JT’S City of Sullivan Code Enforcement And Eviction Process

Interesting week in JT’s City of Sullivan.

On Saturday, October 16, 2021, I received a letter from “CODE ENFORCEMENT.” I am posting this letter for you to read as my husband and I read it. (CLICK HERE TO READ LETTER) It’s a little wrinkled because I was going to throw it in the trash, and I thought – “I NEED TO SHARE THIS WITH THE GOOD PEOPLE OF SULLIVAN.”

In this “letter” the Code Enforcement Administrator, Dave Dawson wrote explained the ordinances I am allegedly “BREAKING.” In a capacity of an “ADMINISTRATOR” you always stand behind the documents that “YOU” authored. This is “NOTED” by the author placing a “SIGNATURE” on the document you wrote and stands behind.

In this case. Dave did “NOT” place his signature on the page, “NOR” did he supply me with the necessary documents to confirm his admiration to move forward with the city manager JT’s request seek further legal actions.

Since Dave did “NOT” sign the document nor did he take the time to supply the necessary “REFERRING” documents for me to review, it tends to lend the feeling that “JT” ordinance does not exist. I would like to see them if they do.

Also, I want to have the “COUNCIL MINUTE MEETING” notes explaining;

  1. When were these ordinances adopted
  2. Who called the vote
  3. When did the mayor and/or aldermen signed off on documents

Fast Forward To Yesterday, October 20, 2021.

I had been in contact with “CODE ENFORCEMENT” Administrator, Dave for some time now, and even posted on the “CITY OF SULLIVAN” website the “NEED” to have an “INSIDE’ inspection on this property. The Code Enforcement Administrator has “YET TO RESPOND.” – But, will respond regarding a “YARD SALE.”

Truth of the matter is, for months I have asked the property management Companies “HD Reality and Trusted Management Properties” to do a “WALK TRHOUGH” of this property several times since moving in last October 2020, as there are major issues that needs their attention.

YESTERDAY, would have been a perfect time for these “PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES” to provide a “MUCH NEEDED WALK-THROUGH.”

What did they DO?

NOTHING, they did not want to show up as this is the strategy they have built their “housing program” on and then “UTILIZE” our “COURT SYSTEM” as a tool to further “DEGRADATE” those who are already struggling. “STEALING MONIES” FROM PEOPLE THROUGH THE COURT SYSTEM BY PROVIDING “FALSE” STATEMENTS TO THE JUDGE” AS THEY NOTED ON “MY” “EVICTION” NOTICE.

The eviction notice stated that my husband and I had “DAMAGED” their property. “THIS IS A LIE” AND THE JUDGE NEED TO KNOW THIS NOW!

THE REASON “THESE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES” REFUSED MY OFFER TO BE HERE AT 1:00 P.M. YESTERDAY AS THE “BUILDING INSPECTORS” DID SHOW UP TO LOOK AT THE PROPERTY, IS BECAUSE THEY “KNOW” THE CONDITION OF THESE APARTMENTS AND THEY DID NOT WANT A BUILDING INSPECTOR TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON INSIDE THESE APARTMENTS.

They have received, in writing and phone calls from me, requesting a “WALK THOUGH” starting last year upon moving in.

PICTURES AND ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WILL BE TURNED OVER TO THE JUDGE.

Now, instead of taking up “REAL” meaningful matters like “Motel6” and the people that are “dying” in these hotels. JT is focusing on a “YARD SALE.”

Attached is a letter from Motel6 how my husband and I operate. (SEE ATTACHED LETTER). Raj did note February 28, 2020 as the start date but, it was actually February 4, 2020. We paid this man $1320.00 per month.

As Pam Nowlin stated out “LOUD” while “BEATING” on my door. “DALLAS, ANITA OPEN THE DOOR YOU’RE BEING EVICTED FOR “NOT PAYING RENT.”

I stated to Dallas, “don’t open that door,” Dallas stated “I have too, cause I love it when she called me “Big Papa.” So we laughed and he opened the door.

How is it that people of “AUTHORITY” would utilize a lady in her condition in this capacity. She barely made it up and down the stairs, and while leaving my place of dwelling, and because of her weight, the “UNSTABLE” stairway started to give way. My husband asked her to “BE CAREFUL” as he noticed she was having trouble going down the staircase as the “RAILS” begin shaking. “She stated nicely, I will.” as she knew my husband was speaking from his heart. He did “NOT” want her to fall and hurt herself. Even, after the way she “BEAT ON OUR DOOR AND THE STATEMENTS SHE MADE, HE WAS STILL RESPECTFUL.

This lady should be at home attending “grandchildren” and living the “BEST” life she can but, she has been broken by those who have “NO REAL” use for her. I hope one day she see this.

I WILL BE IN COURT.

People of Sullivan if you are reading this, you need to prepare for a “CHANGE” in the City of Sullivan. “YOU” have the “POWER” to make a change in this “TAG TEAM” city leadership. From 2009 up till now JT Hardy and Dennis Watz has ran this city from “RIGHT TO LEFT” instead of the traditional way “LEFT TO RIGHT.”

Everyone knows that if you’re running the city in the direction they are running it, the city destination is “INTO” the ground.

