Today, roughly 8:15 a.m.<\/strong> this morning, I received a knock on the door and I decided “NOT”<\/strong> to open it as my son was still sleeping. My son works until 1:00 am. each morning<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had informed the “COMPANIES” of this when I spoke to them<\/strong> via cellphone just recently. I was told by the lady who works at that office, that “We’re not coming out until after court is done.” “ANOTHER LIE”<\/strong>. You showed up early this morning. October 28, 2021. Court is not over we meet November 10, 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 9:00 am. I decided to go to the store, when I noticed a “NOTE” taped to my door.<\/strong> (COPY FOR YOUR READING)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I took a look at the “LETTER” I noticed Trusted Property Letterhead<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I decided to go to the website (LINK IS HERE)<\/strong><\/a>. It clearly states that “Hayden Lock & Danica Landweher “RECENTLY” took ownership of Trusted Property Management.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In most cases “RENTERS<\/strong>” should be made “AWARE” <\/strong>of the “CHANGES IN COMMAND”<\/strong> so that “RENTERS will have a say as to whether or not the renter wants to rent from said person and\/or company.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case I was “NOT”<\/strong> informed. I had to read this on their website. Here is a good “EXAMPLE” of “POOR” communication with “RENTERS”.<\/strong> I am sure not one of us “RENTERS” have received a letter informing of this change.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MY QUESTION IS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did any of the “RULES” change<\/strong> when this transition took place? If so, I would like to review the “REVISED” clause that may effect my family “MY NEW LEASE.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did we NOT receive NOTICE OF CHANGE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE ONLY NOTICE THAT I RECEIVE “ON TIME” EACH MONTH IS THE “PAYMENT” LINK<\/strong> TO MAKE PAYMENT TO THEM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve invited “THE COMPANIES”<\/strong> in so they can “TAKE CARE OF YOUR MY WORK ORDER” at 1:00 p.m.<\/strong> today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I HAD TO GO MEET WITH A JUDGE AND STATE THAT MY HUSBAND AND I ARE IN COURT TODAY – TO GET A WORK ORDER. – “STRANGE”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TODAY. My door is open to them and ANY other entity and “CITY OFFICIAL” like “CODE ENFORCEMENT” who like to see inside a home “OWNED” by our City Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“JUDGES” FROM ALL COUNTIES<\/strong> ARE WELCOME INTO MY HOME AS WELL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1:00 PM – MY DOOR WILL BE OPEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
