WELL – ON SEPT. 15TH the day of the yard sale and 1 day after receiving a call from the city manager JT, who had informed me and my husband via phone this “Dallas, Anita can’t have a yard sale on that property because your landlord instructed “me” that they did not want sales on their property. The young man who apparently manage these apartments shows up today. Never at any time prior to their conversation was a complaint mentioned to me by my landlord via email or note on the door. Months later, only after having his communication with the city manager, he finally shows up.
It clear to my husband and I that this “VERBAL” eviction, could only have manifested itself with the help of another. I’m wondering if the city manager can inform me as to how this “apartment” manager came up with this conclusion 1 day after JT, the city manager spoke with me.
OKAY, Everybody knows that I have been working deligently with all entities to become legal. By doing so everyone have had the opportunity to read my posts. No where in the past did I mention anything about my property manager nor was anything ever conveyed to me by my property manager, via email, or “letter on the door”, as to what their stands is in the yard sale matter.
3 months into this, the property manager shows up, just shortly after speaking with the city manager JT. So, I’m wondering was this all just as my husband put it ‘THOUGHT UP” to stop me, who lives in the “COUNTY” from having yard sales, Or, was this “THOUGHT UP” because it felt good and kind of a laughable thing.
EITHER WAY I WILL BE LOOKING TO REVIEW MY “EVICTION” PAPERS ONCE SERVED FROM COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE. I WANT EVERYTHING DONE ACCORDING TO THE LAW, SO THAT I CAN BE AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN THE “TRUE” ANSWERS FROM A JUDGE.
YOU CAN BELIEVE, I WILL HAVE 2,000 QUESTIONS THAT I AM GOING TO REQUEST ANSWERS FOR.
IN OTHER WORDS YOU WILL HAVE THE “UNDIVIDED” ATTENTION OF MY HUSBAND AND I.
Now, judging by the “WARD MAP” it appears to me the the City Police Department is Dwelling on “COUNTY” land/property. “I might be wrong”, but just maybe the City Police have a contract to service the “County” for cheap land rental and that is why Sullivan Police shows up here. And, if they do show up here, they too, must adhere to the laws of the county. So, JT must understand that city has no governance power over the county, he may only have a contract to serve the county for low rent, for the building they are conducting business in. “JUST MY GUESS.”
I want to thank the Sullivan, MO Police Department for their professionalism, and their understanding of this to be a “civil” matter.
