UPDATE 8-23-2024: Today, we have moved from said premises. A walk-thru was completed by Anita, and 2 office staff as well as the maintenance worker. Anita asked the neighbor to also be a witness.
Anita asked staff employed by Schaefer Ridge, “IS EVERYTHING ALRIGHT” – Answer – Yep from staff. Anita, reviewed documents presented to her, placed the clipboard down and then proceeded to the car and we left.
PERSONALLY, I “BAN” MYSELF FROM THEIR SHIT HOLE PREMISES, AND I HOPE MY WIFE DOES THE SAME.
*****IMPORTANT NOTE – DANGEROUS GLASS DOORS IN BATHROOM****
No one in that place should ever be charged to replace the “GLASS DOORS” the in the “PO” folks shower.
Hopefully, code enforcement will look at those doors and realize the danger it presents to little children. Anita was always on alert when our granddaughters were here.
WHY?
Because the only thing that stops the motion of the door movement, is the “GLASS” itself. WHY WOULD ANYONE PUT A SHOWER IN PLACE LIKE THAT, IN SUCH A SMALL SPACE? There is no wiggle room in those holes. I thought mine was small, but people, please pray for my ex-neighbor, as I have learned through her today, her apartment kitchen setup is smaller than ours. SHE HAS NO WHERE TO PREPARE HER MEALS AS HER BATHROOM (WHICH IS VERY SMALL) DOES NOT HAVE THE COUNTERTOP SPACE LIKE OUR BATHROOM. SHE HAS TO BE VERY CREATIVE TO PREPARE MEATS, SALADS AND OTHER THINGS THAT REQUIRE USING A KNIFE, AND SHE PAYS “$760.00” PER MONTH FOR HER HOLE. ZERO COUNTERTOP SPACE FOR HER AND HER SON. HOW COULD THIS BE AN APARTMENT?

This is a “SPECIAL” kinda breed of a “Hotel” It’s not a kitchenette, it resembles a hotel, but acts as an apartment on paper.
Maybe it’s a “CHAMELEON” Hotel with the ability to change with the seasons.
I guess only Code Enforcement can answer that one.
I BELIEVE THIS IS CONSISTANT TO A SHELTER – ONLY DIFFERENCE – THERE IS NO ONE TO MONITOR AFTER HOURS, AND IT’S MISSING A COMMUNITY COOKING AREA WITH COUNTERTOPS. THAT THING THEY CREATED IN THOSE HOLES CALLED AN APARTMENT, MISSED COMPLETELY. HOW ARE PEOPLE TO PREPARE MEALS WITHOUT COUNTERTOPS?

Hotel rooms are usually smaller than apartments, and typically only have a place to sleep, a bathroom, and a TV.
Apartments often have a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, and can be more spacious, making them better for “FAMILIES” and groups.

I want “YOU” to please take a moment and read what I consider to be lies, In particular, read and understand the amount of money they are requesting for both damage and the “ALLEGED” stealing of this HOTEL APARTMENT “HOLE.”
I spoke with this man and his wife who together have a couple of children. After reading this document of lies, I requested him to stay and deal with this matter. I informed this young man and his wife that, “YOU AIN’T RUNNIN NO MO”
I also stated to that couple, “the judge needs to see clearly what is coming down the pipeline.” I informed this young man that “THIS” owner and his entity, who is requesting this “UNGODLY” amount of money will need to request their “PROPERTY LIAISON” at the time of your entry to speak, if they are seeking “TRUTH.”
“Whether or not they request their “PROPERTY” liaison to speak for truth, she will be by your side.” He assured me he will be available.
ALSO, ON THEIR LEDGERS – THIS APPEARS IN EXACT WORDS ON TWO LINE ITEMS.

–WHAT DOES THAT MEAN–
To me it means that “PO” folks, who don’t normally purchase insurance for themselves, are being forced into paying insurance to protect the owners and their interest. So, us PO folks are paying their insurance policy, while we don’t have our own.
To make matters worse, they want everyone to make payments through their “ONLINE” portal which is not active right now. KEEP IN MIND, TO PAY THROUGH THE PORTAL IS AN ADDITIONAL $10.00.

