Yard Sale City Manager Update

***NOTE**** Today, October 4, 2021, just minutes ago I received confirmation that our city manager “JT Hardy” owns said property. Several times in our conversation, I questioned him as to who owns these apartments? and I did just what I did on Facebook live “I questioned whom might the slumlord be? and he never responded. NOW I KNOW WHY!

As everyone is aware, yard sales are legal in the “COUNTY” as long as the weather permits.

But, my yard sales are being “hunted” by lack of understanding of the laws that exist and an unwillingness to accept the limit of power a particular job title carries.

The current city manager in 2009 was an “Alderman” who was then elected “Mayor” and now is the “City Manager.” And, for some strange reason the laws/rules are twisted like a “PRETZEL.”

I would think that the laws should be well “garnered” by our city manager but, something is a-miss.

October 24th and 25th, I held my yard sale, while doing so a female of large stature came up from behind and stated “You Can’t Have Yard Sales Here.” I asked for I.D., she refused. (Covered By Live Feed On Facebook).

The problem that I am having is the fact that the property management “Company” HD REALITY/TRUSTEE PROPERTY who threaten to evict my husband and I, sent an “electronic” e-mail “to my husband’s personal account” explaining what caused a pipe backup. This e-mail was interesting as we noticed “JT HARDY” name listed on the correspondence.

Apparently, they were trying to keep this secret as they did “NOT” understand how to utilize the (Blind Carbon Copy) “BCC” when sending out mail, they put my husband name as the “BCC” and everyone else in the “CC” which left the door wide open for my husband to catch “ILLEGAL” activity. JT Hardy is now receiving “CORRESPONDENCE” from a company I rent from. That also tells me that he have access to my file. I KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.

**Attached you will find a letter from Trusted Properties, addressed to me, Dallas Williams, and copies were made to others without informing me of this. In particular “JT HARDY.”

The letter was actually sent as a “BCC” Blind Carbon Copy, which tells me this was “to be done” in “SECRET.”

I never gave consent to “TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/HD REALITY” to sale, rent and/or give out our personal e-mail accounts to “JT” or anyone else. “BREACH OF CONTRACT.”

I am requesting information on how to go about finding the owners of this property. It appears that “Trusted Properties” has either “SOLD” “RENTED” or “GIVEN” our personal e-mail addresseso “JT” our city manager “WITHOUT” our consent. “THIS IS ILLEGAL.

I am requesting that you “TRUSTED PROPERTY/HD REALITY” “REMOVE” both my wife and I e-mail addresses from your “database”, and forward to us VIA “USPS” a note informing us that you have honored our request.

My concern now is that my wife and I will have to meet with the local USPS to see if any “personal mail” is being held up AND also, we have concerns that our “Personal” information and file have been compromised by THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

My husband and I are on the “Docket” to be heard at the next “Mayor’s” Meeting or in most cases “City Council” meeting this upcoming Tuesday, October 5, 2021 for clarification and understanding about the laws in the “City of Sullivan” even though I live in the “COUNTY.”

WE HAVE SET UP NEW PERSONAL E-MAIL ACCOUNTS.

NOW I UNDERSTAND WHAT “JT” MEANT WHEN HE AND MY HUSBAND JOGGED LAST SUMMER TOGETHER. THEY DO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BUSINESS MATTERS. YOU ARE RIGHT JT, “I FEEL LIKE YOU. I DON’T TRUST THEM EITHER. BUT, I WON’T USE THEM FOR MY AGENDA.
