Ok, so today I went back to the “MANSION” arts building to meet with the General Manager. She was not in the office but I was told she will be back in the office on Wednesday.
I then went on to explain to the “DESK” clerk who was available at the time about my “WEED” smoking situation.
ME: I wanted to touch base with her to see if “WEED” smoking is allowed on the property, as I’ve been instructed several times to smoke my weed here. This is the place my general manager suggested along with the street sidewalks.
DESK CLERK: Would she want us to send people who come here to her place?
DESK CLERK: No,
ME: I thought so. But I’ll come back on Wednesday to hear it from the General Manager.

Upon returning I spoke with a person who works on the grounds about the “PICNIC” table. He stated: They moved those because of the partying the J1’s were doing and they will be putting them back when the J1’s leave.
I stated: Good, I thought it was strange how they instructed me not to smoke weed on the property, just minutes after removing the picnic table.
Everything is blamed on the J1’s but they continue to take their money. I am wondering whether or not the pool is closed because of the presence of J1’s. Even at the Enclave, they complained, but brought them back and took their money.
They can’t enjoy the picnic table, nor pool, and they are paying for it like those expensive mopeds.

UPDATE 5: – Date Timeline Correction
Just so everyone understand. The night “BEFORE” I was instructed to smoke my weed “OFF” property, I had went to the “BACK” of the building that evening to smoke my blunt. (ON A SUNDAY NIGHT). I’ve gone there several times since moving in.
On MONDAY, September 11th. (Rent should had been due on the 14th) as my lease was signed on the 7th of September and backdated to the 4th of September. (I had just paid the 2nd week of rent). Minutes later, while walking our granddaughters on the property, my wife and I ran into Ryan and Michelle (Whom I’m Told Are A Couple)
I shook Ryan’s hand and we laughed and spoke briefly. My wife questioned Michelle as to
“Where’s the picnic table?”
Michelle responded “They had a big party back here last night so we removed it.
I told my wife that’s strange because I went back there last night I did not see anyone having a party. Nothing was trashed.
–SO PEOPLE NOW ITS PERFECTLY CLEAR–
That was another move to make sure I was “NOT” to smoke on the property. “SIMPLY REMOVE IT” That bench been here for ‘SEVERAL” years and now it chained up to the the container in the back.
These “NUTS” offered me this place knowing I smoke weed.
Get me over here and then tell me to smoke on another “ESTABLISHMENT” property, and then proceed to remove the picnic table from the back citing: The J1’s made me do it. They party too much.
I have “NOT” seen one “DISRESPECTFUL” J1 since being here and my wife and I speak to each one that we have met.
Certain managers and family members who clean these properties has made it perfectly clear when asked about others from ENCLAVE coming here.

“YOU ARE AN EXCEPTION” THOSE PEOPLE OVER THERE ARE DIRTY PEOPLE.”
To me, it feels like “HOUSING” discrimination, and the cleaning lady makes the decision who moves into the “KINGS QUARTERS” as she made it clear, “THIS IS MY BABY”

UPDATE 4: Around 10:20 am I “WALKED” to the “MANSION” arts building. I spoke to 1 of the 3 young ladies working at the front desk. She listened to me and was very respectful.
–How The Conversation Went–
ME: Wow, that was a long walk.
FRONT DESK: Where did you come from?
ME: “KINGS QUARTERS”
FRONT DESK: Oh yeah, I know
ME: So let me ask you this, and I think we both know the answer, but anyway I need to know.
First, I want you to know that I smoke weed, medical marijuana, blunts, whatever you might call it.
Because of this, I was told by the General Manager at Kings Quarters that “I” have to go to the “MANSION” to smoke my weed. Since she was so “ADAMANT” about your facility, I thought maybe asking permission would be wise.
So, does your establishment allow for random people to utilize your property to smoke weed?
FRONT DESK: Well, maybe if it was just you. Just don’t bother the guests and tear up the property.
ME: I don’t think it will just be me, because if she’s instructed me to do so, then my guess is everyone who smokes weed in the building may be heading this way. Could be 20 or 30 people at one time, or even spread throughout the day. Everybody have different time arrangements when they need their medicine.
FRONT DESK: I am going to have you speak with our general manager “Christy Adams” on Monday and see what she thinks. I “BELIEVE” THE ANSWER WILL BE “NO”
ME: Thank you, I’ll come back on Monday and speak with her.

UPDATE 2: If you smoke medical or recreational weed, you are not allowed to smoke in open spaces, such as public sidewalks, public businesses, etc.
What Michelle wanted me to do, was to stand in front of the “MANSION” or any other public or private businesses on the street, in hopes the police would pick me up for “NOT” abiding by state law in regards to marijuana.
The few folks my wife and I have contact with, here at “KINGS QUARTERS” have not now, nor in the past been told to leave the “PREMISES” to smoke marijuana. Many still smoke on the premises today.
Why throw that bullshit my way?
Why offer me an opportunity to move here “KNOWING” I smoke weed. It was Michelle’s job to inform me of “HER” new law, prior to my family moving in. There is no mention of Medical or Recreational weed in my lease at all.
It appears she wanted me to go to jail.
I PAY RENT HERE!

