Today is a much better day as I have been dealing with a “strained<\/strong>” muscle in my back. I had to return to the ER in Sullivan, Mo<\/strong> yesterday as the muscle flared up just a little.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is amazing how COVID-19<\/strong> changed the way all of us conducts ourselves. Before the “PANDEMIC<\/strong>” I was always active outdoors. In the last several months I have found myself less interested in exercise and more interested in staying inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know now that I must put in the “WORK<\/a>” <\/strong>in order for me get back on track to keep myself healthy. COVID-19 testing came back “NEGATIVE”<\/strong> so that is a good thing as I have also learned positively, that my family and I have the “ANTIBODIES” for this particular virus. <\/strong>But, my husband and I will continue to wear our mask in the public TO PROTECT & KEEP OTHERS SAFE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My husband states, “We have lived in so many states and cities\/counties within the United States that everywhere we lived our bodies had to adjust to that environment<\/strong>. Maybe, this is why our bodies are able to fight this virus so quickly<\/strong> as we believe we were exposed in February 2020 while residing at the local “MOTEL 6<\/strong>.” At that time no-one really had a grip of this virus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m well and I thank everyone for their support.<\/strong> I will continue to provide good products and excellent customer service to everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to personally thank the Team at the “SULLIVAN, MO” Hospital for their professionalism<\/strong>. Everyone that I came in contact with were respectful, polite, and very informative<\/strong>. I knew and felt<\/strong> they were looking out for my best interest<\/strong> as they took time to check “every” avenue<\/strong> in order to confirm what was causing the pain. They even took the time to check on me once I made it home. EXCELLENT HOSPITAL AND SUPERB STAFF<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I now have an “EXERCISE<\/a>“<\/strong> program to follow and I will deligently move forward with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
