It is what it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Tuesday, 14th day of April 2026<\/strong>, I did in fact appear in court. When Anita and I arrived, we immediately headed to the front row, left side<\/strong> of the room. Suddenly we are pointed to move<\/strong> to the right side to sit<\/strong>. We went to the right side as the court guy pointed at us to do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anita stated: <\/strong>This side must be for the officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dallas: <\/strong>Yeah, it looks like they are all together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We went on and took our seats “PO FOLKS SIDE”. <\/strong>While waiting, we noticed 3 good, kind struggling people sitting and talking and every now and then, have a laugh or two.<\/strong> The guy came<\/strong> to the very front of the right section and made it “LOUD AND CLEAR” to these struggling “PO” folks, I’m sure he was addressing Anita and I as well. <\/strong>Imagine this. The guy is standing in front of us in full combat gear. He didn’t have that much shit on the last time I was there.<\/strong> (STRANGE MAYBE JUST ME)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guy:<\/strong> I said “NO TALKING” – NEXT TIME YOU TALK I AM GOING TO MAKE YOU LEAVE.<\/strong> YOU GOING TO BE TAKIN OUT OF HERE!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WOW – WHAT A RUSH!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, sitting next to him in the back of the courtroom on the “LEFT SIDE” (my blind side)<\/strong> are 3, maybe 4<\/strong>, young officers <\/strong>who were “GIGGLY” AND FULL OF “EXCITEMENT” <\/strong>and the guy, said “NOTHING” to them.<\/strong> – What’s up with that shit!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I personally stated loudly<\/strong>: Oh, you mean these people here or not allowed to talk and laugh, but they are.<\/strong> The guy finally addressed<\/strong> that matter, BUT NOT IN THE SAME TONE HE ADDRESSED US “PO” FOLKS<\/strong> – IT WAS LITTLE KINDER TO THEM<\/strong>. IT WAS SO KIND, IT WAS A WHISPER TO THEM. (LOL)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

See right there is a problem with how these places conduct business. It is by “DESIGN” these things happen.<\/strong> The officers on one side and the “PO” FOLKS on the other side. <\/strong>While us “PO” folks are struggling and tussling with the mental idea of giving the “CITY” of Branson a penny<\/strong> based on information provided by these officers, they are “NOW”<\/strong> sitting in the court room giggly<\/strong> as can be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“HELL THE TICKET WRITTEN FOR ME AND ANITA, WAS WRITTEN IN “SPANA-AnnA”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m sure the judge must have had a hard time adjusting to this type of written literature.<\/strong> CLASS SHOULD BE MANDATED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That type of shit could “NOT” be shown to the chiefs I worked for<\/strong>. I know that to be fact because I would receive every traffic ticket <\/strong>that came through. If it was not written in the right manner, I would approach the officers for clarification <\/strong>as they understood I am the person instructed to oversee their write ups<\/strong> before entering into our database. If I wanted it written cleaner, and clearer, I would request it, and it was done immediately. <\/strong>They understood that a Judge was going to review these documents, <\/strong>and they had to meet a certain standard<\/strong>. I prepared a lot of documents for judges to review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a while, my name was called by the judge <\/strong>to make sure I wanted a trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dallas: <\/strong>I would like for you to “RECUSE”<\/strong> yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judge:<\/strong> Ok, we will talk about that when you come up.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dallas:<\/strong> Ok, sounds fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, I am standing in front of the judge <\/strong>while the city attorney to my left. Just like my last visit. (YOU KNOW THE DEAL)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The judge questioned the city attorney about my request to “recuse” because of a “low-end” hotel eviction he served against me.<\/strong> The city attorney looked like a brand  “NEW” man standing tall,<\/strong> the “GOLDEN”<\/strong> moment to get me straight, and stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

