I went <strong>a &#8220;FULL&#8221; year<\/strong> of renting from JT &#8220;<strong>WITHOUT&#8221; having access to a &#8220;FULLY&#8221; functional stove<\/strong>. I had to purchase <strong>&#8220;ELECTRIC&#8221; cookware in order to cook my meals<\/strong>. FOR A COMPLETE YEAR I HAD <strong>ACCESS TO (1-EYE)<\/strong> ON THAT <strong>&#8220;OLD&#8221; STOVE.<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>JT, HD, and TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THANKS FOR &#8220;HONORING&#8221; YOUR PROMISE <\/strong>&#8211; &#8220;1-YEAR&#8221; LATER &#8211; <strong>&#8220;AFTER&#8221; <\/strong>YOU DECIDE TO <strong>TAKE &#8220;MY HUSBAND AND I TO COURT&#8221;<\/strong> AND <strong>ASK FOR &#8220;DAMAGES.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, I might be able to enjoy <strong>&#8220;THANKSGIVING&#8221;<\/strong> by cooking for my family on A <strong>&#8220;FULLY FUNCTIONAL STOVE.&#8221;<\/strong> LAST THANKSGIVING. &#8211;<strong> OH WELL!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BIRD POOP REPAIR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, <strong>November 2, 2021<\/strong> a maintenance worker came by and begin <strong>&#8220;PATCHING&#8221;<\/strong> the hole where the <strong>&#8220;BIRDS&#8221; have made their &#8220;NEST.&#8221;<\/strong> I am going to supply you with this <strong>&#8220;IMPORTANT&#8221;<\/strong> link <a href=\"https:\/\/www.birdbgone.com\/blog\/bird-poop-problem\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.birdbgone.com\/blog\/bird-poop-problem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(DANGERS OF BIRD POOP).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These birds have been <strong>&#8220;NESTING&#8221; there for years which means, the &#8220;ACID&#8221; have been &#8220;EATING&#8221; the &#8220;WOOD&#8221; for &#8220;YEARS.&#8221; <\/strong>This <strong>&#8220;PATCHWORK&#8221; will &#8220;NOT&#8221; suffice<\/strong>. At least for now, I guess the birds will not get in. <strong>&#8220;THE WOOD IS ROTTEN&#8221;<\/strong> and the <strong>city manager is aware of this<\/strong>. All of the <strong>&#8220;CORNERS&#8221;<\/strong> of this apartment needs to be<strong> &#8220;REMOVED AND REPLACE.&#8221;<\/strong> STRUCTURE MUST BE MADE &#8220;STRONG&#8221; <strong>OR THE SAME PROBLEM AS FLORIDA BUILDING COLLASPE COULD OCCUR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMAGINE THE &#8220;SMELL&#8221; WHEN THE &#8220;BIRDS&#8221; THAT ARE &#8220;ENCLOSED&#8221; INSIDE CANNOT GET OUT AND DIE THERE &#8211; MORE, AND MORE &#8220;ACID&#8221; AND &#8220;ROTTEN WOOD AS WELL AS THE &#8220;NOISE&#8221; I WILL HAVE TO ENDURE AS THEY TRY TO &#8220;FREE&#8221; THEMSELVE.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/birdpoop.png\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/birdpoop.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(VIEW IMAGE OF REPAIR HERE &#8211; NOTICE THE WHITE POOP)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MUST HAVE A &#8220;CODE ENFORCEMENT&#8221; TEAM IN PLACE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EXAMPLE OF WHAT I WOULD DO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If I, as a homeowner was bringing in about<strong> $5,000 per month<\/strong> from 1 of my housing units &#8211; ROUGHLY <strong>$60,000 per year<\/strong>. <strong>WHY IS IT THAT &#8220;POOR&#8221; RENTERS OF MINE WOULD HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that <strong>$60,000 I&#8217;ve earn that year &#8211; EACH YEAR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>$10-$20,000 will be &#8220;SET ASIDE&#8221;<\/strong> for any <strong>&#8220;EMERGENCY&#8221;<\/strong> situation that <strong>&#8220;MIGHT<\/strong>&#8221; arise. I would make <strong>&#8220;SURE&#8221; that State and Local &#8220;REQUIRED&#8221; laws are met.<\/strong> I do understand that sometime <strong>&#8220;GREED&#8221;<\/strong> will <strong>&#8220;NOT&#8221;<\/strong> allow some to think like that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would talk to each of my tenants to make sure they are comfortable in a <strong>fully &#8220;FUNCTIONAL&#8221; &#8220;WORKING&#8221; and &#8220;SAFE&#8221; ENVIRONMENT<\/strong>. Our <strong>communication will assure that we are on the same page.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AFTERALL, THE TENANTS ARE THE PEOPLE &#8220;PLACING&#8221; THE &#8220;FOOD&#8221; ON MY TABLE.
