Does it really matter when it comes to helping someone?
This is the reason Anita had been quiet about things. I am sharing it with you now.
In the real world a “NON-PROFIT” business would be the way to go as it clearly represents organizations with the ability to forward their vision in a positive light and not worry about paying taxes. In that it may be, some have bewildered Anita and I in the manner in which board members conduct themselves.
Most, if not all non-profits are “NOT” required to pay taxes. This being a powerful tool, as having that ability helps visionaries even further one’s vision and efforts in terms of community outreach, serving the “PO” folks and “HOMELESS” population in Branson.
Understanding the dynamics required, but yet missed, Anita decided that a “FOR-PROFIT” business would better fit her visionary goal. Due to the thought process of a couple of temporary board members, who believed “THEY” knew Anita’s vision better than she, and thus created unnecessary chaos daily, Anita decided their actions could only manifest something positive and more powerful.
***HERE’S THE DEAL***
Months ago, “I” personally gave these individuals a completed copy of a 501(c) and the steps needed via email to create the Branson Outreach non-profit business. So, I challenge them to utilize those documents to create “THEIR” own “NON-PROFIT” business.
After careful research, I have discovered that Branson has as many “NON-PROFIT” businesses, as they do “LOW-END” “HOTEL HOLES”.
Therefore, these two are welcome to join the many “NON-FUNCTIONING” “NON-PROFIT” businesses in Branson. What a wonderful “BLESSING” for Branson.
***THE RESULTS OF NAUGHTINESS***
They “OPENED” a “CLEAR and PRECISE” lane in which Anita can better “EXIST and ASSIST” those in need, the “HOMELESS” and “PO” folks without having to answer to “THEIR” board.
It does however come with a “COST”, as Anita “WILL” pay taxes on every dollar earned, whether it be purchased from site “Thrift Store” and/or through the “Donation” portal.
But, if that’s the cost one has to pay to help “FEED, CLOTHES,” and provide this invaluable “HUMAN DIGNITY” service, then Anita is okay with that.
***WHAT A SELFLESS PERSON***
To show you her steadfast belief and continued support for the “HOMELESS” and “PO” folks, Anita has opened two new branches to the Branson Outreach Community. “The Peoples Thrift Store” and the “Warriors War Room.” These additions are for those who are concerned and serious about tackling the needs of those less fortunate.
