You guys know that “TOMORROW”<\/strong> I will be in court to hopefully get a “FINAL”<\/strong> decision on this matter. I want you to know<\/strong>, that for me, it’s not<\/strong> about a “WIN” or “LOSE,”<\/strong> IT IS ABOUT – “RIGHT AND WRONG” <\/strong>– WE NEED TO FIX THE WRONG<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, as I stated in an earlier “BLOG” <\/strong>post, they “ALWAYS” <\/strong>send that “PAYMENT” “REMINDER”<\/strong> every month on time. One “Notification”<\/strong> always arrived just before the 1st of each month<\/strong> and “GET THIS”<\/strong> a late reminder around the seventh of the month<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can “NEVER” <\/strong>figure this one out because my husband and I were told our “PAYMENTS” “MUST”<\/strong> be “PAID” on the “1st” of each month <\/strong>or we are “CHARGED” an “ADDITIONAL” $30.00 “LATE FEE”<\/strong> and since I pay online, I am charged an additional ($9.95) to make that payment “online” to them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, by time “MIDNIGHT” hits on the 1st of the month<\/strong>, heading into the 2nd day of the month<\/strong>, my husband and I are charged a “WHOPPING” $39.95. <\/strong>The rent I stated I would pay of $470 “TURNS” into $509.95 each month for these “LUCKY” “OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT COMPANIES.<\/strong> Because I never pay on the first of the month. I made it “CLEAR”<\/strong> to these entities that “MY HUSBAND GETS PAID ON THE 3RD OF EACH MONTH, SO THAT’S WHEN WE WILL MAKE A PAYMENT.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, from November 2020 up until around May or June<\/strong> – (I’LL PULL THAT DOCUMENT FOR MY RECORDS)<\/strong> Just when I started “HOUSEHOLDDEALZ,” I received a “NOTICE” informing me, that I owe them, (JT, HD\/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT) $30.00 for “ALL” the months I’ve made payments after, the “FIRST DAY OF EACH “MONTH.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I DID PAY THAT $200 PLUS TO THEM<\/strong> – BUT THIS IS ODD BUSINESS PRRACTICE “I THINK<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’M WONDERING, AM I THE ONLY ONE BEING CHARGED IN THIS “INSANE” MANNER?<\/strong> IS ANYONE ELSE WHO IS CURRENTLY RENTING FROM THESE ENTITIES BEING CHARGED an additional $30.00 for paying on the “3rd” of<\/strong> the month?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, strange is that I know people who rent from these entities, who make payments on the “3rd of the month” and have done so for years and “NEVER” been charged a late fee<\/strong>. Unless paid past the 5th of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DID THAT “INFLUX” HAPPEN BECAUSE OF THE CREATION OF “HOUSEHOLDDEALZ.COM?”<\/strong> More than likely, YES<\/strong>. The time frame suggest that because, that “IS,” when I received a “NOTICE” about the $30.00 “BACK” amount “DUE” to them – AND – the “HARRASSMENTS” was just getting started. That’s when I was being told by JT “City Officials,” THE “OWNER” don’t want you to have yard sales here<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EVERYTIME<\/strong>, I ASK THESE CITY OFFICIALS<\/strong>, “WHO IS THE OWNER?”<\/strong> – THEY NEVER ANSWERED<\/strong>. IT WAS A “SECRET.”<\/strong> I HAD TO RESEARCH “MYSELF”<\/strong> TO LEARN THAT “JT, the City of Sullivan “CITY MANAGER” owns this location and others.<\/strong> He used his “CITY” EMPLOYEES TO “ADJUDICATE” HIS PERSONAL RENTAL PROPERTIES MATTERS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

WOW! <\/strong>– I WAS SHOCKED<\/p>\n\n\n\n
