WOW!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Had I <strong>&#8220;NOT&#8221; <\/strong>stepped into court <strong>&#8220;TODAY,&#8221;<\/strong> these<strong> &#8220;GREEDY<\/strong>&#8221; <strong>people and &#8220;ENTITIES<\/strong>&#8221; would have <strong>utilized the &#8220;COURT<\/strong>&#8221; system to it &#8220;<strong>FULLEST&#8221; extent<\/strong> and would <strong>have &#8220;WON&#8221; an astronomica<\/strong>l amount of money <strong>-AND-<\/strong> they never <strong>offered ONE &#8220;IOTA&#8221;<\/strong> as to how they had arrived at that <strong>$3,500 figure. &#8211; GO TO COURT PEOPLE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*<strong>**************KEEPING THIS TRANSPARENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Attorney <strong>&#8220;REPRESENTING&#8221;<\/strong> these <strong>&#8220;VILLAGE&#8221; IDOTS<\/strong> offered up the amount above as <strong>&#8220;THEY&#8221;<\/strong> requested. He asked <strong>&#8220;What are we going to do today, &#8220;TRIAL&#8221; or work this out?<\/strong> I informed him of the problems that<strong> &#8220;STILL&#8221; exist today <\/strong>and we would stay if things were fixed to livable standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their Attorney stated: <strong>THEY JUST WANT YOU OUT. THEY DO NOT WANT TO RENEW YOUR LEASE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Stated that&#8217;s <strong>&#8220;FAIR&#8221;<\/strong> with me. I have until the 25th of November to move out. <strong>AFTERALL<\/strong>, I LIVE ON THE CORNER OF<strong> &#8220;FAIR STREET&#8221;<\/strong> AND &#8220;DUNNIGAN.&#8221;  <strong>WHERE ALL <em>DEALZ<\/em> ARE FAIR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I responded with, <strong>since they want me out, this then &#8220;BOILS&#8221; down to &#8220;DOLLARS<\/strong>,&#8221; SO <strong>WE NEED TO GET THESE NUMBERS RIGHT in order to finalize this agreement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When he <strong>&#8220;MENTIONED&#8221;<\/strong> the <strong>name &#8220;PAM NOWLIN&#8221; <\/strong>AND stated that <strong>I owe her for the service she rendered for them, an amount of $130.00.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I STATED, I AM <strong>&#8220;NOT&#8221; GIVING HER &#8220;ANYTHING&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; IF I HAVE TO <strong>PAY FOR HER SERVICES<\/strong>, AND <strong>YOU HIRED <\/strong>HER, THEN <strong>WE &#8220;WILL&#8221; HAVE &#8220;TRIAL&#8221; TODAY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their Attorney stated <strong>&#8220;They would take care of paying her.&#8221;<\/strong> This <strong>&#8220;ELIMINATED&#8221; THE TRIAL.<\/strong> OTHERWISE, <strong>I&#8217;M ALL IN FOR TRIAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>&#8220;I&#8221; <\/strong>crushed <strong>the numbers<\/strong> based on the <strong>&#8220;AMOUNTS&#8221; these &#8220;VILLAGE IDOTS&#8221; had requested<\/strong>, as well as me <strong>&#8220;NOT&#8221; having a fully functional<\/strong> home,<strong> &#8220;I&#8221; &#8220;DECIDED&#8221;<\/strong> that <strong>&#8220;I&#8221; <\/strong>would <strong>pay them $630 and &#8220;they&#8221; keep the &#8220;DEPOSIT.&#8221;<\/strong> That covers <strong>my 4 Months of Rent and  My Cleaning<\/strong> Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SO &#8220;I WILL <strong>GIVE THEM $630.00&#8243; <\/strong>ON THE <strong>&#8220;DATE DESCRIBED<\/strong>&#8221; AND THEIR PLACE BACK ON NOVEMBER 25TH 2021. THIS PLACE <strong>&#8220;WILL&#8221; BE CLEANER THEN WHEN WE MOVED IN.