Yesterday November 1, 2021 a “BRAND NEW”<\/strong> stove was delivered to my “PLACE OF DWELLING.” <\/strong>We still have several “DANGEROUS” things inside<\/strong> that are “NEEDING”<\/strong> attention. I went a “FULL” year<\/strong> of renting from JT “WITHOUT” having access to a “FULLY” functional stove<\/strong>. I had to purchase “ELECTRIC” cookware in order to cook my meals<\/strong>. FOR A COMPLETE YEAR I HAD ACCESS TO (1-EYE)<\/strong> ON THAT “OLD” STOVE.<\/strong> – JT, HD, and TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THANKS FOR “HONORING” YOUR PROMISE <\/strong>– “1-YEAR” LATER – “AFTER” <\/strong>YOU DECIDE TO TAKE “MY HUSBAND AND I TO COURT”<\/strong> AND ASK FOR “DAMAGES.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, I might be able to enjoy “THANKSGIVING”<\/strong> by cooking for my family on A “FULLY FUNCTIONAL STOVE.”<\/strong> LAST THANKSGIVING. – OH WELL!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIRD POOP REPAIR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, November 2, 2021<\/strong> a maintenance worker came by and begin “PATCHING”<\/strong> the hole where the “BIRDS” have made their “NEST.”<\/strong> I am going to supply you with this “IMPORTANT”<\/strong> link (DANGERS OF BIRD POOP).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These birds have been “NESTING” there for years which means, the “ACID” have been “EATING” the “WOOD” for “YEARS.” <\/strong>This “PATCHWORK” will “NOT” suffice<\/strong>. At least for now, I guess the birds will not get in. “THE WOOD IS ROTTEN”<\/strong> and the city manager is aware of this<\/strong>. All of the “CORNERS”<\/strong> of this apartment needs to be “REMOVED AND REPLACE.”<\/strong> STRUCTURE MUST BE MADE “STRONG” OR THE SAME PROBLEM AS FLORIDA BUILDING COLLASPE COULD OCCUR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMAGINE THE “SMELL” WHEN THE “BIRDS” THAT ARE “ENCLOSED” INSIDE CANNOT GET OUT AND DIE THERE – MORE, AND MORE “ACID” AND “ROTTEN WOOD AS WELL AS THE “NOISE” I WILL HAVE TO ENDURE AS THEY TRY TO “FREE” THEMSELVE.<\/strong> (VIEW IMAGE OF REPAIR HERE – NOTICE THE WHITE POOP)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MUST HAVE A “CODE ENFORCEMENT” TEAM IN PLACE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXAMPLE OF WHAT I WOULD DO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I, as a homeowner was bringing in about $5,000 per month<\/strong> from 1 of my housing units – ROUGHLY $60,000 per year<\/strong>. WHY IS IT THAT “POOR” RENTERS OF MINE WOULD HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With that $60,000 I’ve earn that year – EACH YEAR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

$10-$20,000 will be “SET ASIDE”<\/strong> for any “EMERGENCY”<\/strong> situation that “MIGHT<\/strong>” arise. I would make “SURE” that State and Local “REQUIRED” laws are met.<\/strong> I do understand that sometime “GREED”<\/strong> will “NOT”<\/strong> allow some to think like that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would talk to each of my tenants to make sure they are comfortable in a fully “FUNCTIONAL” “WORKING” and “SAFE” ENVIRONMENT<\/strong>. Our communication will assure that we are on the same page.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AFTERALL, THE TENANTS ARE THE PEOPLE “PLACING” THE “FOOD” ON MY TABLE. THEREFORE, I WANT TO MAKE SURE THEIR TABLE LOOKS LIKE MINE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I take care of my tenants, I’ll sleep “GOOD” each night<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With just a simple “KIND” gesture<\/strong> of bringing out a “NEW” “STOVE”<\/strong> that was soooo much<\/strong> needed, and matches my taste and livestyle that I choose “INSIDE” my home, even though I live in this environment, means a lot to me and “POOR” people like myself<\/strong>, who are renting from YOU, JT, HD, and “TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. GET THEM A “NEW STOVE” TOO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUT YET, YOU TOOK ME TO COURT FOR “RENT” AND GET THIS ——- “DAMAGES.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
