On October 7, 2021<\/strong> I received a “LETTER”<\/strong> from “TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.”<\/strong> (CLICK HERE TO VIEW DOCUMENT)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is the “STRANGE”<\/strong> thing about this. If you were to check my phone records, you will notice that my number would show up “SEVERAL”<\/strong> times in the latter part of August 2021<\/strong> when the leak started and September 2021 while the leak continued.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, on October 7th, the “CITY” had decided to “CONTACT” <\/strong>“TRUSTED PROPERY MANAGEMENT” requesting them to “FIND”<\/strong> and “RESOLVE”<\/strong> the problem. – “I’M SURE THE BILL WAS GETTING TOO HIGH”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Best thing about them coming that day is that they did “NOT”<\/strong> have to “FIND”<\/strong> the leak, because I showed them the “LEAK LOCATION.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOCATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the “TOILET” is a black floating “BALL.<\/strong>” It was warned out – due to age I’m sure. Anyhow, when it started making that running water “NOISE” (back in late August)<\/strong> I “IMMEDIATELY<\/strong>” made calls to HD and Trusted Property Management<\/strong> entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made these calls because the sound of CONSTANT RUNNING WATER IS “IRRITATING.”<\/strong> AND IF YOU’VE BEEN POOR AND LIVING IN ONE OF THESE PLACES, “YOU KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a while, when “STAFF<\/strong>” “NEVER”<\/strong> returned my calls –or- even came by<\/strong>, I would close my bathroom door and continue my daily living.<\/strong> My husband had said early on that “WHEN THEY SEE CHANGES IN THE WATER BILL, THEN THEY WILL DO SOMETHING.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WALLLLA<\/strong> – A LETTER CAME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So my question to you is.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why would the “City Manager” <\/strong>who’s named as “OWNER”<\/strong> of this property “INSTRUCT” his staff<\/strong> to contact his “Personal” Management Company, informing them of an “ACTIVE LEAK”?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, I know the city should be regulating the piping system throughout the city and\/or at least monitoring it,<\/strong> but why did it get to this level of “CITY” involvement<\/strong> when “I”<\/strong> was “MAKING CALLS” back in “AUGUST” about the “TOILET” leak?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANSWER:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TOO BUSY TRYING TO DESTROY A “STATE AUTHORIZED” LEGAL “YARD SALE” BUSINESS<\/strong>. – (WHY FIX ANYTHING. I WANT HER OUT!<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now lets fast forward to where I sit today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 weeks ago<\/strong>, I applied for rental housing<\/strong> at several other locations. That was prior to “HD\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT filing this “EVICTION” in court.<\/strong> Everything went through and I was “APPROVED”<\/strong>. “The place that I applied for was “NOT” ready at that time.”<\/strong> – BUT I WAS APPROVED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is how I know the cards are stack agains<\/strong>t us “POOR AND STRUGGLING” people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I called back “THIS” <\/strong>week to check the status<\/strong>, and guess what I was told?<\/strong> They are “UNABLE”<\/strong> to rent to me “NOW” because “MY HUSBAND AND I ARE LISTED ON CASENET.”<\/strong> (CLICK HERE FOR CASENET)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, I decided to check out this website. First thing a person wants to do is click “LITIGANT NAME SEARCH” – IF YOUR NAME SHOWS UP ON THAT LINK “ONLY.” YOU ARE BANISHED TO THE STREETS.<\/strong> “CASENET” IS AN ACTIVE SUPPLIER FOR THE HOMELESS POPLATION GROWTH.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHY?<\/strong> Because overtime, people have “come” <\/strong>to the “BELIEF”,<\/strong> that if a person’s name is displayed on that website<\/strong>, that person is “GUILTY.” EVEN THOUGH THE CASE HAS NOT BEEN FINALIZED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is happening to “ME” <\/strong>as I speak. I was “APPROVED”<\/strong> and “NOW”<\/strong> denied. – THANKS “CASENET.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOT REALLY <\/strong>– I GIVE (“CREDIT”) TO JT, HD, AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – They clearly “UNDERSTANDS” how to best “UTILIZE” the system to benefit themselves. – “FINANCIALLY”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THEY TAKE THE “CHURCHES” MONEY – THEY TAKE “YOUR MONEY” AND GO TO “COURT” AND ASK FOR “MORE” MONEY, SO THEY CAN STAND ON THEIR WEBSITE — AND SMILE AT US — (CLICK HERE TO SEE)<\/a>.<\/strong> – WAY TO GO GUYS!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

