If you were to check my phone records, you will notice that my number would show up <strong>&#8220;SEVERAL&#8221;<\/strong> times in the <strong>latter part of August 2021<\/strong> <strong>when the leak started and September 2021 while the leak continued.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, on October 7th, the <strong>&#8220;CITY&#8221; had decided to &#8220;CONTACT&#8221; <\/strong>&#8220;TRUSTED PROPERY MANAGEMENT&#8221; requesting them to <strong>&#8220;FIND&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;RESOLVE&#8221;<\/strong> the problem. &#8211; <strong>&#8220;I&#8217;M SURE THE BILL WAS GETTING TOO HIGH&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Best thing about them coming that day is that they did <strong>&#8220;NOT&#8221;<\/strong> have to <strong>&#8220;FIND&#8221;<\/strong> the leak, because <strong>I showed them the &#8220;LEAK LOCATION.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LOCATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside the<strong> &#8220;TOILET&#8221; is a black floating &#8220;BALL.<\/strong>&#8221; It was warned out &#8211; due to age I&#8217;m sure. Anyhow, when it started making that <strong>running water &#8220;NOISE&#8221; (back in late August)<\/strong> I <strong>&#8220;IMMEDIATELY<\/strong>&#8221; made calls to <strong>HD and Trusted Property Management<\/strong> entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I made these calls because the sound of CONSTANT RUNNING WATER IS <strong>&#8220;IRRITATING.&#8221;<\/strong> AND IF YOU&#8217;VE BEEN POOR AND LIVING IN ONE OF THESE PLACES, <strong>&#8220;YOU KNOW WHAT I&#8217;M TALKING ABOUT.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a while, when <strong>&#8220;STAFF<\/strong>&#8221; <strong>&#8220;NEVER&#8221;<\/strong> returned my calls &#8211;<strong>or- even came by<\/strong>, I would <strong>close my bathroom door and continue my daily living.<\/strong> My husband had said early on that &#8220;<strong>WHEN THEY SEE CHANGES IN THE WATER BILL, THEN THEY WILL DO SOMETHING.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WALLLLA<\/strong> &#8211; A LETTER CAME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>So my question to you is.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why would the &#8220;<strong>City Manager&#8221; <\/strong>who&#8217;s <strong>named as &#8220;OWNER&#8221;<\/strong> of this property <strong>&#8220;INSTRUCT&#8221; his staff<\/strong> to contact <strong>his &#8220;Personal&#8221; Management Company, informing them of an &#8220;ACTIVE LEAK&#8221;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, I know the <strong>city should be regulating the piping system throughout the city and\/or at least monitoring it,<\/strong> but <strong>why did it get to this level of &#8220;CITY&#8221; involvement<\/strong> when <strong>&#8220;I&#8221;<\/strong> was <strong>&#8220;MAKING CALLS&#8221; back in &#8220;AUGUST&#8221; about the &#8220;TOILET&#8221; leak?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ANSWER:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TOO BUSY TRYING TO <strong>DESTROY A &#8220;STATE AUTHORIZED&#8221; LEGAL &#8220;YARD SALE&#8221; BUSINESS<\/strong>. &#8211; (<strong>WHY FIX ANYTHING. I WANT HER OUT!<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now lets fast forward to where I sit today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 weeks ago<\/strong>, I applied for <strong>rental housing<\/strong> at several other locations. That was <strong>prior to &#8220;HD\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT filing this &#8220;EVICTION&#8221; in court.<\/strong> Everything went through and I was <strong>&#8220;APPROVED&#8221;<\/strong>.  &#8220;The place that I <strong>applied for was &#8220;NOT&#8221; ready at that time.&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>BUT I WAS APPROVED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is how I know the cards are<strong> stack agains<\/strong>t us <strong>&#8220;POOR AND STRUGGLING&#8221; people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, I called back <strong>&#8220;THIS&#8221; <\/strong>week to <strong>check the status<\/strong>, and guess <strong>what I was told?<\/strong> They are <strong>&#8220;UNABLE&#8221;<\/strong> to rent to me <strong>&#8220;NOW&#8221; because &#8220;MY HUSBAND AND I ARE LISTED ON CASENET.&#8221;<\/strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/casenet\/cases\/searchCases.do\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.courts.mo.gov\/casenet\/cases\/searchCases.do\" target=\"_blank\">(CLICK HERE FOR CASENET)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, I decided to check out this website. First thing a person wants to do is click <strong>&#8220;LITIGANT NAME SEARCH&#8221; &#8211; IF YOUR NAME SHOWS UP ON THAT LINK &#8220;ONLY.&#8221; YOU ARE BANISHED TO THE STREETS.<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;CASENET&#8221; IS AN ACTIVE SUPPLIER FOR THE HOMELESS POPLATION GROWTH.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>WHY?<\/strong> Because overtime, people have <strong>&#8220;come&#8221; <\/strong>to the <strong>&#8220;BELIEF&#8221;,<\/strong> that if a person&#8217;s name is displayed on <strong>that website<\/strong>, that person is <strong>&#8220;GUILTY.&#8221; EVEN THOUGH THE CASE HAS NOT BEEN FINALIZED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is happening to <strong>&#8220;ME&#8221; <\/strong>as I speak. I was <strong>&#8220;APPROVED&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;NOW&#8221;<\/strong> denied. &#8211; <strong>THANKS &#8220;CASENET.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOT REALLY <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>I GIVE (&#8220;CREDIT&#8221;) TO JT, HD, AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT &#8211; They clearly &#8220;UNDERSTANDS&#8221; how to best &#8220;UTILIZE&#8221; the system to benefit themselves. &#8211; &#8220;FINANCIALLY&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THEY TAKE THE &#8220;CHURCHES&#8221; MONEY &#8211; THEY TAKE &#8220;YOUR MONEY&#8221; AND GO TO &#8220;COURT&#8221; AND ASK FOR &#8220;MORE&#8221; MONEY, SO THEY CAN STAND ON <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hdrealestateteam.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.hdrealestateteam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">THEIR WEBSITE &#8212; AND SMILE AT US &#8212; (CLICK HERE TO SEE)<\/a>.<\/strong> &#8211; WAY TO GO GUYS!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<strong>&#8220;I&#8217;VE BEEN DUPED&#8221;<\/strong>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People, look around. I bet you, <strong>HD\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is leading the way<\/strong> in Sullivan, MO with the <strong>homeless population growth<\/strong>. Can you imagine the amount of money the <strong>&#8220;NON-PROFIT&#8221; <\/strong>agencies have given to them <strong>-AND-<\/strong> yet they are one of the <strong>main<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;USERS&#8221;<\/strong> of <strong>&#8220;CASENET&#8221;<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;FAMILY\/HOME DESTROYING WEBSITE TOOL.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the <strong>&#8220;TOOL&#8221; of &#8220;THEIR&#8221; choice<\/strong> as they like to <strong>&#8220;VIEW&#8221;<\/strong> the <strong>&#8220;WORK OF DESTRUCTION&#8221; they&#8217;ve laid upon the &#8220;POOR.&#8221;<\/strong> <strong>YOU AND YOUR FAMILY &#8211; LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO DO TO &#8220;ME AND MY FAMILY.&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>A WORKING SYSTEM<\/strong>. &#8211; in SULLIVAN, MO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I am going to contact &#8220;CASENET,&#8221; to see how to go about obtaining &#8220;PUBLIC RECORDS&#8221; on the &#8220;TOTAL&#8221; amount of &#8220;EVICTIONS&#8221; within a certain time period for certain entities<\/strong>.