UPDATE: Just so everyone is aware. Upon moving into this location we have found that the;
1) Ceiling Leaks in the “MIDDLE” hole room
2) Dangerous Door Strips – Not safe for kids
3) On the 2-eyed stove — ONLY “1” eye works
4) Take several flushes to get the toilet working
5) Dangerous area on cabinet where kids can get cut badly.
We were told last week these things were going to be fixed. Guess What? Still not done.
But, they do like to take your money. It is really no different from Enclave. Repairs cannot get done for whatever reason.

Just hours after paying rent for another week at “Kings Quarters” I was summoned over to the car of the “Head” property manager (Michelle), and was informed that smoking weed is “NOT” allowed on the property.
Just minutes prior to that “RYAN, MICHELLE, MY WIFE AND MYSELF WAS TALKING. – NEVER MENTIONED IT IN FRONT OF RYAN. MICHELLE LEFT, AND RETURN A SHORT TIME LATER TO INFORM ME OF “THESE” RULES.
I have had a medical marijuana license since 2016 from NM and MO.

Michelle: I want you to know the “OWNERS” (DaSilva Hawk L.L.C.) do not want “YOU” smoking weed on the property. When “YOU” stand by the window, people smell it.
I stated: Ok, I’ll go to the benches in the front and smoke. I see several place set up with ash trays.
Michelle: No “YOU” cannot smoke there either, “YOU” can’t smoke “ON THE PROPERTY”.
I stated: I’ll just go to the back of the building to smoke. I see people at that location smoking daily.
Michelle: “YOU” need to go “OFF” the property, “YOU” can go to the “MANSION” or anywhere across the street, just “NOT” on the property.
I proceeded back inside to inform my wife Anita of this bullshit “IGNORANCE”.
–This is where things seem “NUTTY” and “FAR” OUT THERE to me.–
My wife and I have spent 1-1/2 years in the Enclave, (existing in a 1-HOLE room). After such time and given them “THOUSANDS” of dollars, they offered us an “UPGRADE”. The poor man’s upgrade.
This upgrade was essentially from a “FUNKY” nasty looking exterior brown building to a “CLEANER” exterior beige building, known as Kings Quarters. Nothing fancy. Just another upgraded hole.
At this location, you can rent “3-HOLES” at a time and call it an “APARTMENT“. One hole having a 2-eye stove “WITHOUT” an oven. Imagine Enclave with a “SEMI-STOVE”.
This place is only an upgrade in terms of people knowing “HOW TO PAY THEIR RENT” on time.
These are the “SAME” people who migrated from “ENCLAVE” and other “DISTORTED” MOTEL/HOTEL properties.
Most people who live in these properties smoke cigarettes and weed on a daily basis, (THAT’S WHAT US POOR FOLKS DO) but for some “STRANGE” “ODD” ass reason, I was informed “NOT” to smoke on this property. This is the property that I just recently claimed “3-HOLES” instead of one.
Well looks like a real short term for us right now.
Everyday in the past 1-1/2 years I have smoked weed on their property. SAME OWNERS and MICHELLE watched. She spoke to my wife most days when she came to the “ENCLAVE”.
They watched me from their cameras, and never said “ONE” word. I smoked in the front and back of the Enclave. “NEVER, NOT ONE WORD”
–SO–
If anyone knows my wife and I well, it will be the folks who run the Enclave. There was no need to check us again as they “KNEW US” as a family.
Why offer 3-HOLES to me, when you “KNEW” I would “NOT” be permitted to smoke on this “PRECIOUS” poor man’s property.
–OR WAS THIS JUST MADE UP TODAY FOR ME?— LET ME KNOW, I’M GOOD WITH IT.
MICHELLE knew I smoked weed and NOT ONCE DID SHE INFORM ME, NOR MY WIFE OF THESE “BELATED” RULES PRIOR TO MOVING IN.
HOWEVER, SHE MADE IT “ABSOLUTELY” CLEAR ABOUT HAVING A DOG ON THESE PREMISES.
SMOKING RULES THAT I CANNOT FIND IN MY LEASE.
Come inside “KINGS QUARTERS” and look closely. You’ll see Enclave. Difference is, you can purchase “3 HOLES” like my wife and I, instead of “1-HOLE”.
“WHAT THE FUCK” – HUSTLE US POOR FOLKS.
It’s simply an upgrade for the “POOR” people. Something to feel a “LITTLE” better about. “NOT WHOLE, JUST A LITTLE BIT BETTER.”
Those who understand paying rent on time are the ones chosen for such a “SMALL” upgrade. Keep in mind, I, nor my wife ever stated this was a 5 star hotel. “IT’S NOT” It ain’t even a “Gangsta’s FUCKEN Paradise”
But when you come from bathing at a river, to sleeping in 1-Room “HOTEL/MOTEL ” holes for “6-YEARS ”–KINGS QUARTERS– appear heavenly, “IT’S NOT”.
“IT’S JUST AN UPGRADE FROM “FILTHY” TO “SOMEWHAT” CLEANER, PROVIDED TO THE POOR PEOPLE WHO FIT THE DESCRIPTION.
YOU CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT THE FUCK THE DESCRIPTION IS, BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA. I’M TIRE OF THESE FUCKEN GAMES.
POOR PEOPLE, THIS IS THE FUCKEN SHIT THAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. I AM NOT ABOUT TO KISS NO ONES ASS AS THEY MAKE RULES TO FIT THEIR FUCKEN NEEDS WHENEVER.
How about that shit, no smoking, just stay inside AND DON’T SMOKE. Go to someone else’s property and smoke there.
