DaSilva Hawk L.L.C. has admitted that they are operating with a license that covers them as a “HOTEL” as the “police officer” stated.
DaSilva Hawk L.L.C. is adamant about the fact they are operating as a “HOTEL” while “MICHELLE” and the manager in training is adamant about her business being an “APARTMENT” She proven this by providing a “WEBSITE” AND A “LEASE“ indicating She is renting a 2-Bedroom apartment.
–DaSilva Hawk L.L.C.– says she is “LYING” because they believe when it’s time to get rid of folks, it’s convenient to “REFERENCE AND UTILIZE” the “HOTEL” licenses. MY “LEASE” STATES “RESIDENTIAL LEASE” and it has no purpose when “MICHELLE” and the manager in training wants you gone. You no longer are renting an “APARTMENT“, it then becomes a “HOTEL” business – OUT BY 5 PM, WITH THE BLESSING AND SERVICES OF THE BRANSON POLICE DEPARTMENT. –WHAT A SCAM–
THIS IS MICHELLE STATEMENT TO US PRIOR TO MOVING IN “LETS SEE IF YOU FIT” AND THEN SHE PLACED US ON HER WEEK TO WEEK PAYMENT PLAN FOR THE 1ST MONTH. – “THE PERFECT SCAM FOR STEALING FROM THE POOR”

By DaSilva Hawk L.L.C. (who owns the business) admitting they are operating as a “HOTEL” only indicates to me that “MICHELLE” and the manager in training is Operating under “FALSE” pretenses and “MISLEADING” a lot of us POOR people.
The State should make sure and SEND A CLEAR MESSAGE TO THEM THAT THEY CAN “ONLY” FUNCTION as a “HOTEL” as this is what’s on file. Otherwise more “POOR” folks’ families will continue to be destroyed as “MICHELLE” and manager in training continue to “FALSELY ADVERTISE THEIR BUSINESS” .
Since they are working in concert together, it appears “to me” they are perpetrating a “SCAM”

Officer Informed My Wife And I That We Are Being “Evicted“. (VIEW LEASE AGREEMENT)
On 9/19/23 around 7 p.m. 3 of Branson police officers knocked on our door. They were called by the Enclave1, Enclave 2, and Kings Quarters General Manager Michelle.
Michelle stated we had not paid rent and it was due on a Monday. (KEEP THIS IN MIND)
Our lease was not signed until Thursday 9/7/23
This is how things went down.
MALE OFFICER: The manager wants you out.
ME: That ain’t gonna happen today, as I have 2 granddaughters here and it will take me a few days to get things in order. I don’t have any money to move with. I gave it to them.
Anyway rent ain’t due until Thursday. I Showed the officer the “CONVOLUTED” documents given to us by Michelle and the manager in training.
MALE OFFICER: Do you have the money to pay her on Thursday? How much is it?
ME: Yes
MALE OFFICER: I’ll go across the hall and talk with her and see what she is willing to do.
—POOR PEOPLE, CHECK THIS OUT – VERY, VERY IMPORTANT–
While the male officer is out speaking with Michelle, the 2 professional young lady officers gave me advice for Michelle and this community that I will “ALWAYS BE THANKFUL FOR”
This is what the officers stated after reading over the “CONVOLUTED” paperwork provided by the Michelle and the DaSilva Hawk L.L.C.
FEMALE OFFICERS: “NEVER TAKE THE WORDS OF THESE PEOPLE AT FACE VALUE, ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING.”

Shortly after those words were spoken, the male officer returned with the news.
MALE OFFICER: She said she doesn’t want your money, she wants you out.
ME: So, am I being “EVICTED”
The male officer had a look of how should I answer this, I need to be careful.
MALE OFFICER: No Answer –FOR– several times
ME: I asked “SEVERAL” times again, and finally, when I stated, “I HAVE TO BE OUT IN 2 DAYS, AM I BEING EVICTED?
MALE OFFICER: YES, this is a “HOTEL” not an Apartment and she won’t accept your payment
ME: YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT THEY CAN FALSELY ADVERTISE THESE PLACES AND THATS OKAY. MY LEASE STATES I HAVE AN APARTMENT. OK WE WILL BE OUT IN 2 DAYS.

Let me show you the fucked up situation “MICHELLE AND MANAGER IN TRAINING” put this male officer in.
Check this out, this officer is really trying to get things done quickly and in a reasonable manner. He also was professional about this. I like the way he handled things.
THE OFFICER TOLD ME THAT I WAS BEING “EVICTED”
BUT YET, HE HAD NO WRITTEN DOCUMENTS FROM THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE INDICATING THIS. THE ONLY INFORMATION HE WAS UTILIZING TO “EVICT” ME AND MY FAMILY WAS HER “CONVULUTED” DOCUMENTS. THE SAME DOCUMENTS I HAVE. NOTHING SIGNED BY THE COURTS, BUT, I’M BEING EVICTED.
–—THEREFORE—-
I’M AM FORCED TO TAKE HIS WORD AT “FACE VALUE” BASED ON THE LIES TOLD TO HIM BY MICHELLE.
NOTHING FROM THE COUNTY COURTS WHATSOEVER.
POOR PEOPLE – THIS IS AN “ILLEGAL” EVICTION.
WE ARE BEING EVICTED WITHOUT ANY COURT DOCUMENTS, ONLY “FACE VALUE”
MICHELLE FORCED THE OFFICER TO BECOME A “COURT OFFICIAL” BASED ON LIES.
Bottom line, Michelle admits to the officers that rent is due on Thursday, as it is Thursday that she will refuse to take our rent payment. It is Thursday, she want us out.
The officer stated: SINCE SHE GAVE YOU THE KEYS ON MONDAY, THAT IS WHEN YOUR LEASE STARTED.

I GOT THE KEYS ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2023, NOT MONDAY SEPTEMBER 4, 2023.
WE STOOD AT MICHELLE’S DESK AND TRIED TO PAY HER ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 AND SHE STATE “WE CAN DO IT ON MONDAY AS SHE IS TRAINING ANOTHER MANAGER. (I HAVE WATCHED SO MANY MANAGERS COME AND GO) THEY WILL NOT HAVE LONGEVITY WITH HER.
ON MONDAY WE WENT TO HER OFFICE EARLY THAT DAY AS WE WERE BUSY MOVING AND CLEANING AT THAT SAME TIME. WE THEN DECIDED TO WAIT FOR HER TO CONTACT US, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE ON A THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2023 DAY OF SIGNING THE LEASE.
SO MICHELLE IS ALLOW TO PICK OUT WHAT DAY SHE FEELS RENT SHOULD BE DUE.
IS IT FRIDAY WHEN WE GOT THE KEYS, OR MONDAY, WHEN SHE WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN THE LEASE, OR THURSDAY, THE DAY SHE KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR LIKE A RABBIT DOG. THE DAY “WE SIGNED” OUR LEASE.

What the owners and General Manager Michelle should be doing is making sure that young lady living above the “ENCLAVE 1” office is afforded comfortable housing as she is living in an “UN-MARKED” room FOR almost 2 years. The new managers from “ENCLAVE 2” control the heating and air flow on the other side of the wall in their room. SHE PAYS $1,000.00 PER MONTH FOR THAT HOLE. STATE NEED TO GO INSIDE AND MEET WITH HER. There is so much MORE wrong with her room and Michelle doesn’t care. JUST GET PAID BY US POOR FOLKS.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO CHECK “EVERY” SINGLE ROOM THAT HAS A DOOR ON IT, WHETHER OR NOT AN ADDRESS IS LISTED. “EVERY ROOM AND EVERY STORAGE AREA.