City attorney:<\/strong> Missouri Supreme Court Rule 51.05<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the main one used in eviction (civil) cases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What it says in plain English:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can request a change of judge without needing a reason<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUT it must be:
In writing
Filed on time (very strict deadline – 10-days)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you miss the deadline, the judge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

keeps the case
does not have to step aside<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WOW WEE, <\/strong>HE SOUND SO IMPRESSIVE THAT I HAD TO LOOK HIM IN HIS EYES AND SAY:<\/strong> “YOU SHOULD HAD TOLD ME THAT SOONER”.<\/strong> – THAT WAS A LOT OF “KNOWLEDGE” SPEWED TO ME IN A “ZENOSECOND.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WAS BLINDSIDEDLY IMPRESSED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT FELT LIKE HE READ THE LAST BLOG I WROTE AND WAS PREPARED<\/strong>, AND WELL REHEARSED<\/strong>. ME BEING “DYSLEXIA”, I “FROZE” <\/strong>CAUSE IT SOUND LIKE HE WAS READING A BOOK PASSAGE TO ME. <\/strong>IT WAS ALMOST ROBOTIC.<\/strong> I COULDN’T KEEP UP WITH THE WORDS, AS THE SPEED IN WHICH THE WORDS TRANSFERRED FROM HIS MOUTH TO MY EARS WERE MORE RAPID THAN A VENOMOUS SNAKE BITE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was almost a person of trust on my last visit<\/strong>. I thought to myself. “DAMN, BRANSON OF FULL OF MAGICAL TREATS.” – DAMN, DID HE GET ME STRAIGHT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUT LIKE I SAID IN THE LAST BLOG I KNEW THE JUDGE WAS NOT GOING ANYWHERE <\/strong>BECAUSE I SAID “HE CAN DO IT, AND HE IS DOING IT – I’M A WITNESS TO THAT”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I still toss with that episode.<\/strong> It just felt so, I GOT YOU DALLAS – YOU’RE TOO LATE.<\/strong> – HA, HA, HA<\/strong>, YOU MISSED YOUR WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY. 10 DAYS ARE GONE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, I get it, that’s “NOT” <\/strong>their job. Their job is to keep “SECRETS\/SKELTONS”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I then stated “I DON’T HAVE ANY SKELTON’S IN MY CLOSET”.<\/strong> You can check that out if you want, I know you’ve done that already.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

See, what people don’t know is “I AIN’T NEVER HAD FRIENDS” <\/strong>my mama with her full of shit “CHRISTIANITY” off and on ass lifestyle<\/strong> showed me what evil looked like everyday in my younger years. <\/strong>I’ve seen more “BULLSHIT” than most military men and women<\/strong> have seen from age 3 when I can remember till now.<\/strong> I know what the devil looks like.<\/strong> My daddy told me when I met him for the first time as a “GROWN” <\/strong>man. He said SON, I AM THE “THIRD SON OF SATAN”. <\/strong>I Then understood why she treated the way she did<\/strong>. Because his blood is in me. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BECAUSE OF MY MAMMA AND DADDY<\/strong> I DECIDED NEVER TO PARTAKE IN ANY “FRIENDSHIPS” <\/strong>OTHER THAN MY “WIFE AND CHILDREN.” <\/strong>WHEN I SEE ONLINE THESE RAPPAS TALKIN ABOUT THEY SHIT,<\/strong> I THINK TO MYSELF – FUCK IT – THERE ARE OPTIONS.<\/strong> MY OPTION WAS TO FOLLOW THE LAW INSTEAD <\/strong>OF TURNING TO THE SHIT THAT I KNEW WAS “FUCKED” UP<\/strong> – I SEEN SHIT MY “EDUCATED” SIBLING NEVER SAW<\/strong> BECAUSE MOST OF THE TIME I WAS NEEDED MORE AT HOME THAN SCHOOL.<\/strong> THEY NEVER MISSED SCHOOL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THAT WAS BECAUSE OUT OF 7 CHILDREN, I WAS BORN “DYSLEXIA” AND NAMED AFTER MY DADDY (DALLAS L. WILLIAMS, JR.)<\/strong> – 2 strikes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My brothers and sisters (WHO HAVE MANY FRIENDS) <\/strong>can never in their life say they saw me with a “FRIEND”<\/strong>. My children, some in their 30’s, have never seen me with anyone other than them and my wife.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family called me in 2018 and told me when “YOU” leave Anita, we will give you what you need.<\/strong> “AIN’T THAT A BITCH” <\/strong>– Even though they are rich, those “SKELTONS” are fuckin “DEEP.” Anita’s family too.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s how christianity <\/strong>works. I rather be “PO” and broke than to have “SKELETONS” hanging around and rich.<\/strong> Every time I would ask my mamma<\/strong>, why do we go to church?<\/strong> That requires an ass beaten.