Several times in our conversation, I questioned him as to who owns these apartments? and I did just what I did on Facebook live &#8220;I questioned whom might the slumlord be? and he never responded. <strong>NOW I KNOW WHY!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As everyone is aware, yard sales are legal in the <strong>&#8220;COUNTY&#8221;<\/strong> as long as the weather permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, my yard sales are being<strong> &#8220;hunted&#8221;<\/strong> by lack of understanding of the laws that exist and an unwillingness to accept the<strong> limit of power a particular job title carries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The current city manager in 2009 was an &#8220;Alderman&#8221; who was then elected &#8220;Mayor&#8221; and now is the &#8220;City Manager.&#8221;<\/strong> And, for some strange reason the <strong>laws\/rules are twisted like a &#8220;PRETZEL.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would think that the <strong>laws should be well &#8220;garnered&#8221; by our city<\/strong> manager but,<strong> something is a-miss.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>October 24th and 25th<\/strong>, I held my yard sale, while doing so a female  of large stature came up from behind and stated <strong>&#8220;You Can&#8217;t Have Yard Sales Here.&#8221;<\/strong> I asked for I.D., she refused. <strong>(Covered By Live Feed On Facebook).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The problem that I am having is the fact that the property management<strong> &#8220;Company&#8221; HD REALITY\/TRUSTEE PROPERTY<\/strong> who threaten to evict my husband and I, sent an<strong> &#8220;electronic&#8221; e-mail &#8220;to my husband&#8217;s personal account&#8221; <\/strong>explaining what caused a pipe backup.<strong> This e-mail was interesting as we noticed &#8220;JT HARDY&#8221; name listed on the correspondence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apparently, they were trying to keep this secret as they did &#8220;NOT&#8221; understand how to utilize the (Blind Carbon Copy) &#8220;BCC&#8221;<\/strong> when sending out mail, they put my husband name as the &#8220;BCC&#8221; and everyone else in the &#8220;CC&#8221; which left the door wide open for my husband to catch<strong> &#8220;ILLEGAL&#8221;<\/strong> activity. <strong>JT Hardy is now receiving &#8220;CORRESPONDENCE&#8221; from a company I rent from<\/strong>. <strong>That also tells me that he have access to my file. I KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BELOW IS THE CORRESPONDENCE I SENT REQUESTING MY E-MAILS TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR MAILING LIST<\/strong>.  &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/jt\/jthardy-trusted-property.png\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/jt\/jthardy-trusted-property.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(CLICK HERE TO SEE THE SENT E-MAIL TO JT HARDY)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**Attached you will find a letter from Trusted Properties, addressed to me, Dallas Williams, and copies were made to others without informing me of this. <strong>In particular &#8220;JT HARDY.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The letter was actually sent as a &#8220;BCC&#8221; Blind Carbon Copy, which tells me this was &#8220;to be done&#8221; in &#8220;SECRET.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I never gave consent to &#8220;TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT\/HD REALITY&#8221; to sale, rent and\/or give out our personal e-mail accounts to &#8220;JT&#8221; or anyone else. &#8220;BREACH OF CONTRACT.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am requesting information on how to go about finding the owners of this property. It appears that <strong>&#8220;Trusted Properties&#8221; has either &#8220;SOLD&#8221; &#8220;RENTED&#8221; or &#8220;GIVEN&#8221; our personal e-mail addresseso &#8220;JT&#8221; our city manager &#8220;WITHOUT&#8221; our consent. &#8220;THIS IS ILLEGAL.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I am requesting that you &#8220;TRUSTED PROPERTY\/HD REALITY&#8221; &#8220;REMOVE&#8221; both my wife and I e-mail addresses from your &#8220;database&#8221;, and forward to us VIA &#8220;USPS&#8221; a note informing us that you have honored our request<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My concern now is that my wife and I will have to meet with the local USPS to see if any &#8220;personal mail&#8221; is being held up AND also, we have concerns that our &#8220;Personal&#8221; information and file have been compromised by THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My husband and I are on the <strong>&#8220;Docket&#8221;<\/strong> to be heard at the next <strong>&#8220;Mayor&#8217;s&#8221;<\/strong> Meeting or in<strong> most cases &#8220;City Council&#8221; <\/strong>meeting this<strong> upcoming Tuesday, October 5, 2021<\/strong> for clarification and understanding about the laws in the &#8220;<strong>City of Sullivan<\/strong>&#8221; even though I live in the <strong>&#8220;COUNTY.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WE HAVE SET UP NEW PERSONAL E-MAIL ACCOUNTS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOW I UNDERSTAND WHAT &#8220;JT&#8221; MEANT WHEN HE AND MY HUSBAND JOGGED LAST SUMMER TOGETHER. THEY DO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BUSINESS MATTERS.<\/strong> <strong>YOU ARE RIGHT JT, &#8220;I FEEL LIKE YOU.