TOTAL – FREE MONEY FROM US “PO” FOLKS AMOUNTS TO A WHOPPING $25.00 and that includes the “THRIVE” holes as well. EVERY SINGLE MONTH.
“PO” folks are unwillingly forced to pay insurance that only the “hotel” SO-CALLED APARTMENT OWNERS will benefit from.
I suggest never pay them online. Give them a money order only. Keep copies of those money orders. AS IN MOST CASES LOW END COMPANIES LOSE THINGS.
–SO LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT WE ARE RENTING–
Some of you may not like what I speak but keep in mind, ANITA AND I LIVE IN THIS SHIT HOLE. I WEAR MY MASK IN AND OUT OF THIS SHIT HOLE.
My wife and I were part of the transfer from thrive. The bed, tv, and computer chair was brought over by staff from that “FILTHY” hole.”
-AND YES, WE DO NOT HAVE A BED FRAME EITHER, LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, WE SLEEP ON THE FLOOR.-
This will become our 5th move in less than a year due to the hotel game thrusted on us by the ENCLAVES AND KING’S QUARTER SHIT HOLES MANAGERS. We’ve gotten a first hand look at how they treat people and how they spend time “perpetrating” lies to further their agenda.
(AKA) Allen who owns “these” shit holes has spoken to my wife on a number of occasions (via cellphone and text).
The reason that “THEIR” bed, TV, and chair was brought here for Anita, was due to the fact that she was “PROMISED” she would be running “Thrive” in two months when it was to be completely remodeled, which we were told, would be June 2024. ALL OF HER INNER CIRCLE WAS AWARE OF THIS.
More importantly Anita was informed that when they are ready to lay the carpet in that “2-bedroom” apartment above the office, “YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR COLOR.”
This was the beginning of hope as Anita saw it.
I saw it differently. I saw it as “MY WIFE” being used. But, I knew Anita wanted to actively continue helping those in need, so I watched and observed.
One evening, while laying in bed I asked my wife. CHECK THIS OUT.
I stated: DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE GONNA ALLOW YOU TO STAY IN THAT PLACE FOR $650.00 PER MONTH, AND THE LAST FAMILY WAS PAYING $1,250.00?
My wife stated: YEAH, ALLEN AND MIKE SAID I CAN WORK WITH THE J1’S WHEN THEY COME IN AND WHEN THE OFF SEASON COMES I WILL DO THE BUS TOURS.
I stated: ANITA THINK ABOUT IT. THE PLACE WAS PREVIOUSLY RENTED FOR $1,250 AND WE GONNA HAVE IT FOR HALF THAT? THESE PEOPLE DON’T GIVAH SHIT ABOUT YOU OR ME. THESE PEOPLE ARE USING YOU. HELL WE SLEEP ON THE FLOOR AND THEY GOT THE PREVIOUS MANAGER LIVING ABOVE THE OFFICE KNOWING THE CONDITIONS AIN’T RIGHT. THEY DON’T GIVAH SHIT ABOUT THEM EITHER.
THAT’S THE REASON WE ARE AT THIS POINT NOW. EGREGIOUS LIES.
I brought this to your attention in order for you to see exactly what we got.
This hotel, called an “APARTMENT” comes “unfurnished” at $760.00 per month, while Thrive which looks exactly like these holes, “minus” the cooking outfit “ARE” furnished and they are around $760.00 per month.
At the “THRIVE” location, you can be put on the streets by 5:00 p.m. for whatever reasons they choose as that place is considered a true low end HOTEL “HOLE.”
Here at this Schaefer Ridge, the “UNFURNISHED” apartment holes runs for $760.00 per month, and the attorney is now asking for “damages” -AND- to “DOUBLE” the amount of “RENT” as to further punish a “PO” family. (READ IT)
So, at “SCHAEFER RIDGE” they transformed it into an “APARTMENT” in their minds, by “REMOVING” all furniture, and “PLACING” a makeshift stove and sink within.
-AND- “ZERO COUNTER TOP SPACE” FOR ANYONE TO PREPARE A MEAL.
Above the stove there’s “NO” ventilation. The sink is so small that you only wash one dish at a time.
THIS STOVE SHOULD REQUIRE A “RANGE HOOD” – EVERY HOLE IN THIS COMPLEX SHOULD HAVE ONE. THE “GREASE” BUILDUP IS FILTHY AND DANGEROUS TO EAT.
Therefore, they gave us a shell, with a makeshift sink and stove for $760 per month and called it an “APARTMENT”. Code Enforcement Help Me Out With This One. – WHAT HAPPEN HERE?
WITH THAT PARTICULAR VERBIAGE “APARTMENT” THEY FEEL THE POWER TO TREAT THESE “HOLES” IN SUCH HIGH STANDARDS THAT THEY ARE ASKING THE JUDGE TO ASSIST IN GETTING THEM “RICHER” OFF “PO” FOLKS IN A FASTTRACK MANNER.
NOW, BECAUSE THIS HOLE IS LISTED AS AN “APARTMENT” THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO ASK THE COURTS FOR SOMETHING THAT “DON’T” EXIST. – THIS AIN’T NO APARTMENT.

