I am providing the link so that you can get a clear understanding of how things work. <strong>&#8220;THE CASE WAS VOLUNTARY DISMISSED&#8221;<\/strong> when <strong>I forwarded a &#8220;RESPONSE&#8221; filled with truth.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nowhere did I ever mention &#8220;he-say, she-say&#8221; shit<\/strong>. All info was provided in black and white text messages. The audio is still in my possession. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/fv\/c\/Defendants%20Answer.PDF?courtCode=46&amp;di=3082746\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/fv\/c\/Defendants%20Answer.PDF?courtCode=46&amp;di=3082746\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>(VIEW OUR RESPONSE HERE)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind, if I had not showed up in court that day, <strong>they would have won &#8220;EVERYTHING&#8221; <\/strong>they asked for plus more. Thousands of dollars. They <strong>also showed a desire to be paid for damages that did not exist.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not <strong>&#8220;ONE&#8221; of these individuals<\/strong> showed up in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>***CHECK THE GAME OUT***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I mentioned a<strong> &#8220;COUNTER CLAIM&#8221; in my &#8220;RESPONSE&#8221;,<\/strong> and I was <strong>in court that day<\/strong>, but in order to have that heard, I have to <strong>file it in &#8220;SMALL CLAIMS&#8221; court.<\/strong> <strong>I felt my case should had been heard and resolved at that time. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, as you can see, they would have won<strong> if I did not show up in court<\/strong>. All it takes is <strong>just a little lie and &#8220;PO&#8221; folks pay the price. <\/strong>KEEP IN MIND, <strong>I AM GOING TO ALWAYS CALL OUT THE &#8220;BULLSHIT&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fact is that place will<strong> &#8220;NEVER&#8221; be considered a true &#8220;APARTMENT.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>City officials need to sit down and make a decision as to what makes a hotel an apartment. <\/strong>What they have done is <strong>totally ridiculous <\/strong>as they equipped this place with an <strong>oven that mimics &#8220;easy bake oven&#8221; and it comes with 2 eyes that are used for basic boiling and a mid-size fridge for $850.00 per month.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>***Placing mailboxes on a property does not make it legal***&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do this, <strong>call a car company<\/strong> and try to get a loan with that address. I<strong>t does not come up as a &#8220;RESIDENTIAL&#8221; building,<\/strong> therefore, <strong>you lose, and you are being lied to<\/strong>. Similar to <strong>Enclave<\/strong>. A mailbox does not make your place a legal apartment. People are being misled again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>***ZONING AND LAND USE RECLASSIFICATION***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>legal difference between a hotel and an apartment<\/strong> is the zoning code assigned by the city or county.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hotels are zoned for commercial\/transient lodging (short stays).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apartments are zoned for residential\/multifamily use (long-term living).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To <strong>convert a hotel into apartments,<\/strong> the property owner must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> Apply for <strong>&#8220;REZONING&#8221; or a special-use permit<\/strong> with the city\u2019s<strong> Planning &amp; Zoning Department<\/strong>. &#8211; <strong>(WAS THIS COMPLETED? &#8211; VERY IMPORTANT).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WOULD REZONING ALSO AFFECT THOSE BUSINESSES SITUATED ON THE &#8220;SAME&#8221; PROPERTY, WHAT WOULD THEIR STATUS BECOME?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) <\/strong>Meet <strong>all building code and fire code<\/strong> standards for residential occupancy<strong> (which are stricter).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> Pass inspections and <strong>obtain new certificates of occupancy designating the units as residential.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Until that process is complete, it is legally still a hotel \u2014 NO MATTER HOW LONG PEOPLE LIVE THERE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>***HERE&#8217;S THE RIPOFF***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You move in <strong>&#8220;WITHOUT&#8221;<\/strong> <strong>beds, stands, and tv.<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;YOU PROVIDE THAT YOURSELF.&#8221;<\/strong> So, being poor means <strong>you are losing <\/strong>when you move into the Outback Roadhouse Apts., simply <strong>due to the fact that now, you have to come up with a &#8220;BED AND BEDDING, DRESSER WITH DRAWERS, AND A TV.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can afford it, you will <strong>rent it from a &#8220;RENTAL&#8221; place for around $200 per month. That&#8217;s what Anita and I paid for those above-mentioned items.<\/strong> If not, sleep on the floor or a pad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, let&#8217;s <strong>do the math<\/strong>. <strong>$850.00 for a shell of a room<\/strong>, $<strong>25.00 to pay rent online, (=$300.00 per year)<\/strong> plus <strong>$200.00 to rent the furniture<\/strong> for this hotel hole. <strong>&#8220;A WHOPPING $1,075 is what Anita and I were paying, just to say, I live in a &#8220;SO-CALLED&#8221; apartment. (FAKE NEWS)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fact is, this is only <strong>considered an apartment &#8220;ON PAPER.<\/strong>&#8221; It is <strong>truly a &#8220;HOTEL&#8221; and functions in that manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>manager is also the help.<\/strong> He keeps paperwork &#8211; <strong>BEST HE CAN<\/strong>, cleans apartments, takes out the trash, you get it. <strong>All the things &#8220;HELP&#8221; does.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s time that the city manager and aldermen <strong>take a &#8220;REAL&#8221; look at what is going on here in this low-end hotel game.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Right now, Anita and I live in a hotel that offers all the things Outback Roadhouse Apt. doesn&#8217;t.