———“I’VE BEEN DUPED”<\/strong>———<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People, look around. I bet you, HD\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is leading the way<\/strong> in Sullivan, MO with the homeless population growth<\/strong>. Can you imagine the amount of money the “NON-PROFIT” <\/strong>agencies have given to them -AND-<\/strong> yet they are one of the main<\/strong> “USERS”<\/strong> of “CASENET”<\/strong> “FAMILY\/HOME DESTROYING WEBSITE TOOL.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the “TOOL” of “THEIR” choice<\/strong> as they like to “VIEW”<\/strong> the “WORK OF DESTRUCTION” they’ve laid upon the “POOR.”<\/strong> YOU AND YOUR FAMILY – LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO DO TO “ME AND MY FAMILY.”<\/strong> – A WORKING SYSTEM<\/strong>. – in SULLIVAN, MO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am going to contact “CASENET,” to see how to go about obtaining “PUBLIC RECORDS” on the “TOTAL” amount of “EVICTIONS” within a certain time period for certain entities<\/strong>. This should be “EASY” <\/strong>to obtain as this information should be tied to all “EVICTIONS”<\/strong> within the STATE OF MISSOURI<\/strong>. I’m guessing this is “READILY” available<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BECAUSE OF THE EXISTENCE OF “CASENET” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PEOPLE, YOU NEED TO START “DEMANDING” YOUR “CITY” TO “PUT IN PLACE” A “FULL-FLEDGED” “CODE ENFORCEMENT TEAM”<\/strong> – IF “NOT” <\/strong>YOU WILL ALWAYS BE AT FAULT FOR THEIR<\/strong> “NEGLIGENCE”<\/strong> – AS THEY ARE AWARE OF HOW TO “UTILIZE” <\/strong>THE SYSTEM. – WALK-THROUGHS ARE NOT REQUIRED<\/strong> – ANY DAMAGES<\/strong> ARE GOING TO BE PLACED ON YOU<\/strong> – EVEN WHILE THEY KNOW, YOU DID “NOT” DESTROY OR DAMAGE THEIR PROPERTY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOU AND YOUR FAMILY “INSTANTLY” BECOME BANISHED TO THE STREETS AND TO THE “HOMELESS”<\/strong> POPULATION<\/strong> BASED ON NOTHING BUT “LIES” “FOR SOME OF US.<\/strong>” – EVEN BEFORE YOUR CASE IS HEARD.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ONCE IN “CASENET” THE VICIOUS CYCLE BEGINS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOU<\/strong> HAVE TO START “BEGGING” <\/strong>LANDLORDS AND OR\/MANAGEMENT COMPANIES TO TAKE A RISK AS <\/strong> THEY USE “CASENET” TOO<\/strong>.
YOU<\/strong> SPEND DAYS AND NIGHTS SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR<\/strong>
YOU<\/strong> GO TO “HOTELS\/MOTELS6” IF THE CHURCHES PROVIDE THE FUNDING THAT DAY<\/strong>
YOU <\/strong>SLEEP AT THE CITY PARK<\/strong>
YOU<\/strong> GO TO FLYING “J” FOR BATH<\/strong> IF LUCKY
YOUR STRUGGLE BECOMES SO PAINFUL – YOU JUST GIVE UP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I FEEL YOUR PAIN<\/strong> – I’M IN “CASENET” TOO<\/strong> – DIFFERENCE<\/strong> BETWEEN “ME AND SOME OF YOU<\/strong>” IS, I’M TAKING IT TO COURT<\/strong> – YOU NEED TO START DOCUMENTING AND DO THE SAME<\/strong>. – BECOME STRONGER.<\/strong> THIS TYPE OF “FAMILY” DESTRUCTION NEEDS TO STOP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THIS ALL HAPPENS – IN MOST CASES BEFORE <\/strong>A COURT DECISION<\/strong> IS FINALIZED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

THAT’S WHEN JT, HD, TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, <\/strong>AND CASENET<\/strong> CAN “RAISE” THEIR HANDS TO THE “AIR” AND SAY “WE DID IT AGAIN” – GREAT SUCCESS!<\/strong> – WE DID IT. ANOTHER FAMILY ON THE STREETS.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WE GOT THAT “DEPOSIT”, “RENT” FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, AND THE “JUDGE” TO “GRANT” US EVEN MORE MONEY. NOW LETS MOVE ON TO OUR “NEXT” TENANT SO WE CAN RESTART THE CYCLE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

JT, HD, AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT<\/strong> – “JUST SO YOU KNOW<\/strong>” – I AM “NOT” GOING TO BE ON THE STREETS<\/strong> WHILE YOU ARE ENJOYING A “GOOD” LAUGH<\/strong>. – ON ME AND MY FAMILY!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