<\/strong> I never really understood why we are doing all this “DEVILOUS” shit all week and go to church “1” <\/strong>day a week. I JUST DIDN’T GET IT AS A KID, AND STILL DON’T GET IT NOW.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“PO” folks, <\/strong>I want you to know this. The last time “I” had a friend was when I was in the 5th grade. <\/strong>That friend was “WHITE” and “PO”,<\/strong> and sat in the back of the classroom next to me <\/strong>because we were the “SLOW” kids. <\/strong>We sat next to the “COAT ROOM \/ PADDLE ROOM.” We da 1’s<\/strong>” got talked about, laughed at, sometimes spit on, <\/strong>until one day, he “HUNG” himself.<\/strong> After that, when I was allowed <\/strong>to go to school, I sat alone. He never came back. I kept “OUR” classroom picture<\/strong> with me all these years. “THAT WAS MY LAST AND ONLY FRIEND” – I NEVER TRUSTED ANYONE BUT MYSELF FROM A YOUNG AGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I AIN’T GONNA DIGRESS ANY FURTHER.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back to it:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the city attorney’s “FEEL GOOD” spill, <\/strong>the judge made it clear that he has options<\/strong>. The question is whether or not “I” was in the car with expired plates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dallas: I “KNOW” I WAS SITTING IN A CAR THAT WAS NOT LICENSED PROPERLY. WHEN THE OFFICER CAME TO MY CAR, I INFORMED HIM WHY HE STOPPED ME. I BELIEVE THE CITY SHOULD BE PAYING THE COST, NOT ME. I BELIEVE OFFICER DONATHAN AND WANDA SHOULD HAVE FINALIZED THE PROCESS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judge:<\/strong> Figure, he’ll give me a break and pay $35.00 court Fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dallas: <\/strong>I believe I should not be paying anything to the City of Branson. Ok, so what about my wife <\/strong>Anita, what about her case, I believe she should not be paying that price at all either,<\/strong> she does community services everyday.<\/strong> That cigarette is “BIODEGRADABLE”, <\/strong>the officer ran over it anyway<\/strong>. Why is she paying anything?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judge: <\/strong>While looking at the city attorney. I don’t have her file here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

city attorney: <\/strong>Proud, with excitement in his voice. We’ve taken care of that.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

(OH WE GOT HER MONEY – WE NEED YO “THINS” DALLAS)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dallas: <\/strong>Let’s make it happen today. $35.00 right, I looked at Anita do we have that?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

See “PO” folks<\/strong> everything is done by “Design<\/strong>.” To some, it would feel like a “DEAL”,<\/strong> but for me. $35.00 <\/strong>was a “STEAL” A BRANSON STEAL from me.<\/strong> THE CITY POLICE CREATED THIS PROBLEM THEY SHOULD BE PAYING FOR IT. IN WHOLE, NOT ME!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The slickness made him feel good<\/strong>. But, I already knew what slickness looked like.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s the thrill of the Missouri Supreme Court Rule 51.05.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SO, FROM NOW ON “PO” FOLKS. If the judge is suing you as an attorney for “Low-end” hotel holes owners and you recognize his name as the “JUDGE” – REMEMBER THIS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep this for your reference.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, how do I feel about the Judge?<\/strong> He seemed to be fair as a Traffic Court judge.<\/strong> However, what makes me concerned is him representing these “low-end” hotel holes, knowing these people are in the wrong.<\/strong> I get it, it’s about those “THINS” (money) <\/strong>– So, just like the judge is trying to get his “THINS” <\/strong>up, so am I, but I am not taking from the “PO” folks.<\/strong> I’m sure there is another area less noticeable<\/strong> that he could have ventured into. “BUT THIS IS WRONG” – IT DON’T SIT RIGHT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The $35.00 court fee that I am requested to pay, <\/strong>it sounds like a deal. I am not an ignorant man.<\/strong> I know that giving the city of Branson something other than these high ass out of control taxes  is making certain people feel “PROUD”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I, nor Anita should be paying anything to anybody as it was the “CITY” who created this problem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember, the judge said he can’t give me any advice, i<\/strong>n our prior encounter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I stood in front of him as he was finalizing the paperwork and based on the paperwork I had shown him, he made it clear that.