Did a Judge Do That?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a “BUZZ” <\/strong>in “BRANSON”<\/strong> that continues to convolute the truth<\/strong>. It’s like watching a silent “Charlie Chaplin” movie where a mouth is moving, but noting is coming out.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this christianty “BUZZ” world<\/strong>, provided by the city, twitter is still at large<\/strong>. That damn bird<\/strong> has continued to spew lies and tons of untruths.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****So now I’m “BUZZIN” in****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ignorance is a powerful tool <\/strong>for those who can’t accept the truth. \u00a0Ignorance can lessen guilt (Luke 23:34) but doesn’t erase responsibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me share with you some truths.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Branson Police have incorporated themselves <\/strong>into situations they have no business partaking in. They continue to break bread in matters “NOT” pertaining to their business plan<\/strong>. They assist in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a)<\/strong> Illegal “Hotel” Evictions”<\/strong> – with a lease. – Happened to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b)<\/strong> Illegal “Banning” <\/strong>From Property – with a lease. Happened to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c)<\/strong> Code Enforcement – Hotel holes are “OUT OF CONTROL”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

d)<\/strong> Car Title Matters – Pulled over 10 plus times – Happened to us –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, DID YOU SAY CAR TITLES?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****DAMN SKIPPY “CAR TITLE MATTERS” – YES, CORRECT****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is the reason Anita and I have been pulled over at least 10 times<\/strong> from Springfield to Branson<\/strong>. I am forwarding my “SUNSHINE” request today as I write this note<\/strong>. This way, I will be able to provide you a clear visual\/audio of how DMV business is being conducted at our local Branson PD.<\/strong> The sickening thing about this whole matter is, I felt we should have done so in the presence of the “Forsyth DMV” as they provided an “illegal” title <\/strong>to this person, a couple of months after I received mine, and had the nerves to “BACKDATE” it. <\/strong>They backdated the information on a new title and sent it to me, while I had one in my “POSSESSION” already.<\/strong> They placed this individual name on a new “Title” without me being invited to the party and sent that shit to me<\/strong>. That presents as 2 titles and a lie.<\/strong> Moreover, I did everything the officer and that person wanted done, “EXPECTING”<\/strong> the same in return. I have been driving over a year with outdated tags.<\/strong> All that was required from the officer and the person who contacted the officer was to sign a “SINGLE” document that would cleanly release us from “property taxes” as we did not have that vehicle.<\/strong> In other words, they wanted us to pay property taxes for something we never got a chance to enjoy. We had returned the vehicle to that person<\/strong>. This is why Branson PD had “ZERO” business conducting business for DMV<\/strong>. I am, and I will continue to drive as my tags sit. “Jefferson City DMV” had made it clear to Anita and I that this is a fraud. It was done in an illegal manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I receive this video through “SUNSHINE” request, you see the frustration as I knew business was conducted wrongfully and in the wrong location.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****LET ME SHARE REAL SHIT WITH YOU****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the “BUZZ” around the internet town, is<\/strong> Anita created this mess. Anita had people “KICKED” out in the “fuc-in” streets. “Branson Buzz” knows that to be a lie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most important figures in the situation are Anita, KY3, and the JUDGE.<\/strong> The rest had to do things that disrupted their day, upset their moment, and dipped into their finances.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the same people that the city has booted around for years, the city must come together to assist. How difficult was that! – It all looked painful from what I saw and heard.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of these “NON-FUNCTIONING” non-profits “I” felt, <\/strong>took advantage of a few families<\/strong>. I say this because a family man had to take “EARLY” withdrawal from his paycheck to get assistance from a grant holder. “NON-PROFIT”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They placed this family in a $400 plus per week hotel.<\/strong> Does this non-profit entity expect them to pay for that next week when rent is due?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

