Know Your Tenant Rights
As many of you know, this is a “SPECIAL” time of year in Branson when homeless camps will be “destroyed” and hard working adults with children will find themselves living on the streets, or in tents. It’s a time when pain will be running in overdrive.
Your basic civil rights protections will be broken almost daily.

Anita receives many calls in regards to how best work with those who are forced out with a lease in hand.
These “ILLEGAL” acts in most cases are carried out with the assistance of Branson PD. Each hotel eviction, including ours, has been under the watchful eye of Branson PD. They spend hours sometimes standing next to their patrol cars, waiting and watching as people illegally move out. This is a job that should be handled by the Sheriff’s dept.
Some hotel owners/managers believe that if they “INDICATE” a “FOOTNOTE” at the “BOTTOM” of their “RESIDENTIAL” lease document stating they are a hotel, EVERYTHING IS GOOD.
You ain’t exempt. How can you be exempt from a legal civil binding agreement that you executed for your financial gain?
It clearly shows that the low end hotels owners are making big time money off the “PO” folks. These low-end hotel hole owners are feeding us “False Hope of Security” with these fake leases. While they are feeding us at the bottom lies, and taking our money, they are neglecting the property that we pay for. Thousands of dollars not being put back into the property.

Therefore, when the city close their “HOTEL HOLE” down and rescind their license for neglect. IT BECOMES THE OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR “ALL MOVING AND RELOCATING COST.” The owners/managers neglected to follow their policies written in their lease.
“COURT NEEDS TO TAKE THIS MATTER UP.” You are giving people “FALSE” hope filled with lies.
Why give a lease if you are a hotel?
Due to these actions, Branson Outreach has taken the time to gather “MISSOURI” state laws to help our readers understand the Rules and Procedures in “LAYMAN’S” terms.

Branson PD assisted “Branson Stay Hotel” hole with their demand in removing Anita and I, as the officer stated “they want you gone” (MEANING “IMMEDIATE” DEPARTURE). Check out “Illegal Evictions by Hotels (RSMo 441.233 & 441.710).”
The way in which the officer returned to Anita and I with an “OFFER,” we knew clearly, we “HAD” to take it, as we understood he was operating as the judge and jury. Had we not taken that money, another lie would have come up in a day or so, and we can guess the outcome.
Anita, who was employed by the Branson Stay Hotel, told them “I am taking the money under “DURESS” as Anita knew it would be better to leave with something, rather than nothing at all. Also, the belief that if Mandy was able to conjure up a “LIE” as she did, what would stop her from tryin that sh-t again.
I personally sent a letter to the Branson PD chief asking him to get that video, the one they stated they had, depicting my so-called frightening actions. Where is that Video?
Anita and I were “ILLEGALLY” evicted with the assistance of Branson PD. Therefore, we have decided to share Missouri laws to our readers in hope this will help you better understand your rights WHEN BRANSON PD SHOWS UP AT YOUR DOOR.
In Missouri, the “SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT” is responsible for handling evictions, as they have the legal authority to forcibly remove a tenant after a court has issued a judgment and a “Writ of Restitution”.
The police do not have the authority to carry out evictions, which is a civil matter, not a criminal one. They should not be brokering deals. BRANSON PD CONTINUES TO “FORCIBLY” REMOVE “PO” FOLKS WITH LEASES.