<\/strong> THAT&#8217;S THE <strong>TYPE PEOPLE MY HUSBAND AND I ARE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>$630 DIVIDED BY 4 MEANS<\/strong> &#8211; YOUR PROPERTY &#8220;<strong>ACCORDING&#8221; TO &#8220;YOUR&#8221; ATTORNEY &#8220;IS&#8221; WORTH ABOUT $157.50 PER MONTH<\/strong> AS HE &#8220;<strong>&#8220;AGREED&#8221; TO SIGN OFF ON &#8220;MY&#8221; FIGURES<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;I&#8217;M&#8221; GIVING YOU THE $570 &#8220;DEPOSIT&#8221; FOR THE &#8220;STOVE&#8221; YOU PUT IN &#8220;RECENTLY&#8221; WHICH MAKES ME FEEL GOOD KNOWING YOUR NEXT &#8220;CATCH&#8221; WILL AT LEAST HAVE A STOVE &#8212;- &#8220;ON ME.<\/strong>&#8221; <strong>(LOL)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EITHER WAY I LIVED IN IT, (AND I OWED &#8220;YOU&#8221; SOMETHING). IT WAS ULTIMATELY MY RESPONSIBILITY, TO CLEAN THE PLACE THAT I WILL BE &#8220;DWELLING&#8221; AT, JUST SO, I KNOW, IT WAS CLEANED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HERE IS THE DEAL PEOPLE<\/strong>. You need to start <strong>documenting every phone call and every conversation with JT, HD and Trusted Property Management Company. They will &#8220;RAILROAD&#8221; you, because they been playing the &#8220;SYSTEM&#8221; game for some time now.<\/strong> ASKING <strong>ALMOST $4,000 TOTAL &#8211; FOR WHAT &#8211; NO SERVICES RENDERED<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>IT&#8217;S STILL &#8220;SLUM-MA-FIDE.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THIS IS REALLY FUNNY:<\/strong>  They charged me for <strong>&#8220;MONTHS<\/strong>&#8221; for <strong>&#8220;CABLE&#8221;<\/strong> service, but when <strong>I &#8220;CALLED,&#8221; just shortly after moving in, about the &#8220;USERNAME AND PASSWORD&#8221; for the &#8220;CABLE&#8221; service, they stated &#8220;we can&#8217;t give that out.&#8221;<\/strong> So, if I can&#8217;t download the <strong>&#8220;APP&#8221;<\/strong> to utilize the service, <strong>why am I paying for it<\/strong>? <strong>&#8220;IT&#8217;S LIKE GETTING INTERNET SERVICE &#8211; BUT YOU CAN&#8217;T HAVE THE LOGIN INFO. WHAT GOOD IS THE SERVICE &#8211; WHY AM I PAYING YOU? $40.00 PER MONTH. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/COURT2.png\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/COURT2.png\" target=\"_blank\">(SEE THE BREAKDOWN OF HOW THEY OPERATE)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another <strong>&#8220;ODD&#8221;<\/strong> thing is, when you have a <strong>&#8220;FAMILY&#8221;<\/strong> and\/or <strong>&#8220;COUPLE<\/strong>&#8221; who move into <strong>&#8220;YOUR&#8221; rental place<\/strong> and they put <strong>forth great &#8220;EFFORTS&#8221; to make &#8220;YOUR&#8221; place more &#8220;FUNCTIONAL&#8221; and &#8220;HABITABLE,&#8221;<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;MOST&#8221;<\/strong> People in their <strong>&#8220;RIGHT&#8221; minds would think, I need to help them, because in the long run, I will come out better. Good Tenants Means Longevity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JT, HD AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WANTS &#8220;YOUR MONEY&#8221; AND &#8220;NOT WILLING&#8221; TO PUT IN THE WORK TO KEEP YOUR LIVING ENVIRONMENT SAFE AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get <strong>&#8220;EVERYTHING&#8221; in &#8220;WRITTING.&#8221; especially from these entities.<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;NEVER&#8221; <\/strong>TAKE A VERBAL AGREEMENT FROM <strong>JT, HD AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY<\/strong>.