
Some people have asked the question as to, why did I move to Sullivan, MO.
Let me answer that, for you. HOUSING. When I spoke with several, state and city representatives, prior to moving here, I was told there was plenty of housing, and it would be a good place to “RETIRE” and buy a home. The people I spoke with sound friendly and inviting.
My husband and I, have been together for (27 years), and in those years, we have encountered, only (3) three housing issues, that was with people of “PROMINENCE” within their community. Therefore, this being the 3rd, “WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH.” “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”
In 2018 we ran into a “NASTY” situation in Pueblo, CO. This is when we “KNEW,” we had to stay, and “DEAL” with that “COURT” matter, as we “EXPECTED” more from this person , as their family had a “WING” built onto the local hospital, as well as, they owned several businesses. There was “NO” need, for them “NOT” to provide “ADEQUATE” care for their “RENTAL” property. “SEWAGE LINE, AND PIPE PROBLEMS ALLOWED SEWAGE TO “BACKUP” INTO THE HOUSE. We brought it to that man’s “ATTENTION” and “INSTEAD” of fixing the issue he wanted to “EVICT” us for bringing something, he “ALREADY” knew, to his attention. – GO GET THE COURT FILING – WE DEALT WITH THIS APPROPRIATELY.
In 2019, I was “RENTING”, and “EMPLOYED” by an “ATTORNEY” who I learned in time, that he too, was a “SLUMLORD.” – (CLICK HERE READ SOME OF THE POST). – “SEWAGE, PIPE, AND PLUMBING PROBLEMS CONSTANTLY. YOU WELCOME TO LOOK THAT UP IN PEORIA, IL – (CASE NUMBER: 19-CH-00243) – I WORKED FOR THIS MAN, AND HE WOULD “NOT” FIX MY APARTMENT APROPRIATELY. EVERYTHING WAS “PATCH” WORK AND CONSTANT LEAKS. This is the “MAIN” reason I informed my son and daughter in-law. “NOT” to work for their “CURRENT” landlord in Sullivan, as it only produces “PROBLEMS.”
And Now, – In 2021, in “SULLIVAN” – This person of “PROMINENCE” is also “FUNCTIONING” as a “SLUMLORD.” He is the “CITY MANAGER” who was once an “ALDERMAN” and the “MAYOR” for the “CITY OF SULLIVAN.” JT HARDY, who employed HD/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT as property “CAREGIVERS.” (SLUMS EVERYWHERE) – I UNDERSTAND HE IS IN THE PROCESS OF HIRING ANOTHER LOCAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY. (KEEP YOUR EYES ON THIS ONE EVERYONE.) I KNOW WHO IS IN THE WORKS FOR THIS “TRAGEDY.”
Look, I’m just tired of “RENTING” from people, that one would think, would have a little more “PRIDE” in their “BUSINESS” aspects then what they do. They care more about “MONEY” than keeping their “TENANTS” safe.
EACH ONE OF THESE INDIVIDUAL HAVE “DESTROYED” OTHER FAMILIES LIVES. INSTEAD OF STAYING IN THEIR LANE, THEY VENTURED INTO THE “HOUSING” PROGRAM FOR “GREED.” –AND– BECAUSE OF THEIR STATUS, THEY WERE ABLE TO ACQUIRE, MORE HOMES THEN THEY NEED AND RENDER THEM AS “SLUMS.” – PURCHASE WITH NO UP-KEEP.

Why is it that sooooooo many “HOMES” are being “SOLD” AND “PURCHASED” without us “POOR” people “NOT” having knowledge of?

I believe the “COURT” should be taking a close look at how these “HOMES” are being “MOVED” so quickly, without even seeing anything “PUBLISHED IN THE LOCAL NEWSPAPERS.”
I’m pretty sure “NOW” that it is “INCOME” tax time, there are many “POOR” people like “MYSELF,” who would like to get, the “INSIDE” “SCOOP”, as to how these “HOMES” ARE GOING SO QUICKLY. I TOO, WOULD LIKE TO “PURCHASE” ONE. – ALL I NEED, IS JUST ONE – I’M NOT GREEDY. BUT, A NICE ONE LIKE JT HARDY, AND FRIENDS HAVE. ALL ABOUT MAYBE $2,000-$5,000.00. BIG BEAUTIFUL HOME.
I believe the “City Manager” should be able to share that information with us on the “CITY” website. He should provide us with “HIS” well kept secret.
