Today is a much better day as I have been dealing with a “strained” muscle in my back. I had to return to the ER in Sullivan, Mo yesterday as the muscle flared up just a little.
It is amazing how COVID-19 changed the way all of us conducts ourselves. Before the “PANDEMIC” I was always active outdoors. In the last several months I have found myself less interested in exercise and more interested in staying inside.
I know now that I must put in the “WORK” in order for me get back on track to keep myself healthy. COVID-19 testing came back “NEGATIVE” so that is a good thing as I have also learned positively, that my family and I have the “ANTIBODIES” for this particular virus. But, my husband and I will continue to wear our mask in the public TO PROTECT & KEEP OTHERS SAFE.
My husband states, “We have lived in so many states and cities/counties within the United States that everywhere we lived our bodies had to adjust to that environment. Maybe, this is why our bodies are able to fight this virus so quickly as we believe we were exposed in February 2020 while residing at the local “MOTEL 6.” At that time no-one really had a grip of this virus.
I’m well and I thank everyone for their support. I will continue to provide good products and excellent customer service to everyone.
I want to personally thank the Team at the “SULLIVAN, MO” Hospital for their professionalism. Everyone that I came in contact with were respectful, polite, and very informative. I knew and felt they were looking out for my best interest as they took time to check “every” avenue in order to confirm what was causing the pain. They even took the time to check on me once I made it home. EXCELLENT HOSPITAL AND SUPERB STAFF.
So, I now have an “EXERCISE“ program to follow and I will deligently move forward with it.