His next week check is already down about $100.00 due to the “NON-FUNCTIONING” NON- PROFIT haggling skills. “Let’s Make A Deal.”<\/strong> You do this, or I can’t help you. Our funds are low,<\/strong> you get the drift.\u00a0This young man had just paid rent for that filthy hotel hole he was dwelling in, and now removed by no fault of his<\/strong>, and the “NON-FUNCTIONING” non-profit wanted more. <\/strong>Sounds like a religious move to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who do you think will be cleaning up that mess next week when “RENT IS DUE?<\/strong>” – Guess who, “THE BRANSON OUTREACH WARRIORS.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Bible Jesus fed 5,000 people by multiplying “BREAD AND FISH” – Matthew 14:13-21<\/strong> – I AIN’T FOUND NOWHERE IN THE BIBLE THAT INDICATE JESUS FED PEOPLE SPOILED FOOD.<\/strong> Every bit of what they ate was fresh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here in Branson “SPOILED” food is of the utmost importance in the non-profit Bible sector.<\/strong> Some believe that a person should be glad to eat something, rather than nothing,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SO THEY FEED OUR “PO” FOLKS “SOMETHING CLOSE TO NOTHING.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, from the moment the “JUDGE,” pen registered to pad<\/strong>, Branson Outreach Warriors had already pre-planned housing families and continues, to this very day providing necessities, including meals to them.<\/strong> They are doing this without “GRANTS” from city and state entities.<\/strong> They are providing from their pocketbooks, their hearts, and with empathy for all in this community.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want you (the readers) <\/strong>to keep in mind. Anita would never <\/strong>want anyone to be put out of their place of security, in the deepest shit of winter or any time for that fact.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As many of you remember, Anita and I were “REMOVED” and humiliated with our two granddaughter (little babies 3 and 5 years old) in the freezing cold. It is not a good feeling. Anita would “NEVER” wish this on anyone. “BUZZ THAT”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****SO, BACK TO THE IMPORTANT FIGURES****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early, in the month of January 2026 around the 9th day to be exact.<\/strong> While Anita and I were relaxing after a long day, Anita received a frantic phone call.<\/strong> This individual was to be evicted from the Family Inn hotel due to bugs in the room. <\/strong>This happened around 10:00 p.m., which was the time the person was instructed to leave that hole. <\/strong>Anita immediately made contact with the manager who shared other concerns.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next morning, January 10, 2026,<\/strong> Anita received a call informing her that some of the locals had contacted the KY3 news.<\/strong> These individuals requested Anita to speak with KY3 on their behalf.<\/strong> KY3 reached out to Anita to discuss what was needed to move this matter forward “EXPEDITIOUSLY.” <\/strong>However, this matter was stalled due to the fact that this individual did not want to go on the news live as that person feared “RETALIATION.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, before Anita did anything to assist these families and KY3 news<\/strong>, she went to the property to gain first hand, and real time knowledge. <\/strong>Several tenants opened their rooms to allow Anita to see the way they were living.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Anita saw, is exactly what we have been talking about for several years now. “UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS” DUE TO – CODE ENFORCEMENT INABILITY TO FUNCTION.<\/strong> Innocent people are paying for shitholes that should not even exist in this town.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, still on January 10, 2026<\/strong> Anita contacted the Mayor, “ALL” Non-profits, Code Enforcement, Health Department, Local PD via phone calls and email\/texts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After no real response for several weeks, On January 27, 2026, while families and children were still suffering, Anita placed that shit with photos on\u00a0 “BRANSON BUZZ” <\/strong>– Even though it was never displayed to the public, in less than 10 minutes later, a city official made contact with Anita.<\/strong> – “BUZZ WATCHMAN.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two days later, January 29, 2026<\/strong> many photos from tenants began to find a home in Anita’s email box. All images were forwarded to KY3 as evidence needed for them to prepare a news release. KY3 released that “CREDIBLE” information to the public, as it came with visuals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next day, January 30, 2026<\/strong> several organizations entered that location and with the “AUTHORITY” and penmanship of the “JUDGE,” <\/strong> City officials, non-profits and Branson PD were able to get these people in a better situation. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, for those who still dwell in the silent movie era.<\/strong> I’m gonna say it out loud so you can hear and understand.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE “JUDGE” WHO HAVE COMPASSION AND EMPATHY FOR OTHERS IN THIS COMMUNITY cleared the path for these families to sleep well this weekend. It is the “JUDGE” who made it possible for these children to breathe cleaner air this weekend. It is the “JUDGE,” who made it possible for these families to go to their place of employment smelling clean, feeling good about themselves, and providing excellent service to this community.