The young man who apparently manage these apartments shows up today. <strong>Never at any time prior to their conversation was a complaint mentioned to me by my landlord via email or note on the door<\/strong>. Months later, <strong>only after having his communication with the city manager, he finally shows up.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It clear to my husband and I that this <strong>&#8220;VERBAL<\/strong>&#8221; eviction, could only have <strong>manifested itself with the help of another.<\/strong>  I&#8217;m wondering if the city manager can inform me as to how this &#8220;apartment&#8221; manager <strong>came up with this conclusion 1 day after<\/strong> <strong>JT<\/strong>, the city manager spoke with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OKAY, Everybody knows that I have been working <strong>deligently<\/strong> with all entities to become legal. By doing so everyone have had the opportunity to read my posts. <strong>No where in the past did I mention anything about my property manager nor was anything ever conveyed to me by my property manager, via email, or &#8220;letter on the door&#8221;, as to what their stands is in the yard sale matter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3 months into this, the property manager shows up, just shortly after speaking with the city manager JT.<\/strong> So, I&#8217;m wondering was this all just as my husband put it &#8216;<strong>THOUGHT UP<\/strong>&#8221; <strong>to stop me, who lives in the &#8220;COUNTY&#8221; from having yard sales<\/strong>, Or, was this &#8220;<strong>THOUGHT UP<\/strong>&#8221; <strong>because it felt good and kind of a laughable thing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EITHER WAY I WILL BE LOOKING TO REVIEW MY &#8220;<strong>EVICTION<\/strong>&#8221; PAPERS ONCE SERVED FROM <strong>COUNTY SHERIFF&#8217;S OFFICE<\/strong>. <strong>I WANT EVERYTHING DONE ACCORDING TO THE LAW, SO THAT I CAN BE AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN THE &#8220;TRUE&#8221; ANSWERS FROM A JUDGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>YOU CAN BELIEVE, I WILL HAVE 2,000 QUESTIONS THAT I AM GOING TO REQUEST ANSWERS FOR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IN OTHER WORDS YOU WILL HAVE THE &#8220;UNDIVIDED&#8221; ATTENTION OF MY HUSBAND AND I.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Now, judging by the &#8220;WARD MAP&#8221; it appears to me the the City Police Department is Dwelling on &#8220;COUNTY&#8221; land\/property<\/strong>. &#8220;I might be wrong&#8221;, but <strong>just maybe the City Police have a contract to service the &#8220;County&#8221; for cheap land rental and that is why Sullivan Police shows up here<\/strong>. And, if they do show up here, <strong>they too, must adhere to the laws of the county<\/strong>.
