Friday, October 8, 2021<\/strong> while I was away searching for more items for the site, I got a notice and an image, of a person on my cellphone<\/strong>. GUESS WHO?<\/strong> A worker from the “City of Sullivan<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, October 13, 2021<\/strong> at approximately 8:20 a.m<\/strong>. I noticed the city worker again<\/strong>, coming to my door. This time I was home and did NOT<\/strong> answer the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I then called “JT” the city manager to see what exactly they<\/strong> are seeking. He stated that he needed to give me his “CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I requested that “JT” do this in a “PROFESSIONAL” manner<\/strong>. I suggested for him to “MAIL”<\/strong> that information to me via USPS and make sure that I “sign” for that document<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My reasoning for this is, if you have “OFFICIAL” documents<\/strong>, there are correct ways for delivery of this type of information. (VIOLATION OF LAWS ORDINANCE<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it appears to me that “JT<\/strong>” is over stepping<\/strong> his bounds by “USING” the “CITY EMPLOYEES” to do his work for him, as he “OWNS” this property.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“JT” is very much aware that this property is located in the “COUNTY” according to the “MAP” that is situated in HIS “OFFICE.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, just as the “Sullivan” Police Officer stated in the “FACEBOOK” live feed. “THIS IS A “CIVIL” MATTER AND SHOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT.”<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quit using “CITY EMPLOYEES” to come to the “COUNTY<\/strong>” to enforce laws that are “NOT” in your jurisdiction.<\/strong> Your home is in the county. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW SCREWED UP THE “COUNTY” LAWS WOULD BE IF THE “CITY OF SULLIVAN BOARD” HAD CONTROL OF “CRAWFORD” COUNTY<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE LAST PARAGRAPH ON MY “OFFICIAL BUSINESS LICENSE” FROM “MISSOURI” STATES THIS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This business is authorized to make sales in “ALL” “cities and counties” within the State of Missouri and is required to collect and remit all applicable state and local sales taxes.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This license is not assignable or transferable.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

****Nowhere DOES my license state “EXCEPT” for Sullivan, MO****<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State called me last week and informed me of the many “CALLS” that they had received. They said, keep doing what you are doing because everything you are doing “IS” right. We’ve “LOOKED OVER YOUR WEBSITE” and everything looks good, there are no “VIOLATIONS.”<\/strong> I know there has been a lot of calls from Sullivan, MO<\/strong>. but I’m good with that. (LOL)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LETS DO AS THE “OFFICER SUGGESTED” ON “FACEBOOK.” LETS GO TO COURT. I WILL FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE “JUDGE.” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All documents from the City of Sullivan that I receive, “WILL” be “POSTED” live for “EVERYONE” to view. This keep our conversations “TRANSPARENT.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Look at the bright side<\/strong>, for the first time in “SULLIVAN’S HISTORY”<\/strong>, has an “individual<\/strong>” received “BUSINESS LICENSE” to conduct online and offline yard sales. TAXES WILL BE PAID<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yard sales in Sullivan have been going on for years “WITHOUT” taxes being paid<\/strong> or reported, AND BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED. <\/strong> But, “I”<\/strong> was forced<\/strong> to do so, AND<\/strong> I’m glad I did. SO DON’T COMPLAIN – NOW I AM LEGAL TO DO BUSINESS IN THE “STATE OF MISSOURI.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

STOP THE HARASSMENT<\/strong> AND LET THE “JUDGE” DECIDE IF I AM BREAKING LAWS<\/strong>. THIS IS NOT A GAME! <\/strong>IT MAY HAVE STARTED OUT AS A GAME “FOR YOU ALL<\/strong>” BUT NOT FOR ME.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE CITY IS STILL HAGGLING OVER A YARD SALE.<\/strong> THERE ARE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT. DO THEY KNOW THE WEATHER IS CHANGING?<\/strong> YARD SALE SEASON IS ABOUT OVER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
