
On October 7, 2021 I received a “LETTER” from “TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.” (CLICK HERE TO VIEW DOCUMENT)
Here is the “STRANGE” thing about this. If you were to check my phone records, you will notice that my number would show up “SEVERAL” times in the latter part of August 2021 when the leak started and September 2021 while the leak continued.
So, on October 7th, the “CITY” had decided to “CONTACT” “TRUSTED PROPERY MANAGEMENT” requesting them to “FIND” and “RESOLVE” the problem. – “I’M SURE THE BILL WAS GETTING TOO HIGH”
Best thing about them coming that day is that they did “NOT” have to “FIND” the leak, because I showed them the “LEAK LOCATION.”
LOCATION:
Inside the “TOILET” is a black floating “BALL.” It was warned out – due to age I’m sure. Anyhow, when it started making that running water “NOISE” (back in late August) I “IMMEDIATELY” made calls to HD and Trusted Property Management entities.
I made these calls because the sound of CONSTANT RUNNING WATER IS “IRRITATING.” AND IF YOU’VE BEEN POOR AND LIVING IN ONE OF THESE PLACES, “YOU KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT.”
After a while, when “STAFF” “NEVER” returned my calls –or- even came by, I would close my bathroom door and continue my daily living. My husband had said early on that “WHEN THEY SEE CHANGES IN THE WATER BILL, THEN THEY WILL DO SOMETHING.”
WALLLLA – A LETTER CAME.
So my question to you is.
Why would the “City Manager” who’s named as “OWNER” of this property “INSTRUCT” his staff to contact his “Personal” Management Company, informing them of an “ACTIVE LEAK”?
Now, I know the city should be regulating the piping system throughout the city and/or at least monitoring it, but why did it get to this level of “CITY” involvement when “I” was “MAKING CALLS” back in “AUGUST” about the “TOILET” leak?
ANSWER:
TOO BUSY TRYING TO DESTROY A “STATE AUTHORIZED” LEGAL “YARD SALE” BUSINESS. – (WHY FIX ANYTHING. I WANT HER OUT!)
Now lets fast forward to where I sit today.
4 weeks ago, I applied for rental housing at several other locations. That was prior to “HD/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT filing this “EVICTION” in court. Everything went through and I was “APPROVED”. “The place that I applied for was “NOT” ready at that time.” – BUT I WAS APPROVED.
This is how I know the cards are stack against us “POOR AND STRUGGLING” people.
So, I called back “THIS” week to check the status, and guess what I was told? They are “UNABLE” to rent to me “NOW” because “MY HUSBAND AND I ARE LISTED ON CASENET.” (CLICK HERE FOR CASENET)
Then, I decided to check out this website. First thing a person wants to do is click “LITIGANT NAME SEARCH” – IF YOUR NAME SHOWS UP ON THAT LINK “ONLY.” YOU ARE BANISHED TO THE STREETS. “CASENET” IS AN ACTIVE SUPPLIER FOR THE HOMELESS POPLATION GROWTH.
WHY? Because overtime, people have “come” to the “BELIEF”, that if a person’s name is displayed on that website, that person is “GUILTY.” EVEN THOUGH THE CASE HAS NOT BEEN FINALIZED.
This is happening to “ME” as I speak. I was “APPROVED” and “NOW” denied. – THANKS “CASENET.”
NOT REALLY – I GIVE (“CREDIT”) TO JT, HD, AND TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – They clearly “UNDERSTANDS” how to best “UTILIZE” the system to benefit themselves. – “FINANCIALLY”
THEY TAKE THE “CHURCHES” MONEY – THEY TAKE “YOUR MONEY” AND GO TO “COURT” AND ASK FOR “MORE” MONEY, SO THEY CAN STAND ON THEIR WEBSITE — AND SMILE AT US — (CLICK HERE TO SEE). – WAY TO GO GUYS!

People, look around. I bet you, HD/TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is leading the way in Sullivan, MO with the homeless population growth. Can you imagine the amount of money the “NON-PROFIT” agencies have given to them -AND- yet they are one of the main “USERS” of “CASENET” “FAMILY/HOME DESTROYING WEBSITE TOOL.”
This is the “TOOL” of “THEIR” choice as they like to “VIEW” the “WORK OF DESTRUCTION” they’ve laid upon the “POOR.” YOU AND YOUR FAMILY – LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO DO TO “ME AND MY FAMILY.” – A WORKING SYSTEM. – in SULLIVAN, MO.
I am going to contact “CASENET,” to see how to go about obtaining “PUBLIC RECORDS” on the “TOTAL” amount of “EVICTIONS” within a certain time period for certain entities. This should be “EASY” to obtain as this information should be tied to all “EVICTIONS” within the STATE OF MISSOURI. I’m guessing this is “READILY” available.
BECAUSE OF THE EXISTENCE OF “CASENET”
PEOPLE, YOU NEED TO START “DEMANDING” YOUR “CITY” TO “PUT IN PLACE” A “FULL-FLEDGED” “CODE ENFORCEMENT TEAM” – IF “NOT” YOU WILL ALWAYS BE AT FAULT FOR THEIR “NEGLIGENCE” – AS THEY ARE AWARE OF HOW TO “UTILIZE” THE SYSTEM. – WALK-THROUGHS ARE NOT REQUIRED – ANY DAMAGES ARE GOING TO BE PLACED ON YOU – EVEN WHILE THEY KNOW, YOU DID “NOT” DESTROY OR DAMAGE THEIR PROPERTY.
YOU AND YOUR FAMILY “INSTANTLY” BECOME BANISHED TO THE STREETS AND TO THE “HOMELESS” POPULATION BASED ON NOTHING BUT “LIES” “FOR SOME OF US.” – EVEN BEFORE YOUR CASE IS HEARD.
ONCE IN “CASENET” THE VICIOUS CYCLE BEGINS.
YOU HAVE TO START “BEGGING” LANDLORDS AND OR/MANAGEMENT COMPANIES TO TAKE A RISK AS THEY USE “CASENET” TOO.
YOU SPEND DAYS AND NIGHTS SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR
YOU GO TO “HOTELS/MOTELS6” IF THE CHURCHES PROVIDE THE FUNDING THAT DAY
YOU SLEEP AT THE CITY PARK
YOU GO TO FLYING “J” FOR BATH IF LUCKY
YOUR STRUGGLE BECOMES SO PAINFUL – YOU JUST GIVE UP.
I FEEL YOUR PAIN – I’M IN “CASENET” TOO – DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “ME AND SOME OF YOU” IS, I’M TAKING IT TO COURT – YOU NEED TO START DOCUMENTING AND DO THE SAME. – BECOME STRONGER. THIS TYPE OF “FAMILY” DESTRUCTION NEEDS TO STOP.
THIS ALL HAPPENS – IN MOST CASES BEFORE A COURT DECISION IS FINALIZED
THAT’S WHEN JT, HD, TRUSTED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, AND CASENET CAN “RAISE” THEIR HANDS TO THE “AIR” AND SAY “WE DID IT AGAIN” – GREAT SUCCESS! – WE DID IT. ANOTHER FAMILY ON THE STREETS.
WE GOT THAT “DEPOSIT”, “RENT” FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, AND THE “JUDGE” TO “GRANT” US EVEN MORE MONEY. NOW LETS MOVE ON TO OUR “NEXT” TENANT SO WE CAN RESTART THE CYCLE.
