Felons “SHOULD” be allowed<\/strong> to rent homes and hotel holes.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

HOW COULD THIS BE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Thanksgiving Day many “FORTUNATE” individuals and families will sit<\/strong> in the comforts of their homes thanking God for all the wonderful things<\/strong> that have happened their way. This Sunday some will go to church to thank God<\/strong> for the “POSITIVE” things they’ve done<\/strong> for families in the community, while others will seek “FORGIVENESS” and continue to pass out destruction<\/strong> on a daily basis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right now at this “VERY” moment,<\/strong> individuals and families are down in the “WOODS”<\/strong> somewhere in “BRANSON” “SHIVERING” to death.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anita and I have spoken to several individuals<\/strong> only to learn they are “EMPLOYED” by businesses in “BRANSON”.<\/strong> These individuals “SLEEP” in the “WOODS”<\/strong> and then proceed “EACH” day<\/strong> to their place of “EMPLOYMENT”<\/strong> only to serve the “FORTUNATE.”<\/strong> They appear<\/strong> normal, and act as if nothing is wrong<\/strong>. Can you imagine the “PAIN”<\/strong> that these homeless individuals carry within their souls daily? <\/strong>Do you know these people are brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, fathers and mothers to someone?<\/strong> Yet, here in “BRANSON” they are living in the “WOODS”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I asked an individual, “WHY ARE YOU LIVING THIS WAY, DO YOU HAVE A CRIMINAL PAST?”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That person stated “I have a “FELONY” for stealing,<\/strong> so now I can’t get a hotel or an apartment.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I stated, “YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU “CAN” WORK IN THIS TOWN, BUT NOT ALLOWED TO GET HOUSING?<\/strong>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PEOPLE THIS IS TRUE “DUMB” SHIT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–WHY?–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“THINK ABOUT THIS “BULLSHIT”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just a few weeks ago the “ELECTORAL COLLEGE” which is made up of 538 “ELECTORS”<\/strong> in which majority decided that a “CONVICTED” felon <\/strong>has rights to dwell in the “LARGEST” and most sought after “HOUSE”<\/strong> in the United States<\/strong>, and he has serious charges pending against him.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I ain’t mad at him, my son believes in the incoming presiden<\/strong>t and I’m proud of my son for standing for his beliefs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUT, WHAT I DO I BELIEVE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe that the incoming president has shown “BRANSON” and the “WORLD” <\/strong>that “NO” one person, and\/or family should be “DENIED” housing based on a “FELONY” conviction<\/strong>, especially if it does “NOT” involve crimes like murder,<\/strong> and (sexual abuse<\/strong>, an item the incoming president “IS” <\/strong>accused of).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those individuals (DWELLING IN BRANSON’S WOODS)<\/strong> and, who are “EMPLOYED” by “BRANSON” businesses should be “APPROVED” for housing “IMMEDIATELY”.<\/strong> Some of these individuals have been employed for the same company over a “YEAR”, <\/strong>while living in the woods IN BRANSON.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DON’T LET A LOW END “FELONY” CHARGES PREVENT “YOUR” FAMILY MEMBER FROM ACQUIRING HOUSING.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BRANSON CITY BOARD NEEDS TO “REVISE” ITS HOUSING VERBIAGE TO INCLUDE “HOUSING” FOR “PEOPLE” ACCUSED OF LOW END “FELONIES”. THE NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT PROVED THAT TO BE EVIDENT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IF HE CAN ACQUIRE AND DWELL IN THE LARGEST HOUSE IN THE U.S. WITH CONVICTIONS, THEN “PO” FOLKS WITH “MINOR” FELONY CONVICTIONS SHOULD BE AFFORDED THE SAME RIGHTS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IF THOSE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE WOODS DO “NOT” HAVE A HISTORY OF “NOT” PAYING RENT,<\/strong> THEY SHOULD QUALIFY FOR HOUSING.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, “BOARD” members, while at church praying this “SUNDAY” <\/strong>ask God<\/strong>, what can he direct you to do, to contribute<\/strong> to the betterment of this community and the betterment of family lives<\/strong>. Ask if you can,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

START BY BRINGING BRANSON EMPLOYEES AND FAMILIES “OUT” OF THE “WOODS.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

***RIGHT NOW***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I understand how difficult decision are when needed to be made<\/strong>, especially when the decision maker generally live “OUTSIDE” the city of Branson<\/strong>. Therefore, these individuals are driving the city from the outside, inward. <\/strong> Meaning they are driving Branson into the ground. <\/strong>Most people drive their city from inside, outward.<\/strong> Which is known to me as an “OUTREACH.”<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are sending Branson PD deep into the woods to destroy tents of the “HOMELESS” working class “PO” folks, <\/strong>as if they are playing “COWBOYS AND INDIANS”.<\/strong> THE TEEPEES ARE LOSING. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What a “TERRIBLE” waste of Branson PD. It certainly feels like an embarrassment.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BRANSON PD SHOULD “SEND A BILL” TO “CODE ENFORCEMENT” FOR TIME PROVIDED FOR “TEEPEE” REMOVAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

***CODE ENFORCEMENT IS RESPONSIBLE<\/strong>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They should be providing the “FOOT-WORK” for removal of “PO” working class folks tents. They should be “ENFORCING LEGAL HOTEL HOUSING CODES. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AFTERALL, THAT TENT “REPRESENTS” A HOME TO THE HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO WAS KICKED OUT OF ONE OF THE “HOTEL HOLES.” THESE LOW-END HOTEL HOLES “TO ME” ARE THE MAIN SOURCE THAT CREATES HOMELESSNESS IN BRANSON.”<\/strong> – THEY ARE “RAMPANT” AND “UNMONITORED”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If anyone has the notion to sue Anita or myself “THINK TWICE”.<\/strong> We will suggest that the entity responsible is “CODE ENFORCEMENT.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it is Code Enforcement who allowed these “HOTEL HOLES” to act in such a manner<\/strong> that the homeless population grew quickly<\/strong> and continues to grow<\/strong>. It is the inducement of Tiny Homes<\/strong> that were never manifested <\/strong>that also played a part in creating this type of homelessness<\/strong>. Also the “JOBS,” city lights, and glitter that attracts the people.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAT NEW COMERS DON’T REALIZE IS THAT BELOW THEIR FEET IN BRANSON, “HELL” EXIST.<\/strong> BROUGHT ABOUT BY GREED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SECTION 8, HUD, AND OTHER FEDERAL HOUSING PROGRAM ENTITIES SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO UPDATE AND REVISE LAWS TO AFFORD LOW CLASS “FELONS” AN OPPORTUNITY TO NOW ACQUIRE HOUSING AT AFFORDABLE COST ACCORDING TO INCOME.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

***FORM BELOW NEEDS ATTENTION: <\/strong>(LOOK LIKE THE “NOMINATE HERE” BUTTON<\/strong> AIN’T WORKING TODAY ON THANKSGIVING<\/strong>. MAYBE THE CITY IS HAVING IT TAKE A VACATION<\/strong> DAY TOO.)***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
