
On Thursday, October 24, 2024 Anita and I took up residence at a local hotel in Branson. We were informed of this place by a person who is the office manager and who also works with Anita at her place of employment. He had spoken with Anita via cell phone about the “SPECIALS” they are running. It seemed creditable as Anita knew this person, and ran that information on her website for a couple of months.
For those who took up residents there, Anita and I apologize.
While completing the application and speaking with the office manager, he informed Anita and I “SEVERAL” times that the “owner is a lawyer, and he lives here.” AS IF IT MEANT SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO ANITA AND I. The office manager further asked us about “PISSING” in a cup. Just like many other “PO” folks ahead of us, we complied. IN THESE LOW-END HOLES THEY LIKE TO DRUG TEST “PO” FOLKS.
I asked what are you searching for? The magic word was “METH.” We try to keep the place safe. I wonder if they kept our piss samples cause I didn’t see them discard those containers.
***NOW I WANT TO PUT YOU IN THE MINDSET OF A PERSON STRUGGLING AND NEEDING A ROOF IMMEDIATELY***
Prior to reaching out to the manager of that shithole, Anita and I were staying at a local business establishment.
While searching for, and eventually locating a vehicle, Anita placed a phone call to that local business and stated to the manager “I found a car but I will need a place to stay because it will take all our money.”
The Manager at this location stated to Anita “We are not expecting a full house until weekend of “October 25, 2024” you can stay here until that time as we will need your room. Anita and I were both grateful as we “UNDERSTOOD” it was about business.
***WHY SO GRATEFUL?***
They allowed Anita and I to stay there without paying “1-PENNY” for rent, so that we could “SAVE” the finances to pay for our next move which required a deposit and rental fees.
This is how a “PO” person’s brain works when their back is against the wall.
Here is what Anita and I went through realizing that we could be “HOMELESS” in minutes if we don’t take this hole.
When we initially saw the room, we felt “HURT” but we also felt that we can make it through these winter months by cleaning the place ourselves. That “FIRST” night was a very “SLEEPLESS” night as the “WHOLE” atmosphere in that room was sickening. To make matters worse, the next day, the “TOILET” seat just freakin fell off. The screws were totally “ROTTEN.”
On Friday, October 25, 2024, (1-Day After Moving In) Anita went into the office and was told by the manager to put in a “WORK ORDER”. She did exactly that. On Saturday, October 26, 2024 Anita contacted the “MAINTENANCE” worker who stated “I ain’t on call this weekend, call the manager” – Everyone who works for the shithole lives on the property, (SIMILIAR TO THE HELP) but we could not get anything done.
***THIS IS HOW SAD SHIT IS***
Anita and I had talked about making this our last move until the spring as I “WILL” be returning back into the workforce. With that being said, “WE” decided that it would be in our “BEST” interest to have the carpets cleaned ourselves.
Anita proceeded to the office and informed the manager that “Dallas and I are going to pay a professional cleaner to clean the carpets.”
The Office Manager Stated, “Oh that’s fine, you just can’t leave that door open, you have to open the door for them.”
****OUR PLAN WAS TO STAY THERE BUT”****
We went from “FRIDAY UNTIL MONDAY” where we had to sit on a toilet seat while balancing our asses because no one would fix the toilet seat and to top that off, the “SMELL” IN THAT SHITTY HELL HOLE IS SUPER STRONG. NO HUMAN BEING SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THAT.
So, Thursday, October 31, 2024 Anita and I moved out.
After moving our things out, Anita proceeded to the office to ask for our “DEPOSIT” and was immediately informed that “WE DON’T GIVE DEPOSITS BACK”
I then personally called the “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” and the “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” told me that I have to give him a “7-DAY” NOTICE in order to get my deposit back. I posed this question to the “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY”
I asked the “OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY”: Why would anyone request a deposit on a “SHITHOLE” like this? I thought a deposit was required for places that are “CLEAN” and in order for human rental.
I then went on to say, “Why would I and or anyone “IN THEIR RIGHT MIND” would want to stay an “additional” “7-DAYS” in a shithole like this to get $50.00 deposit back when “YOU HAD ME AND MY WIFE ASSES SLIDING OFF THE TOILET FOR 4 OF THE 7 DAYS WE WERE HERE. IS YOUR ASS SLIPPING OF YOUR TOILET SEAT, IS YOUR FLOORS NASTY AND FILTHY LIKE MINE? I AM PAID UNTIL MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2024.
“OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” got “UPSET” when I informed him that I am going to get in contact with “CITY & STATE” officials and I am going to share this “shit” on a blog. “OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” stated “ARE YOU CALLING MY PLACE A SHITHOLE?, I’M GOING TO SUE YOU.”
