“Keep yo head up”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yesterday, Anita received a call from one of the tenants at the “RED ROOF INN.”<\/strong> It appears as though Branson PD <\/strong>was there to ask those who had received payment<\/strong>s for the “FRAUD” <\/strong>committed by the business “OWNER,” to leave the property.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tenants who took payments had to “LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.”<\/strong> – A few had a couple of hours <\/strong>based on what I’m told.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone who took payments did in fact leave.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****SO WHAT THAT MEANS****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It means, for the “FIRST” time<\/strong> since the “INCEPTION” of this “BY DESIGN” operation<\/strong>, that “PO” working<\/strong> class “NOMADS” of Branson have received money<\/strong> to move with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is how it should have been done years ag<\/strong>o, but instead a ton of “ILLEGAL” evictions<\/strong> took place.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For so many years, including Anita and I<\/strong>, the “PO” folks have been put out of these low end holds<\/strong> with “NOTHING.” No deposit, and in most cases forced out without taking your items. <\/strong>
Most often, just hours after a payment is made<\/strong>, some are told to leave. “KEEP YO MONEY AND BOOT YOU OUT.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****WHAT’S NEXT<\/strong>****<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those of you that remain in that hotel hol<\/strong>e, I want you to keep in mind that while you are sleeping,<\/strong> they are considering the next move<\/strong> that can possibly harm you<\/strong>. “WHO KNOWS THE CITY MAY EXPEDITE THEIR LICENSE.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“BEWARE” <\/strong>my best guess is that as long as you remain in that low end hotel hold<\/strong>, the City of Branson will use Branson PD to inform you that you owe the business “BACK PAY RENT” <\/strong>as you occupied that room while they were waiting for business license. – EVEN THOUGH THE BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE OPEN UNTIL IT IS LICENSED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You cannot stay anywhere FREE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, when and if they get their license, they will say you owe them, and the City of Branson will be on board. Trust me, look at yesterday. They ain’t sleeping.<\/strong> (IT’S CALLED A LOOPHOLE WHEN YOU OPERATE WITHOUT BUSINESS LICENSE IN BRANSON)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what Anita and I did;<\/strong>
 
1)<\/strong> First, we moved our things ou<\/strong>t, and
2) <\/strong>then requested the owner to do a walk thru, <\/strong>and
3)<\/strong> then asked for payment,<\/strong> as the place had been “PERPETRATING A FRAUD”.<\/strong>
4)<\/strong> And then we said bye to that “BITCH.” <\/strong>Ain’t never looking back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no “HOTEL HOLE” in Branson<\/strong> that excites me<\/strong> enough to stay and argue with anyone about.<\/strong> “THEIR HOLE IS THEIR HOLE” <\/strong>and if they enjoy their shit holes, then forever be blessed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So “PO” folks,<\/strong> keep in mind “YOU GONNA PAY SOMETHING” FOR YO EXTENDED STAY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s so “-UCKED UP<\/strong>” about this shit is, the people on the bottom floor of that “FILTHY” ass “HOTEL” hole where told this;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) YOU CANNOT EAT BREAKFAST<\/strong>
2) YOU CANNOT USE THE POOL<\/strong>
3) YOU CANNOT USE THE LAUNDRY ROOM<\/strong>
4) YOU WILL NOT GET CLEAN LINEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I informed the owner it would be wise to hire a “PROFESSIONAL” cleaning company<\/strong>. That is why it “-UCKEN” stinks,<\/strong> the people don’t get clean linen, a “cleaning service, and they live with pets.<\/strong> Why do you think it smells so bad?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imagine not having clean linen and laundry service day after day, week after week, month after month, I’m sure you can guess what that smells like. Also, throw in a mixture of pets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“PO” working class<\/strong> people paid anywhere from $250 to $325 per week<\/strong> depending on their ability to understand what is really happening.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The people on the bottom floor are called upon<\/strong> to “COOK, CLEAN, SWEEP AND MOP, AND WORK THE FRONT DESK. <\/strong>They are fired at “WILL” <\/strong>and when owners break them down, they can get a “MOTHA -UCKEN” retry.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is what the City has produced.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, in this scenario with the “RED ROOF INN,”<\/strong> no one really wins, as the city may think<\/strong>. But certainly, the “PO” working class walked away this time. “WITH MONEY IN THE POCKETS” – Can you believe that shit? Money in their pockets. “THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All along, as I have stated when Anita and I were “ILLEGALLY” EVICTED<\/strong>. This “SOLIDIFIES”<\/strong> everything Anita and I have been saying all along. These “ILLEGAL” evictions over the years created this type of homeless environment. IT’S TIME TO FIX THIS SHIT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The City of Branson’s responsibility is to make sure everyone is safe. In this incident with “RED ROOF INN” they failed.<\/strong> Now look, people are frantically searching for housing while some are laughing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do however want to commend the “OWNER” for owning up to this, <\/strong>as he has shown he wants to make things right by returning the deposit and payments<\/strong>, this afforded individuals and families to walk away<\/strong> with some type of “DIGNITY” <\/strong>and with their “HEADS UP,”<\/strong> including Anita and I. Again, I commend you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In closing, for those who remain, plan on getting out quickly as I believe the “THOUGHT UP” machine inside Branson is working “OVERTIME” on ways to penalize you for your extended stay.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I SUGGEST THAT “AUTHUR” AND THOSE WHO WERE EMPLOYED AS THE “HELP”<\/strong> CONTACT THE “LABOR BOARD” AS YOUR MONTHS OF SERVICES PROVIDED IN TERMS OF “WORKING” FOR THE BUSINESS REQUIRES A PROFESSIONAL OPINION.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNSURE WHAT TO DO CALL AN ATTORNEY AS THERE MIGHT BE “MOVING” FEES INVOLVED. CONTACT SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTAND HOUSING LAWS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