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Judge: <\/strong>With the Wanda matter, you may have something there and you should contact legal services.<\/strong> Now, you may get pulled over again.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dallas:<\/strong> Ok, thanks! – As long as I have business to take care of I will be in that car if it is running<\/strong>. That car has issues that the prior owner has not resolved. I’ve been ripped off here a lot in the “SWEET BY AND BY OF BRANSON.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I gathered up my paperwork, and we proceeded to exit the courtroom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

See “PO” folks it ain’t us scamming them<\/strong>. IT’S THE PEOPLE RUNNING CERTAIN ENTITIES SCAMMING US.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A)<\/strong> Wanda and Forsyth DMV<\/strong> episode<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B) Superior Auto <\/strong>– Oil Leak Fixed – IN WRITING. – Nothing done.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think there are a lot of make-believe christians<\/strong> in Branson. Just like these “NON-FUNCTIONAL, NON-PROFITS” <\/strong>things that operate here. – THEY CAN NEVER FUNCTION PROPERLY BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY TRY TO MAKE PROFITS.<\/strong> – RUNNING IN TWO LANES WITH ONE LAME HORSE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the knowledge I have shared and gained from working with entities like;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1)<\/strong> “City” of Emeryville California (SCHOOL DISTRICT)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2)<\/strong> Lexington-Fayette Urban “County” Government, (REACH)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)<\/strong> “State” of Calif. Hwy. Patrol Valley Div, California Youth Authority, (NRCC), Calif. DMV (Suspension & Revocations Dept,), Calif. Dept. of Health and Human Services (WIC) – ALL IN THE STATE CAPITAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4)<\/strong> “Federal” Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) – Mitigation Specialist – with Federal Clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am going to share this great news with the city of Branson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You need to be more mindful of the community more so than a “SPORTS COMPLEX”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start by:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1)<\/strong> Training your officers how to present themselves in court<\/strong>. As they should be aware that the people they have written up are mainly “PO” and struggling people.<\/strong> To be laughing about anything, <\/strong>whether it be the ticket incident or something funny that happened at home. This should not be tolerated. People are hurting cause they are spreading thins<\/strong> they don’t really have. – IT AIN’T FUNNY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2)<\/strong> Teach officers not to conduct other state entities’ business<\/strong> for them. Otherwise I would “NOT” be in <\/strong>this situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) <\/strong>Teach officers how not to illegally evict, and ban people <\/strong>from properties holding residential leases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****AND THEN****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do some soul searching <\/strong>and see how best to make the city come alive<\/strong>. You can start by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) <\/strong>Removing everything that looks like “NOAH’S ARK”<\/strong> starting from the corner of the “ENCLAVES” – where everybody takes their pets to piss and shit. <\/strong>Those people are locals and they deserve much better than that. THAT WHOLE LOCATION IS “PISS ROT” <\/strong>– The ground is completely shifting AND cracking, due to it being “ROTTEN”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) <\/strong>Give the businesses like the “TRACKS” and “WATER SLIDE” <\/strong>an “INCENTIVE”<\/strong> package to renew its environment with a “FRESH” coat of paint<\/strong>. (PERFECT MOVE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DUE TO THE VALUE OF “TRACKS” I BELIEVE THE CITY SHOULD–<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3)<\/strong> Take that “TIFF” money and produce something “POWERFUL” AND “ATTRACTIVE” <\/strong>THAT ALSO COMPLIMENT “TRACKS” <\/strong>– AS IT IS “TRACKS” THAT HAS BEEN KEEPING THAT CORNER STRONG.