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANITA DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER, NOR THE RIGHT, TO TAKE OVER A BUSINESS AND\/OR BUILDINGS. THE JUDGE NOR ANITA “KICKED” ANYONE OUT ON THE STREETS.<\/strong>– I have never known her to carry a pen that big.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From my vantage point, “CODE ENFORCEMENT” allowed such an act to occur <\/strong>in the most dangerous time of the year. That building had no license and Anita was informed that there were issues with the insurance. <\/strong>That’s not including all the structural damage<\/strong>. Those images solidified the thoughts of curious minds. – BRANSON EMPLOYEES WERE DWELLING IN FILTH.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****SO WHAT HARM DID ANITA COMMIT?*****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me say it out loud for you: “NOT A DAMN THANE”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code Enforcement needs to be separate from Branson PD<\/strong>. That entity needs to be buffed up and start flexing a little bit<\/strong> as some owners are doing dubious shit daily.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“City Officials” are signing off on this.<\/strong> What we are seeing is focused loopholes.<\/strong> Meaning change your “BUSINESS NAME” and the game stays the same.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****LET ME SHOW HOW FILTH BEGIN****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anita and I dwelled in the Enclaves previously known as the (Greenbriar Hotel)<\/strong> when we arrived. They also conducted business at another hole called Kings Quarters Hotel.<\/strong> We had been with them for close to three years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I paid $750.00 per month = $9,000 PER year.<\/strong> My air and heat unit went out more than 5 times in one year.<\/strong> Each time a unit went down, they went to another room, pulled that unit out and gave it to us. Same for fridge and tv’s. Imagine this visually.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, I’m sitting in front of a used “other room” unit and breathing in “AIR” and “FILTH” from that unit. A continuous cycle. 5 units from 5 other rooms for $9,000 a year. – No new sheets, no room service, nothing other than “WHEN THE HEALTH DEPT COME, HIDE YOUR COOKING STUFF.” – LET’S PULL ONE OVER ON THE CITY. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FUNNY SHIT WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT. BUT, IT’S TRUE. CODE ENFORCEMENT AND CITY IS A “JOKE” TO THESE LOW-END HOLE OWNERS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAT WOULD MAKE IT SO HARD TO SPEND $300 TO PUT A “BRAND NEW” UNIT IN. <\/strong>THEY CHOSE TO GIVE US “TRADED” SHIT over and over again.<\/strong> TV’s are so damn old that Jed Clampton would be more than happy to shoot them bitches. <\/strong>Buildings wreak with smell <\/strong>as there’s no house cleaning staff <\/strong>available, no real maintenance crew etc.<\/strong> In the meantime “PO” are forced and demanded to make payment by them and local PD, even “WITHOUT” legal business license.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make matters worse, they want us “PO” folks to believe we are in an apartment, when even “Stevie Wonder” can tell it’s a “MAKESHIFT” hotel hole, simply by smell.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the city and non-functioning\u00a0non-profits has taken all the praise. – LOL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So together,<\/strong> we have discovered and figured out <\/strong>that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1)<\/strong> ANITA WAS REQUESTED TO BE A SPOKESPERSON FOR A PERSON IN FEAR OF RETALIATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) <\/strong>CITY OFFICIALS AND NON PROFITS WERE INFORMED WEEKS AHEAD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) BRANSON PD IS OVERWHELMED IN JOB ASSIGNMENTS<\/strong> – THE STRUCTURE IS WRONG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) CODE ENFORCEMENT IS INVISIBLE – NO REAL PUBLIC SERVICE<\/strong> – SEEMS TO EXIST BY NAME ONLY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SO NOW WE KNOW, IT WAS THE “JUDGE” WHO COMPELLED THE CITY TO ACT IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER FOR THE LOCALS WHO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THIS COMMUNITY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The praise the city is “CUDDLING” about is blinded truth<\/strong>. They gave these hole owner pathway to community destruction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANITA ONLY BROUGHT “AWARENESS” TO A “DANGEROUS” SITUATION<\/strong> AT THE REQUEST OF PEOPLE SHE KNOWS, TRUST AND BELIEVE IN.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THEREFORE, ANITA AND THE “BRANSON OUTREACH WARRIORS” WANT TO SAY<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOME ARE “FORCED” INTO THESE CONDITIONS AND REQUIRE HELP TO NAVIGATE THESE DIFFICULT TIME. THEREFORE, WE COMMEND YOU FOR YOUR ACT OF KINDNESS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