I RESPONDED. “DAMN RIGHT” – NOT ONLY THAT, YOU STEALING FROM “PO” FOLKS. SUE ME.
“OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” IS TELLING LIES”
Immediately, the “FRUSTRATED” “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” stated “OH YOU’RE THE ONES THAT WAS “PUT OUT” OF YOUR LAST PLACE FOR SMOKING? AS IF HE WAS DOING US A FAVOR.
THAT’S THE RUMOR NOW, AND THE “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY”, IS RUNNING WITH THAT LIE.
Fact is, the aforementioned information clearly shows that Anita and I were “NEVER” forced out as we had previous knowledge of the date this place would be full and our room would be required. We “UNDERSTOOD” the business process and they understood our circumstances.
YESTERDAY, ANITA DID WHAT SEVERAL PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE “CITY AND STATE” ENTITIES SUGGESTED. ANITA CHECKED ON THE “LICENSE” STATUS OF THE “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” BUSINESS.
WE WERE INFORMED HE IS LICENSED AS AN “HOTEL.”
Therefore, if this be the case the “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” is not following the laws set forth by the City and Code Enforcement.
According to those rules the “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” is “MISLEADING” “PO” FOLKS.
***HOW SO?***
Just like “ENCLAVE” they are suggesting they are a “Hotel, Apartment, and Extended Stay” They have leases that cover “WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY” But yet, just like last week Anita and I watched a couple being put out on the street as they “WALKED” away with a laundry basket in hand and a bag that looked to be clothes.
This type of renting behavior only “DESTROYS” families. He’s an “ATTORNEY” who knows what type of “LICENSE” he is operating under, but yet does something totally different. SOMETHING THAT HARMS PEOPLE AND FAMILIES. KNOWINGLY AND WILLFULLY RENTING HOTEL HOLES AS LONG TERM HOUSING. “ILLEGAL”
I asked “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY”
WHY bother to ask for a “DEPOSIT” when you are renting “FILTHY” “SHITTY” “NASTY” hotel holes to people who are already beat down?
“OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” STATED “I’M GONNA SUE YOU.”
I want everyone living in that hole to know. Anita and I are no one special. We are going through the same “BULLSHIT” you and your family are going through. What you saw me put in our little sports car is what we have. We are “PO” folks just like you.
WE HAVE NOTHING. THEREFORE WE CAN’T AFFORD TO HAVE PEOPLE JUST “BLATANTLY” TAKE AND STEAL FROM US. “I AM PO” SIMPLE AS THAT.
Just so everyone knows, the “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” has lied and is a liar.
We are currently “RESIDING” at the same place the “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” lied about.
I’M SURE HE TOLD OTHERS THAT SAME LIE.
When Anita showed her place of employment the “IMAGES” of the “OWNER WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” “SHITHOLE” that we had to accept quickly, the “ENGINEER” in charge stated to Anita,
“YOU CAN BRING YOUR THINGS BACK HERE. I WILL GIVE YOU THE TIME NEEDED TO FIND YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND APPROPRIATE HOUSING.”
***AS FAR AS THE SMOKING***
FROM ENCLAVE FORWARD THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN EVER SAY WE SMOKED IN THEIR LOW-END HOTEL HOLES. THAT’S ONE THING WE WILL NEVER DO. WE HAVE NEVER SMOKED IN THE “OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” SHITHOLE. AS A MATTER OF A FACT, WE SPENT MOST OF OUR TIME OUTSIDE IN OUR CAR AS “OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” SHITHOLE SMELL IS UNDESCRIBABLE.
ANITA WOULD COME HOME FROM WORK, PUT HER ITEMS DOWN AND “IMMEDIATELY” HEAD TO THE CAR. THAT’S HOW SICKENING THE “OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” SHITHOLE PLACE IS.
THE “STATE, AND/OR CITY” MUST STEP IN AND REVIEW THIS MESS. THE CARPETS SHOULD BE REMOVED COMPLETELY IN EVERY ROOM FROM “OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” SHITHOLE. I WAS INFORMED BY SOMEONE LIVING AT THAT PROPERTY THAT “DOWN ON THE FIRST FLOOR” WHERE THE PETS RESIDE IS FULL OF MOLD AND FILTH. THIS PERSON KNOWS, BECAUSE HE/SHE HAS BEEN THERE A WHILE.
“OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” has no business renting these places as an apartment for 30-DAY PERIOD, or an extended stay as his license suggests he is running a “HOTEL.”
“OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” is misleading innocent “PO” folks based on “OWNER, WHO IS AN ATTORNEY” lies and deceit.