<\/strong> THEY DESERVE SOMETHING. GIVE THEM WHAT THEY NEED<\/strong>. “I’LL BE GLAD TO GIVE MY TAXES FOR THIS PURPOSE.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4)<\/strong> Whatever, roadblock keeps happening to “ELEVATE” <\/strong>it needs to stop.<\/strong> They need all required information\/documents<\/strong> available to remove any further stoppage<\/strong>. People have been waiting for these homes. “SEVEN” tiny homes in 5 years. <\/strong>THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE. <\/strong>SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) <\/strong>Bring forth on your newly designed website “FRONT” <\/strong>page an immediate and easy access button to the “SEX OFFENDER DATABASE” <\/strong>AND “FILE A COMPLAINT FORM” <\/strong>– MAKE THOSE “READILY” AVAILABLE.<\/strong> IT WILL GIVE BRANSON’S GUEST AND “LOCALS” A BETTER SINCE OF SECURITY.<\/strong> THEY NEED TO STAND OUT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6)<\/strong> Make sure our local obtain “4 QUARTERS” <\/strong>of work hours to meet qualification for unemployment. 2 quarters for J1’s and 2 quarters for Local.<\/strong> UNFAIR AS CAN BE.<\/strong> NO ONE GETS UNEMPLOYMENT.<\/strong> – ONLY SUFFERING.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, for all incoming Aldermen.<\/strong> I don’t know any of you, and I do wish you well.<\/strong> However, I am going to share with you what I was told by my bosses, in FEMA when hired<\/strong>, I worked under “JAMES LEE WITT” AND “CLINTON” ADMIN.<\/strong> The “State Emergency Management Agency” <\/strong>that you have now, was put in place under that admin and moved forward with “PRESIDENT BUSH”. Carnell, FEMA Rep. from region 4 and myself was one of the first to initiate that plan<\/strong>. We were sent to Evanville, IN, from Kentucky for 1-week to train and assist county officials<\/strong> on how to better prepare for flooding.<\/strong> So, we were the creators of what you have here in Branson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After several months of investigating my background by the “OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL” <\/strong>and clearance given<\/strong>, my officials told me this:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“DALLAS YOU CAN BEND THE RULES, BUT DON’T BREAK THEM. OTHERWISE YOU WILL GO TO JAIL.”<\/strong> – I was responsible for $8 million and families in need and I did it<\/strong>, without a college degree<\/strong>. AND GUESS WHAT “YALL”<\/strong> –  ANITA WAS RIGHT BY MY SIDE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I handled my businesses<\/strong> and they rewarded me and my family “GRACIOUSLY” income wise<\/strong>. ALL THOSE AWARDS AND MY BEST FRIEND’S PICTURE WERE LOST DUE TO “ENCLAVES” ASS BACKWARD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imma tell you this, Aldermen “DO NOT” put your “SIGNATURE” on anything you are uncertain of.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be honest with you<\/strong>. Because of the talk around this town<\/strong>, the first thing I would do, if I were in your situation, is ask for a complete ‘FULL” blown state “AUDIT.” <\/strong>That way moving forward I know I am representing my constituents in a transparent way. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I WOULD WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THERE “AIN’T NO SKELETONS IN THE CLOSET I’VE BEEN ELECTED TO STEP IN.”<\/strong> – DON’T SIGN SHIT IF YOU’RE NOT SURE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He didn’t need to because Anita said she threw a cigarette butt ou<\/strong>t due to being somewhat startled <\/strong>and frightened.<\/strong> That is how he knew it was a cigarette. “THAT’S BECAUSE ANITA WAS TRUTHFUL WITH IT.” – WHY TURN A LIE INTO ANOTHER LIE, WHEN THERE IS NO REASON.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anita goes to court and the court offers “6 months unsupervised probation” (what the hell does that mean)<\/strong> or $89.50 for some shit<\/strong> that is “BIODEGRADABLE” <\/strong>as the officer smashed it when he ran over it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again, I believe that the “CITY” is responsible for Anita’s actions <\/strong>at that moment, as they are the entity who put “US” in the situation.<\/strong> Wanda, her niece, and Branson PD.<\/strong> forced us to drive in this manner. Had our “TAGS” been up<\/strong> to date (AS WE UNDERSTOOD THE URGENCY),<\/strong> we would have not been stopped which triggered Anita reaction. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