I am just gonna put this shit out there. I live in a “PET KENNEL/ROACH HOTEL.
My wife and I do not invite people over to eat with us because in order to have a good “HEALTHY” meal, it requires us to utilize our bathroom. – OUR SHITTA, PISSA ROOM.
Because of our standards and ability to understand that all people should be treated with respect and fairness, we would “NOT” even allow the President of the United States to eat at our location, because we know the area/space we used to cook such a meal.
Yes, the same area that we shit, piss, place dirty laundry, brush teeth and even shower in, WE HAVE TO UTILIZE THAT SPACE TO PREPARE OUR MEALS. We do not have a kitchen. It’s a lie. We lay with a “REFRIDGERATOR” in our faces. Anita says we are “SLEEPING” in our kitchen. That same fridge blocks the door entry to our neighbors room.
When we utilize our bathroom to prepare our meals, that BATHROOM becomes a prime location for “ROACHMANIA”
Coupled with that, our “PUBLIC” hallways that is inches from the bathroom is full of mole, funky smells, the ceiling leaks almost daily, and complete filth most times. Every blue moon someone will vacuum the filthy rug. AS I WRITE THIS NOTE I HEAR THE VACUUM RUNNING. – GOOD FOR US – IT’S OUR LUCK DAY.
I have witnessed an individual so drunk that, that individual pissed on the hallway rug, I witnessed dogs who could not get outdoors quick enough, piss all over the rugs, and “WE” walk on it. What do you think is built up underneath these carpets? Keep in mind, we have leaks from the ceiling that falls to that same carpet. Dog piss, water leaks, human piss, ALL ON THAT CARPET. That’s not including the shit we bring in from the parking lot.
–AND GUESS WHAT–
I take that same filthy shit on the bottom of my shoes and go into my hole and cook me a meal, utilizing my “SHITTA” room to prepare my meats and salads. It’s also the best spot to wash the dishes. There is no countertop to place a dish tray.
I have never been in an apartment building “ANYWHERE” in the United States that requires an individual to prepare meals in their bathroom. “WHO ARE YOU KIDDING”
This entity don’t givah shit about our “HANDICAP” individuals as well. The door has been “WITHOUT” a handle over a month.
–DAMAGES–
When my wife and I moved in, the toilet seat cover was “MISSING”, the shower glass door was broken and glass on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Both sinks had leaks everywhere. No real curtains, we have paper curtains. Floor with missing board strip. Stove have “ZERO” type of ventilation, which means that black stuff above your pots when you are boiling hot water falls down into your food as the steam will loosen it. You might be eating fragments of the last renters meals if you don’t clean that area above the stove eyes.
We clean ours daily. “A VENTILATION UNIT IS AND MUST BE REQUIRED.” The stove also requires special cookware, which we had to hunt down.
Water was shut off several times a week. Hell it was just off a few days ago. Branson PD is here quite often as this place should be mandated to have a “SECURITY” on site.
So, by design they have successfully pulled a fast one and “SIKED” us “PO” folks into believing we have an apartment. When in “REALITY” it’s another ‘ROACH ” and “PET ” kennel. Hell, they were smart enough to “SIKE OUT” our community leaders, and were able to accomplish this without or little interaction with “CODE ENFORCEMENT.”
—AND GUESS WHAT—
They are coming for us “PO” folks to “REPLENISH” their losses. Their losses due to greed.
They are asking the judge for money they know we don’t have. They knew when they purchased this place they did not have the money to get this place up to par. –OR– are they tryin to “SIKE” us again when they do have the money? Either way, its designed for us “PO” folks to foot the bill.
For several months, the conversations around this place and Thrive has been. “WE ARE BROKE, WE CAN’T AFFORD TO FIX THIS. SOMEBODY DIDN’T DO RIGHT WITH OUR MONEY. THE OWNER HIMSELF “VERBALLY” MADE IT CLEAR TO ANITA THAT THEY ARE BROKE.”
Just recently the office staff lost another maintenance worker (number 5 in less than 1 month) Yeah, I counted, due to the fact that the office staff purchased supplies for themselves and not for him. They themselves state the owners are not happy with them due to some of the items they purchased were not needed or too expensive. They just don’t have the money. “ACCORDING TO STAFF”
