Memorial Day Tribute
Today, Anita and I want to take a moment and pause, in order to honor the courageous men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. Their sacrifices are the reason we can “LIVE”, “SPEAK”, and “BELIEVE” freely. Each flag, each name etched in stone, tells a story of “BRAVERY” and “LOVE” for “THIS” nation. We carry their memory with deep gratitude and solemn respect.
Also, we remember two very special veterans in our lives, Dallas L. Williams, Sr. and Tony W. Alsabrook who served honorably in the United States Military and lived full, impactful lives. They were fathers, friends, and quiet “HEROES” whose strength and wisdom still guide us. Their service and legacy will “NEVER” be forgotten.
Lastly, our hearts go out to the “HOMELESS” “MEN”, and “WOMEN”, in Branson, MO, many of whom are “VETERANS” themselves. Some have fallen on hard times, living in tents, on the streets, or in the woods.
On this Memorial Day, may we see them, remember them, and act with compassion. “NO HERO” should ever be left behind.
