Sign Off without owners and general managers “APPROVAL”, <\/strong>(This document was placed on every tenant’s door. (LOOK AT THIS – DATED JUNE 10th – DONE BY ANITA)<\/a><\/strong> Signature Anita G. Williams, Liaison. “ANITA PREPARED A PLATE WITH FOOD”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4)<\/strong>  (LOOK AT THIS – DATED JUNE 18th – DONE BY ANITA & WHITNEY)<\/a><\/strong>.    placed on every tenant’s door.  Anita prepared a plate with food on “JUNE 10, 2024”, and ON JUNE 18, 2024, when Whitney took up her office, she decided to add her breadcrumbs to the already prepared plate of food. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don’t get me wrong, all the information is good.<\/strong> But clearly shows Anita sharing her knowledge <\/strong>with Whitney as Anita set, and shared her “TABLE” of food with the “NEW” Schaefer Ridge office employees.  <\/strong>And together Whitney was successful with creating an addendum.<\/strong> JUST READ IT YOURSELF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(ONE DAY PRIOR TO JUNE 18, 2024 THE COMPANY PAID ANITA – AND WHITNEY WROTE THE CHECK HANDED TO ANITA AFTER MIKE SIGNED.  JUNE 17, 2024)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SEEMS TO ME “ANITA AND WHITNEY” WAS EMPLOYED BY THE SAME OWNER INCLUDING THE “MERITUS GROUP”<\/strong><\/strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–MAYBE THEY WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS THE “HELP” TOO—<\/strong> We will see what that looks like at the end of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*************KEEP IN MIND<\/strong>, ANITA DID NOT “SOLICIT” EMPLOYMENT FROM THESE PEOPLE<\/strong>, SHE DID NOT KNOCK ON THEIR DOOR FOR EMPLOYMENT<\/strong>, SHE DID NOT REQUEST A JOB FROM ANYONE WORKING WITH ALLAN EVRIDGE AND THE “MERITUS GROUP.”<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> THEY CAME TO “ANITA” AND REQUESTED “SEVERAL” TIMES FOR HER ASSISTANCE.<\/strong> THEN TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION<\/strong> AS ANITA WAS, AND STILL ABOUT HELPING OTHERS<\/strong> WHEREAS, THEIR VISION IS OPPOSITE. <\/strong> LOOK AROUND THAT PLACE AND YOU SEE WHY ANITA LEFT THAT JOB. *************<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“PO” FOLKS be “LEERY” of hotels<\/strong> that are NOT forthcoming<\/strong>. Their lies will destroy your family. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