You “NEED”, and “MUST” have “FORWARD” movers from “LEFT TO RIGHT.”

I believe in my heart, and as an “OUTSIDER” that you need to start thinking about your future, and the future can only exist with a board that should look like this:

A “MEMBER” from “EACH” of our “FIRST RESPONDERS” offices “MUST” sit on the board as “THEY” have first hand knowledge of what is needed to move this community forward.

Motel6 need to be looked at (BRING THOSE PEOPLE TO THE FRONT NOW)

My husband informed me of a conversation that took place last year in 2020, in front of the local “Post Office” building as JT was dropping off mail. JT and my husband talked about “MOTEL6” as JT bragged that “I will “NOT” allow “Raj” to get the “BLACKTOP” he submitted paperwork for, because of “all the “OVERDOSES” and the calls my officers have had to respond to at the “MOTEL6.”

Here is a man “INFORMING” my husband that he “IS” aware that “everything” is wrong at the “MOTEL6” location, but yet he allows these thing to continue. Worst than that, JT knew “Raj” was taking custody of folks while I was living there. The manager’s wife Thelma inform me that they had taken custody of a young lady who, “believe it or not” was once a Social Worker. “INSTEAD OF HELPING HER, YOU THROUGH HER IN A HOLE AND FORGOT HER. I think about her “EVERYDAY” because she is a very good person and deservers better than this, just like a lot of those people in the back of these hotels. Good People Being Used And Dying At These Hotel.

“MOTEL6” is in the “BUSINESS” of taking “CUSTODY” of people while forcing them to stay in the back and come out only to assist with the “CLEANING” aspects.

So, from my vantage point it appears to me that JT and Raj are on the same page. NEITHER CARES ABOUT THE COMMUNITY.

Every time I talk with people about housing, the word is “THERE IS NOT ENOUGH HOUSING.” “NOT TRUE”, there is plenty of housing. Most shows up in City/State “AUCTION” list of homes.

Here is the problem I ran into when I looked into bidding on “Auction” property. I spoke with the representative at “People’s” bank in regards to how the “Auction” works.

This is how I interpreted it;

If you have the right connections and in a position of authority, you will have “FIRST DIBS.” Like Banks and Employees, City Officials and Employees, HD Reality, Trusted Property Management etc. you get it.

So the “first dibbers” purchase the “PROPERTY” dirt cheap and stash those home away, which only make way for a “HOMELESS” population to manifest itself.

Those with the “LESSER” amount of funds, AND really need the property, has no “REAL MEANS” of sitting at the table with those of authority, AND those who are “friends of friends” of those in authority.

So, that “nice looking beautiful” home the “FIRST DIBBERS” got for $5,000 will be paid for “20 TIMES” over by those with lesser income, and when that “FIRST DIBBER” want you out, they utilize their attorneys and the courts to inflict further “degradation” on you. “WITH LIES.” Because You Have The Lesser Income.

When I say “First Dibber” I’m speaking of the home owners like the one I have now. I’m sure everyone within that circle “PROBABLY” owns property, more than they need.

For every “1 SLUMLORD” there are 10,000 “TRUE” “LANDLORDS.” I know, I was fortunate to have lived in some of their homes.

Imagine allowing a “HOMELESS” person or family, who each year around your “Auction” time was given “FIRST DIBS” on auctioned property. What a life changing event that would be.

They would not have to be evicted everyday on “FALSE” statements submitted to the court.

They would not have to go to the back of motel6 and other hotels to “overdose” or even end their lives.

This is the environment some of the city official feel comfortable in.

LETS SEE IF WE CAN GET CITY OFFICIALS IN “OFFICE” THAT ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND OUR PEOPLE.

IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE A “DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN.” WHAT MATTERS IS WHAT’S INSIDE YOUR HEART AND SOUL.

OUR PEOPLE ARE DYING AND CRYING FOR OUR HELP.

Even though I am considered an “OUTSIDER” I will always be for what’s right.

It is my duty to make sure that with this “EVICTION” notice, when I leave this apartment, the remaining people “ARE SAFE”, in terms of this building, inside and out. I want to make sure they are provided the appropriate services the “STATE Housing Code” demands.

This is a “PRIME” example of an “auctioned” property being purchased at “PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR” and rented without regards for “HUMAN” safety. – WHO PAYS THE PRICE – THE POOR PEOPLE.” – BY LIVING IN THE “FILTH” THAT’S PRESENTED TO THEM DUE TO INCOME AND HAVING FURTHER PAIN INFLICTED BY A JUDGE – MOST OFTEN BASED ON LIES.

A WORKING SYSTEM: PURCHASE IT,RENT IT, – AND – GO TO COURT AND LIE FOR MORE MONEY.

“PAY ME MY RENT OR I WILL TAKE YOU TO COURT AND LIE ON YOU AND SAY YOU “DESTROYED” MY PROPERTY. I DON’T NEED TO DO A WALK-THOUGH BECAUSE THE JUDGE IS GOING TO BELEIVE ME ANYWAY.”

Lets open the doors for “POOR” people. Allow poor people an opportunity to buy beautiful auctioned homes at dirt cheap prices. You might feel good about yourselves.

HELP THE HOMELESS – LET THEM A BUY AN AUCTIONED HOME. DIRT CHEAP!