<strong> EVEN AS THE &#8220;CITY MANAGER&#8221; &#8211; NOT WORTH TRUSTING.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My husband stated, <strong>&#8220;I SHOULD HAVE LISTEN TO &#8220;JT&#8221; LAST YEAR WHEN HE TOLD ME &#8220;NOT&#8221; TO RENT FROM THEM, HD AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS EXIST AROUND THEM.&#8221; NOW HE&#8217;S IN BED WITH THEM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like my husband &#8220;<strong>stated to their Attorney<\/strong>&#8221; today: <strong>&#8220;WE SHOULD &#8220;NOT&#8221; HAVE ARRIVED AT THIS POINT. &#8220;JT&#8221; KNEW I WAS LIVING IN ONE OF HIS HOUSING &#8220;PROJECTS&#8221; UNIT.<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>(AKA &#8211; THE SLUMS)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HAD I KNOWN &#8220;JT&#8221; OWNED THIS &#8220;SLUM&#8221;, I COULD HAVE TALKED TO HIM &#8220;MAN TO MAN&#8221; IN PERSON, &#8211; JUST AS WE DID, WHEN WE FOUND OURSELVES &#8220;JOGGING&#8221; ON THE SAME BLOCK TOGETHER. MY WIFE HAD TO RESEARCH TO FIND OUT &#8220;SULLIVAN, MO CITY MANAGER&#8221; OWNS THESE &#8220;SLUM&#8221; HOUSING UNITS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE RIGHT WAY TO DO IT, BUT <strong>JUST LIKE &#8220;BOYS&#8221; THEY ALL STAYED &#8220;OUTSIDE &#8220;THE COURTROOM TODAY, AND &#8220;HID&#8221; IN THEIR CARS WAITING FOR THE &#8220;ALL&#8221; CLEAR FROM THEIR &#8220;ATTORNEY.&#8221; HAYDEN RIDING IN CIRCLES, IN HIS WHITE TRUCK, PATIENTLY WAITING FOR THE &#8220;WE GOT A DEAL&#8221; CALL.<\/strong>  THEY ASK FOR <strong>&#8220;COURT,&#8221;<\/strong> AND THEN <strong>&#8220;HIDE<\/strong>&#8221; BEHIND <strong>THEIR &#8220;ATTORNEY.<\/strong>&#8221; &#8212; AND RUNNING THE CITY <strong>(INTO THE GROUND)<\/strong>.  NOT <strong>&#8220;MEN&#8221;<\/strong> ENOUGH TO S<strong>HOW THEIR &#8220;FACES&#8221; IN THE COURTROOM<\/strong>. BUT AS <strong>A WOMAN<\/strong>, I WAS THERE, <strong>&#8220;IN FRONT&#8221; OF THEIR ATTORNEY AND THE JUDGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>YOU GOT A DEAL &#8220;ALRIGHT&#8221; &#8211; THE DEAL IS YOU NEED TO &#8220;CLEAN-UP&#8221; YOUR &#8220;SLUMS&#8221; THAT YOU MANAGE THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF SULLIVAN AND THE STATE OF MISSOURI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JT, HD, AND TRUSTED<\/strong> PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY,<strong> IT IS YOUR &#8220;SLUMS&#8221; THAT PROVIDES THE &#8220;CLEAREST IMAGE&#8221; OF HOW THE &#8220;CITY MANAGER&#8221; RUNS THE CITY OF SULLIVAN.  IT IS &#8220;IN THE GROUND.&#8221;  LOOK AT HIS PROPERTY.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AND ALL THIS OVER A LEGAL <strong>&#8220;STATE CERTIFIED&#8221; BUSINESS LICENSE.<\/strong> <strong>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/mydealz\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/householddealz.com\/mydealz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HOUSEHOLDDEALZ.COM<\/a>&#8220;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m positive they are blaming each other for their <strong>&#8220;RECKLESSNESS&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; BUT, <strong>REALITY IS<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>THE &#8220;OWNER&#8221; &#8220;JT&#8221; HAS TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY.  HE SAID HIMSELF &#8211; THOSE ENTITIES HAVE PROBLEMS.  SO, I GUESS &#8220;JT&#8221; GOT &#8220;MO&#8221; PROBLEMS.   SOMEONE HAS TO BE A MAN AND TAKE THE BLAME.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I guess, it would be<strong> &#8220;WISE&#8221; to want people like me out.
